Max was on top of it and highly professional. I highly recommend this particular O'Reilly.Michael as well was excellent and helpful.I had to replace my battery and key fob battery

Went there with a misfire and had them use the code reader to tell me what the exact issue was. I know a little about cars so I knew what to do and how to fix it, but they were very helpful in talking about it with me and even cool to talk in general! Definetely will be my parts store for my odds and ends.

Daniel helped me figure out which headlight to buy and how to put it in. He was very kind and made me feel comfortable as I don t know much about cars! Will definitely come back here, great customer service and very helpful!

The cashier was friendly. Wasn't afraid to admit not knowing something. Just turned the screen so my son could see and point out which part was needed. Sure saved a lot of time not finding an associate to help figure it out. Had to back later and I was allowed to use the bathroom after having been on the side of the road for hours. Couple of nice visits on a stressful day thank you :)

I needed a license plate light bulb so I stopped here and the young lady working the counter helped me get my bulb and I had no tools with me to replace it so she checked to see if they had what tools I needed behind the counter and they did not so she went on the floor to get the special type of hex key and let me use it to fix my light, 'Now that's customer service' There is still very good people out there today.I made another stop here to have my battery charged up which they do it for free and give you a printout of your battery if it's good or bad and tell you how much life is left in your battery it's a pretty nice free service they do at o'Reilly's and it is usually charged in 2 Hours. Thanks o'Reilly team

This had got to be one of the most perishing parts stores I've been to in a while. Not only are they knowledgeable, they also get hands on and above and beyond as far as potential diagnosis and throwing ideas out that could help. It's not just a place to buy parts anymore here. Good stuff, well be back for many of my other projects I'm sure. Make sure to ask for Max, he'll get you going in the right direction.

You know when you have it online that you purchase something using your debit card and you re not using that product you should get it cash pack even if you don t have the receipt except at O Reilly s apparently that s a double negative

We should just live here it seems like sometimes.... we sure do spend a lot of time here... our big block Chevy seems to often need something or my man just can't help but spend his cash on her... I'm beyond grateful for lifetime warranties and accurate purchase records kept in their store system.... has saved us numerous times

I didn't have any luck at the competition finding a manual for an older truck. The people at O'Reily's researched it, found what I needed, ordered it for me and had it there the next day. I appreciate that kind of awesome service.

The woman who works there is very rude. I bought a head gasket for my vehicle and later that day I ended up purchasing the whole gasket set and had to return the gasket. The very next day I returned the gasket because I had gotten the set and she at first wasn't going to let me return it even tho it was unopened. She kept giving me attitude she ended up returning the item but continued to give me attitude even as she handed back my money.

I went here looking to buy headlight bulbs. Knew nothing about it. Jessica helped me by figuring out what bulbs I needed and she also changed 1 of the bulbs for me. Jessica helped me so much and she taught me a few things. VERY much appreciated. Thank you Jessica!

Excellent employees!Needed to replace my car battery on the spot. I had just had roadside service charge my car battery.I had checked prices online and couldn't believe how expensive batteries are right now (not just at O'Reilly's).O'Reilly's is close to my house, so I decided to go there. There were 2 employees working (male and female) and both were helpful. I wanted the cheapest battery since I don't drive very often. The car, like most cars, have a luxury and economy. This car is an economy so, it's an LX, but come to find out, there isn't an economy battery for an LX (or O'Reilly's didn't carry any) They told me there was one for $159, but I asked about the economy that was a size up. They found one that was $40 cheaper, but needed to see if it would fit. The young man took the battery and installed it but it was to high and the battery wires wouldn't reach. I had to go with the more expensive battery (I'm happy I went with the more expensive) . As soon as I paid, the young man took the battery out to my car and installed it in less than 5 minutes. He could have just gave me the battery and sent me off to do it myself (Which I'm used to), but instead, he was very kind and went above and beyond.I'm truly grateful!

I have had the opportunity to meet Awesome people that put out fires in their own unique way (patients) i witnessed patients at it's best one day i stood there this guy had the addassaty to ask for a refund on Items clearly not associated with the Store. 1 man in particular won't mention any names but he knows who I I'm. YOU ROCK! what I have learned from this Gentleman and for him too take his own time after he has worked a long dayWho does that the fine people at Advanced Auto And you know what I just realized this is not Advance Auto......Yep tonight its confirmed I'm a knuckleheadMy apologies

Billy Plemmons Store Manager at the Broadway store was wonderful today! He charged my scooter battery, after having to remove several screws to get to the very small battery and had me on my way in no time. Thank you so much! The store on Broadway has help me more than once with my car and scooter needs. THANK YOU!

Awesome staff:Greated pleasantly when entering, prompt assistance locating needed parts, friendly demeanor at checkout. Helpful advice concerning reason for visit. Well stocked:Merchandise presented attractively, competitive clearance and promotional pricing. Enticing and seasonally relevant impulse buy items at checkout. Clean and inviting:Grounds are debris free and safe (quite the task in N. Everett) Covid safe practices upheld and observed first hand.
