Super great shop! Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, super responsive. Even came down after hours to give me my bike because I had to work late. I'm coming here for all my services! And at less than half the price of the dealership!

I've had my 2013 Dyna at Motorcycle Goodies for work twice now in the last few months. They do fast, quality work and are very fairly priced. They're knowledgeable and honest. Skip the dealership, take your bike here.

I called to ask about availability for a 1000 mile service on a 21 streetbob. He said bring it in at your earliest convenience when it's not raining and we will fit you in. Immediately gave me a ballpark cost and time frame which was moles below any dealership. Me being impatient saddled up and got caught in a 5 minute rain and hail storm. When I got there i was soaked from head to to so he handed me a towel with a smile on his face and says "we've all been there". They did the work and I picked it up the next day. The bike runs incredibly smooth even more so than off the showroom floor. Overall the experience was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and even talked a bit with me about things I'd like to do with my bike in the future withiut teying to upsale me on anything unnecessary. Motorcycle goodies will be my go-to from this point on.Service: Oil change

Great service, high-quality work, far more reasonable than dealerships. Been doing business here for over 11 years. Gets busy in spring and all summer, good idea to get work done in fall, winter or early spring.

Good for replacing broken parts in a jiffy. I bought a mirror that did not fit but I was able to modify it.

Service with a smile. Man, you just don't get good customer service anymore. But, this place is next level. Steve is awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable as can be. He really knows his trade. The guy lives motorcycles. One of those guys that does what he says he's gonna do and he does it well.. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks Steve!

I would have given 5 stars but had a little issue. However, with that said, Steve the owner went out of his way to make it right. I'll definitely take my bike back there again. It's hard to find honest shops. Even with the issue my experience with this place has been great.

I am very happy with the work Steve did on my Road Glide. My cam chain tensioner went bad. A perfect time for a new cam. I love the new cam that Steve recommended and installed. The bike runs better and it sounds better. I should have done it sooner. I will recommend Motorcycle Goodies and Steve to anyone and everyone.

Not good.Ive owned many bikes of many types, but this is my first HD. Im no slouch with a wrech. This was an opportunity to build a relationship with a shop where I could happily write checks and not have to do it all myself as I have with other bikes.MC G Installed a factory kit in my bike. It was hard to start and throwing a sensor code when I got it back. "bad gas, older bike so other unrelated parts are giving it up. if it was that sensor, it wouldnt even start or run" okay. ok. sure. Ive been there with other bikes. Old garage queen doesnt like waking up. it happens. Here it is months later and I have learned some thingsas I chased down the problem. After going for some simpler possible issues (cheap battery, flushing the fuel, etc) I finally opened the cover where they worked. It was immediately obvious why that sensor was reporting a failure. the new parts had no way to interact with that sensor. The description for the kit from HD states that for my specific year bike, an OEM part not included in the kit has to be used. This is repeated in the instructions for the kit.So that is four opportunities to avoid this problem that were missed. 1) description of the kit. 2) the instructions for the kit. 3) "why is this new part radically different than the old part?" when installing it. 4) troubleshooting the sensor code when it was being thrown.I sure do love having to go back in and properly do the job I paid for. Which I just finished. Installed the proper part and the bike fires right up without a second or fifth try. and no more code being thrown. Its on me for not pressing them to figure out why it wasnt working as expected when the job was done. At the same time, I was paying for expertise I clearly wasnt getting. I understand things happen, but this is so severe, there is no chance I would let them near the bike againThankfully there are plenty of other shops for me to turn to should I have someone do work on my bike for me.

$6500 and still not running right but Steve is a good guy and has worked with me to get it right going to fix the issues after the holidays I say don't get too complicated and things should work out . Update: Steve's a solid guy with lots of knowledge and never fails to make ya feel better about the situation everything is in great shape and looking forward to the 500 mile service; will continue to use motorcycle goodies for my parts and service needs; nothing like older guys who know what they're doing when it comes to harleys from vintage to new Steve's gotcha covered.

Got a flat, I was told they could get my tire swapped by the end of the day. Turned out they thought I'd bring a new tire to them to swap out. We didn't discuss that. Ended up spending 27 hours in Everett when I was told they'd get a simple tire swap done in less than 2 hours. They admitted the mistake, and they still charged me full price in parts and labor.

Doesn't honor his warranty on his work or materials. Trusted him to replace my clutch let him chose the type and brand. Clutch completely fried on road trip so had to be replaced by a dealership after only 2500 miles and a few months. When I got back in town and I gave him the fried clutch parts he said there must have been something wrong with my bike. He set the adjustment and was the last shop to touch my bike before my road trip. The new screaming eagle clutch installed by the dealership has been completely without problem and only cost half as much as what Steve charged at goodies.
