Every time we come here it s a great experience! Purchased our vehicle with Tim, he is just the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly, got us what we wanted for a fair price. Whenever I call them with questions or visit for a service I get treated really well by the staff from every single department. We car shopped at several dealerships in the area and this one was far and away the best.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 2.5s preferred (leather seat) here. From the initial contact with Cindy via email and SMS to the communication with the manager Ali in the store, and finally getting off Offer and picking up the car, I was very happy all the way! Cindy does not play any psychological tactics, but sincerely sends me the lowest price she can give together with Vin number, and she always responds positively to my questions. The price she gives is the lowest price I have seen in the information shared by all car owners online! The manager, Ali, is gentle, friendly, humorous, very patient and knowledgeable. He is very kind and helps me a lot (I am still learning English and do not have enough confidence in communication, but Ali is very patient with me). As I was afraid to drive alone on the highway, the manager Ali asked two of his colleagues to escort me and the car home. I was really touched by the two gentlemen who took good care of me and encouraged me along the way. This is my first time to buy a car in the United States. Ali and Cindy helped me take care of everything and saved me a lot of money. When I finally paid the bill, I found that all the details were very clear, clear at a glance, and very honest. This is the happiest and most satisfying consumption experience I have ever had. This car company is highly recommended! Highly recommended Ali and Cindy! They will not let you waste money, they will try their best to make consumers satisfied, I feel respected and valued by them and treated sincerely and kindly, I am really happy

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership! We worked with Jay who was amazing and jumped through so many hoops to make sure we were happy with the plug in hybrid CX-90 that we wanted. I was very particular about what I wanted and had him running around quite a bit, which I feel a little bad about. Jerry- the owner of the dealership, came out and was so kind and just made the experience above and beyond, loved talking with him, he s so genuine and helpful. They were never once pushy, they were so friendly and easy to work with and we are beyond happy with the vehicle they provided! We would happily go back to work with them again in the future because it was such a quality experience!

It was my first time going to a place for service on my own vehicle and to me it felt super quick. Explained everything well through system that texts your phone while the service is happening. Which is super nice and flexible. They were nice to show me around. Definitely will be coming to them for future services. Great atmosphere and accommodations.

We just purchased our first 2024 Mazda CX-30. For a person who has bought many cars, dealt with many dealership and sales managers, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Bob Hunt, Miriam, and Adam. They made the whole process quick and easy. This is the best car dealership I have ever been and I have been to many. From the salesman Luis to Adam from finance and the owner Jerry, they were very pleasant to deal with, I cant say anything bad about them, only that this place will take care of you! I would go buy a car from there just because it was such an awesome experience, they care about what they are selling and if its even the right fit for you, no pressure at all. Hard to come across honest car dealership, I guarantee you wont be disappointed by visiting them.

I had a great experience here this morning. I talked to two people when I brought my vehicle in, both of whom were professional and friendly; really lovely to chat with too. the waiting area is lovely and clean; I love the partitions between the chairs! The service went well. I appreciate the video sent by the tech which gave a visual walk-through of my vehicle and any issues which were spotted. I appreciated that 1.) I was given a comprehensive list of needed/recommended maintenance and services. and 2.) I did not feel any pressure or pushiness to proceed with those services in the moment. A complimentary car wash is greatly appreciated for a car servicing. I wish I had asked the name of the gal who helped me out this morning because she was great! I will definitely look to this service department for upcoming maintenance.

Mazda of Everett is THE BEST car dealership we've ever dealt with, hand's down! From the first contact via phone with salesman Luis, to the finance manager, Adam Low, to meeting the owner of the dealership, Jerry McCann, when he came into the finance office as we were signing papers for our new car to assure us that we could call him for anything, anytime, and he would be there! Every employee we came into contact with there was honest, professional, and helpful. We had a very poor experience at a different dealership a few days prior and had no idea that there could be such a difference between dealerships. There is, and Mazda of Everett is a place I will tell all my friends and family to go when they're in the market for a vehicle! Thank you Mazda of Everett for listening to and caring about what we wanted, being transparent, and helping us sort out the mess from the previous dealership we had been to just three days prior. Adam Low, finance manager, went above and beyond in assisting us in that matter and we are grateful to him. These people here have an integrity and character that is extraordinary and exemplary, and we want the entire Pacific Northwest, and beyond, to know about it!

I just tried contacting them about a recall issue, unfortunately I was unable to get access to this recall despite my car being the same model as the 2 previous years that did get the recall. I don't understand why mine wasn't included initially but honestly it's a fix I'm willing to make on my own. My issue was that I had made a call yesterday about talking with someone, didn't hear back and when I call back and finally get the opportunity to talk to someone. It was honestly the worst experience I've had talking to anyone who would be considered customer service. All I got for a name was Mark so if you are in an unfortunate position to talk with him I'm sorry. I don't normally write reviews but I really needed to say something about this.

this was by far the best car buying experience ever. Tim made this car buying experience fun, exciting, easy and most of all enjoyable. He wasn t your typical pushy car guy but rather a friend through the whole process. I would highly recommend buying a car at this dealership & ask for Tim!

I was introduced to them by Costco's Auto Program, and I emailed Emma and Bebs. Emma was super nice, friendly and helpful! Joe helped me with the appraisal and and the test drive, and directed me back to Emma for the final details of reserving the car I wanted as sold (since there is a car shortage and all). The dealership is very nice and comfortable, and the shopping experience was very smooth. Looking forward to picking up the car eventually.

I bought my Mazda at a dealership just a bit south of Mazda of Everett. If I had a do-over I would have made my purchase at the Everett dealership. In my mind, it isn't so much buying the car as maintaining it afterward. At Mazda of Everett they tell you that they treat you like family. I'm here to tell you that was my experience. Some previous warranty work needed attention and instead of sending me back to the dealership of purchase that handled the same previous warranty work, Mazda of Everett took care of me and my lovely Mazda CX-5 and gave me a free loaner. I'm grateful for all your efforts on my behalf. Thank you again!

I recently purchased my first vehicle from Mazda of Everett. As a first time buyer, the process felt daunting and intimidating. However, everyone there from sales to finance were very helpful and caring. Shortly after the purchase the car actually broke down and was unable to drive. When brought to their attention they were graceful and immediately offered to fix the issue free of charge. I am now back to driving with no issues and no mechanic bills. This is really a place that cares about their customers rather than just making a sale and i plan on returning here in the future.

My husband s car unexpectedly went out yesterday morning, and instead of it being the most stressful day we went to Mazda of Everett and met Joe. The people here are absolutely wonderful and we re able to get my husband into a 2023 cx-30 and they made our experience effortless while doing everything they could to get us what we needed. I could not recommend this place enough! Wonderful owners, great salespeople and all around a great place to buy a car!

I just wanted to say thank you to RICCO who we spoke to when we picked up my car after our yearly oil change. I had paint marks on my car from when I was backing out of my garage a couple years back, he asked me what happened, then offered to clean off the paint marks, and my car now looks great! It's so appreciated and made my day! Also, thank you to the gal who gave me flowers. It was such a pleasant surprise.Thank you BOTH!!!Glynis Richardson

Got a CX90 on Monday, pretty good experience. Emailed them to get several new cars' quote, the quote even including my car for trade in. They honor what they sent through email. Maybe it is Monday, not a lot customers there, got enough staff support, did not wait too long for detail car, finance, etc.Purchase tips:1. Get email quote before heading to a dealer.2. If there is a trade in, get a CarMax written offer and you may ask them to match. For my case, they match the CarMax save me several hundred.3. Proof read the price slip they print in the office. I believe they are not intending to do that, but the price printed in the office is higher than the email quote. They correct it after I pointed it out.4. Though the manager told me only $5,000 from credit card, I end up getting points from $15,000 from credit card. Just ask.I took 1 star off from the 5 stars review:1. Relative far from Seattle/Bellevue.2. The parking lot is full of car, sign is not clear for customer parking. It does not have a loop for me to easily correct wrong direction.

Traded a 2007 Nissan Sentra for a 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport with Eyesight.Best experience my party of three has ever had at a dealership getting a used car. We live an hour away but the trip is absolutely worth it. They helped us accomplish everything we set out to : remove my partners sister as a co-signer, trade in his vehicle, and stay in budget.Specifically would love to thank Jason for helping us get a wicked deal on a trade-in that my partner still owed on, Kourtney for being the kindest and the only salesperson I've felt 100% comfortable with, and Tom for explaining the loan itself in a way that we really understand and answering any and all questions.They each made us feel so cared about and like they wanted to get us into the right car and right loan, at the best deal. Which they absolutely got us!It's been 5 days since we got the car and there hasn't been a minute of regret. We are so very grateful for this experience.(The man who helped us may have been named Tim? Please forgive me I am 9 months pregnant and can hardly remember anything).

I went into Mazda to look at a base model of the CX-50 and was teamed up with Scotty. They didn t have one at the dealership to view but they did have the CX-50 Preferred Plus that I was able to tour. Scotty let me know that there was a Gray CX-50 Preferred Plus with black rims in transit to the dealership, and I decided to go ahead with that one. Fast forward a couple weeks, I finally pick up my new car but for some reason (beyond Mazda s control), it did not come with the black rims that was initially a big selling point for me. I debated whether or not to bring this to their attention, but I m so glad I did! Scotty went the extra thousand miles to find a car on the lot with black rims and swapped them out for me all within the same week of getting my car. He has been such a pleasure to work with and was so kind and dedicated in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Scotty! I will continue to refer everyone I know to Mazda of Everett.

Horrible dealership. GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Snakes and sleazy salespeople. Bought a used car a long time ago and the bumper is peeling paint as well as the grill they overcharged and upsold the car that originally was on the lot way longer than they had originally told me so the price should ve been lower and it is a base model vehicle so it was WAY OVERPRICED. The car has had many issues since! The salesman Joe has said to come back to him at any time but whenever I call and leave a message he never gets back to me. I got COMPLETELY screwed over buying this used car. They never showed me the car fax, went over the car with me or the features and now I am in full regret of this purchase.and will NEVER buy here again. Typical nasty car dealership.

Bought my PPT CX-50 here back in April, and Frank made it the best auto purchase experience I've ever had. No mark-ups, no "dealer installed accessories" or adjustments, just straight up MSRP and no BS. Even the warranty guy didn't hassle me.Love the car, great sales and accessories team, and the service folks have been great, squeezing in time for the most minor things. Appreciate these folks, and will be coming back to them for the next Mazda after I drive this one into the ground.

Amazingly positive experience!! Came into the dealership with a 2018 Toyota RAV4 that I was not expecting to get very much trade-in value for, and Ron (an owner of the business), Kortney, and Jason conducted an assessment and gave me more than market value for my car!!! They worked an amazing deal for my family to get into a CX-9 and spent quite a bit of time working with the numbers that I gave them that would fit MY budget and they still got me into their Grand Touring Trim level!! My family is riding much safer and MUCH more comfortably in our new vehicle!! Thank you very much for treating us Fairly and being soo generous. I don't think the business even made any money on that deal, they valued our loyalty and we will be coming back! Thank you Ron, Kortney and Jason!
