Bradon replaced my battery today. He was very professional and he did it all very quick. He got his hands dirty so I wouldn't have to. Thank you Bradon for getting my deid battery replaced and ensuring I was not charged for the core. I love O'Reilly's and you are a big part of why.

I had to go ahead and delete my old rating and review and change it to the more appropriate rating and give a better more disappointing review. Now I'm going to start by saying when you are a quote unquote manager of a company you out of all people should have the most respect and the most courtesy, and professionalism when it comes to dealing with customers. If you have had issues or run-ins with past customers you should either act like the adult you're suppose to be. Or have somebody else deal with the customer, or tighten up your shoes and stay professional and deal with the vustimer. If you cnt do those things then maybe you are in the wrong business. Cuz the person I'm talking about is none of the above and he makes O'Reilly's as a whole look bad and racist cuz that's what he is. This particular gentleman has given me problems in the past and if any Ody wants to know how look for my review of the Everett store on Broadway you will get your answer. I dnt know what his name is but he is rough lookin with a trashy beard, buck teeth and gap and he is just a special individual that thinks he is the man of the man. But his racial profiling tactics just goes to show how small his brain and how ignorant he truly is. I came in to warranty my battery long story short he was cocky and arrogant and unprofessional when he began to tell me that I only could use the warranty on my battery 3 times and this was going to be the 4th time since 2021. Which that is a lie bold face lie to my face cuz that's not true at all. You DNT have a certain number when it comes to your warranty you have until the warranty is voided. He just remembered me from the last time so wanted to make things harder on me which again is unprofessional. Then he told me I couldnt get the warranty that I have to just buy a new battery again LIE. Says it to me with a big smile on his face. I then asked if I could just put it on the charger for a while and he also then told me no it's broke. Yet another LIE. So I left walked up the street then called that store back and just asked a random question im,.. is there a limit to how many times you can warranty your battery. Employee tells me the phone told me that there ain't a specific number at all and if I need mine changed out to come on down and he would do it for me. This is 2 different workers from the same store. He also told me that the charger wasn't broke. So I went back few seconds later the worker from the phone comes and says sorry I cnt charge it cuz he said no already and wnt let him do it. That's some BS and he is somebody that needs more customer service training so he can better serve customers like myself and when he gets to work leave his sorry attitude and 4acist crap at the door or get a job that he dnt have to deal with anybody

Terrible service, they thought I had stolen something just because I checked to see if they had what I needed but they didn't have anything I needed.They took a photo of my car as if I had taken something, I went down to complain, why did they do it?It's a terrible store with racist employees.autozone in much better, knows how to treat its customers.

Very helpful and attentive to customer needs. On the plus side they share a parking lot with a few food places and a hair and nail salon. Also next to a cigar and tobacco shop.

Excellent staff. Management is good here. They are able to all work as a team to check out the big line of people. Other stores would just have one guy in the front and the others restocking or in the back doing who knows what but not this location!

A bit more expensive than ther competition but only by a few bucks.. the staff at other auto stores do not know quite as much as the guys over at ohh ohh ohhh ohhhh O'Reilly's. Auto parts. ZAUOOOWW!

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Made sure I knew exactly what tools I needed to fix my moms car by myself instead of going to dealership and overspending. Highly recommend.

I came in here with a whole myriad of issues I had a beautiful problematic set as my dashboard was full of Christmas lights.. I asked them to look up my car, and was sold the wrong oil filter, plus they wouldn t help me decode my vehicle to help me understand why I was running so many codes - but only told me to take a photo of it and google it when you get home. Either way, they were kind enough, but unwilling to go the extra mile that sometimes customer service requires.

Had to get a warranty replacement for a water pump that lasted barely a year and the brand new out of the box replacement failed immediately. Lifetime warranty isn't very useful if the part is garbage. ($100+ price is ridiculous) Had to get one from good old Amazon that had a much better and obvious build quality and was only $18. This has been a common theme from parts I've gotten from O'Reilly's. Cost me an additional $40 in wasted coolant and it also stranded me for a couple days. I'll never shop O'Reilly's again unless it's an absolute emergency! I think their business model is sell cheaply made parts for way too much but offer a lifetime warranty so people think their getting a deal. Then they'll most likely get everything else for the job here too. They do recycle oil tho so that's why I gave them 2 stars.

Seems disorganized. For me, it feels like the counter at the local pool during Summertime. To the end, that the store may be open, but the staff does not seem to know that. Back doors are open so a person can see all their business. Simply not professional. Now, having said that, they did have my part!

This is the closest auto parts store from my house, and its pretty good. The staff could be a little more proactive when helping the waiting customers. I've been there 3 times in the last week and every time I gotta wait when there's staff in the back chatting with each other and customers are waiting to pay for parts. But I would still go there cuz it's not that bad, but it could be better.

Suddenly my vehicles battery went dead. A co-worker told me that I can have my battery tested at O'Reilly's. I visited the East Everett location near Home Depot.They have a wonderful helpful staff. They have bilingual employees. An Arab man needed similar help and communicated through a translator. As a customer we were treated extremely well. I highly recommend this store.After diagnosing and testing it was determined that the battery was bad. I got a replacement and installed it that same day.The establishment is easy to see from the road. Plenty of parking including . The store is handicapped friendly.

Very helpful staff! The gentleman that assisted me showed me multiple options for car batteries and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. He was very knowledgeable and was very willing to assist me with the installation. They honor military id's and are very appreciative of service members. Thank you for the great experience.

I really recommend this place. The guys working here are really friendly, they also speak Spanish specially a guy named Rigo he is your guy to go to when needed, this guy helped me with my car battery and was really helpful the whole time. I felt like talking to a friend. Will definitely come back to again.

New management sucks; Kevin ignored the double charge of over 100$ that occurred and told me to take it up with the bank. I went back to talk to him to ask about the process, and he wouldnt come out from behind his manager wall to talk to me. Very unprofessional; I've had great experiences at this store in earlier points in time, but the workers their now clearly have lost the motivation to try making customers happy. Very sad thing to see, I hope to feel more valued as a customer in the future, I have always preffered oreilys for anything automotive related

I have been coming here for a few years now and Brandon was always really helpful and I recommended alot of people to him. I went in two days ago and stood there while I watched a blond lady and a dark haired man just chatter away. There was someone waiting behind me also. Finally they quit talking and asked what I needed, I asked for Brandon because I knew he would acknowledge me and help me and not make me wait while he messed around with other employees and i was told he no longer worked there. I dont know if ill be back with the service I received that day, especially because Brandon is no longer there. You lost a good one.

I asked some of the employees a few questions about a couple different items they had and nobody could give me an answer, they also wouldn't let me return any items I tried to take back. I will never go back there after the last time. I bought about 7 or 8 smaller items and they don't have bags anymore so I had to try and carry everything out in my arms and of course 1 step out the door an item hell and part of it broke and they wouldn't let me exchange it. Really unprofessional, they didn't even care what happened and barely addressed me when I asked for the exchange.

I needed new battery for my Toyota RAV4. I bought last one at this store about 5 or 6 years ago. I was so impressed with young man, I am so sorry I didn't get his name. He read in battery info " difficult to install". We went out to see problem. Instructions say to remove cowling. I remember ladt time the man had a difficult time and did NOT remove the cowelling. This young man installed the new battery in less than 15 min.I was very impressed in his customer service and professional service. Yes I am a returning customer.
