Very helpful staff they got me in and out in about 5 minutes. And I just walked in of the street hoping they would have a head gasket kit and head bolts for a '04 Chrysler pt cruz'r was very happy cause I was on my way to drop off the head at the Machine shop and needed the new seals that come in that kit for them to put back in the head when re- assembling after decking and pressure test so it just made my day that much easier then if they wouldn't have had what I needed at moments notice

Always helpful... work hard to assure you get the correct part needed.. in the twenty plus years i've been buying auto parts from this NAPA, I've never walked out with a part that wasn't correct... and I have had some questionable applications.

When calling in and asking questions the idiot on the phone with absolutely 0 customer service skills cuts me off tells me to stop so we can here him talk and ask questions I was answering already. In order to serve any serve you have to be able to listen. I think someone forgot to tell the grump who answered the phone !

Best NAPA I've ever been to if you thought they were all created equal your wrong the service and dedication to finding your parts are phenomenal and far exceed any expectations as a customer. LOVE this NAPA

I've been getting my auto parts Turning break drums and batteries and all other there, I Do most of all my Work, short of trans and motor Over hauls. Can Do it.Brian and Ladies Forgot there names right now. Go out of there way to help, right up to will Install batteries and wipers. Other, diagnostic to. Did I say been going there since 2003. JD

Best NAPA ever! Service is amazing. Almost every time I call or go there for a part its in stock, if it's not they order it up and call me right away when its available. Great customer service! Excellent parts selection!

On their app showed they have items in stock that I ordered for in store pickup. Hours go by and I call one hour before they close to see if I can head to the store to pick up my parts. On hold for like 10 minutes on the phone and they tell me 3 items that I ordered they don t have in stock.Definitely waste of time dealing with this store location!

Good attitude behind the counter, willing to help find the right part I needed without complaint. Seems like that should be the standard, and here it definitely is. Thanks for the good customer service!

Had the part I needed no sell up. The part I had bought from some where else did not work and they wanted to replace it with a used part at the same as new. But here the man behind behind the counter told me had the manufacturer part. And it cost less than the other part by 10 buck. I will shop here again because of that.

These guys work hard to find the part you need. Not much retail/browsing space but big stockroom. Close to the port, much less markup than the marina store if they have what you need.

Old school auto parts store.Experienced and knowledge staff, unlike most other stores. lots of inventory. Have always had great service at Everett auto parts. Has become my preferred store.

Very helpful shop! I went there looking for a hard-to-find wiper blades for my car. The guy spent a good half hour locating the right parts--thanks!

The 3 guys in there were rude... I walked in looked at one of them in the eyes then took a look around the tiny little area that they had. But it took them almost 7 minutes to ask me if I needed help finding something (7 minutes) mind you I was the only person in the store besides the 3 workers. Hey employees do your JOB "HELP" the paying customer...

Napa is great!Today, I needed belts for a 50hp ingersol Rand compressor. They cross referenced them, and had a substitute on the shelf.Once again, Napa to the rescue!They never fail to amaze.

Napa Auto Parts in downtown Everett is a very convenient location for the downtown community as well as business professionals working in Everett. Friendly and helpful staff for those like myself who knows nothing about vehicles, fair pricing, clean location, easy to find off Rucker and everything you would need for your automobile.

Can get what you need within a day or 2 if need be. Know you when you come in or call. Always willing to help you. I like the personal touch.

I called and asked if he could help to find a part he was annoyed and bothered and then told me he's supposed he could try and go and look for me I told him not to bother I thought I was falling apart store
