I definitely recommend Maaco Body Shop. Dan is a really nice guy! I had someone hit my car and my insurance company wouldn t cover it. But, Dan was so very helpful and concerned. The new door was perfect on my brand new car. He also gave a great price for my Mercedes Benz to be fixed.

I got my car (red 2007 PT Cruiser) repainted here about 5 months ago but wanted to see how well their work held up before leaving a review.The car looked brand new when I picked it up (and they also finished a couple of days earlier than expected) and it still looks that way today, so Dan and his crew did a great job at a very affordable price so I would not hesitate recommending their services to anyone else. My brother is a member of some exotic car clubs in the area and he said that Maaco has a very good reputation amongst their members.

The team worked hard to keep the price down. Even though they couldn't find a replacement bumper, the repair was so good that you'd never know it had once been badly crumpled. AND they cleaned the inside of my car better than I ever have!

This is my third time using Maaco for body repair, and a complete paint job. Dan is the manager of the front office and he is kind, really cares about his customers and a terrific problem solver. My car looks beautiful! The evening I went in to pick up my car. It started to rain, lightly and Dan pulled my car into their garage and took me home because it was going to rain in Lynnwood by the time I got home and he didn t want the paint to get damaged because it was a little tacky. He picked me up the next morning on his way to work so I could pick my car up. Everybody I met down at the shop was very kind And funny! I would definitely recommend the shop on Evergreen Way, Everett, Wa. Thank you Dan, for making every accommodation you could to make it easier for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have always received great service from Maaco. Dan is the driving force from start to finish. Our car had a new color that was not in the queue. The formula was tinkered with until it matched. Many thanks to all involved in returning our car to pristine condition.

Paint repair looked good but they didn't re-install the rubber on gutters above doors and left overhead cubby dangling from ceiling. Also they didn't put my canopy back on in the right spot and only installed 2 of the 6 hold down brackets. Also left the vehicle very dirty from shop.

my front bumper on my 2006 mustang was all messed up, i bought the part and i requested them to paint it so i can put it back on and they matched the color extremely well and did it for a good price

Took the time to ask questions and made the estimate process easier than we thought. Decent prices and turnaround. Seemed busy. Most parking spaces and working stalls were almost full, yet we had a spot to park and got in and out quickly.

Just took a little longer than anticipated. my window tint on my drivers door was removed and the service manager was never told about it plus my passenger window channel needed to be readjusted. other then that they did a great job repainting my 1976 chevy nova about 4 shades darker blue. Dan the manager was awesome to deal with. I will definitely send business their way.

I got some damage to the underside of my car and came in to this location for an estimate and repair, I got my estimate, paid for the parts and labor the same day and was told to come back. I showed up the day I scheduled for, walked in and stood in the lobby for some time, eventually a worker walked in and breezed by me saying nothing. I had to ask HIM if he could help me and he begrudgingly mumbled something and continued walking, fast forward a few minutes later and two men came out saying they weren t open. This is when I told them their coworker DAN LEWIS, told me to report here at 7:30 and that Id be helped, they continued saying they weren t aware and were not scheduled to start working until 7:30, ultimately ending the conversation. I went out to my car to consider options and to contact my boss and explain the situation. During this time Dan arrived, saying they could start working on it then and could POSSIBLY get me out soon. This couldn t work because of my work commitment, so I was told to come back the following Monday 3/18 at 7:30. He sent me away saying the staff would be expecting me at 7:30 the following Monday. I returned 3/18 to an empty lobby and essentially the same situation. The three workers I ve seen and the one I spoke with had no clue what Dan had promised me. I asked for my money back (even though I had already paid for parts and labor) and was ultimately told no. The worker said he did not have the ability to refund money and that Dan was the only one who could (Dan had not arrived.) Magically, the worker then said he would go on and make the repair then and there, saying they weren t using to doing things when they weren t open. I assume they magically jumped to action because they did not want to reissue a refund. It is NOT my job as customer to communicate with staff any promises and special commitments made to customers, that is the job of MANAGEMENT. If doing something OUTSIDE of business hours is too much or too stressful on staff, MANAGEMENT should not offer it, it s a simple concept. Poor communication ultimately falls on the customer and this is never ok. During this fiasco I called Meineke in Marysville and my call was promptly answered and they said it was a repair they could manage, given it s simple nature. Moving forward, I will simply patronize them and Jiffy Lube for my maintenance needs. Poor communication and promises made not kept are bad for business.

The Maaco on evergreen is THAT shop. The guys over there are miracle workers!! I got into a lil accident and sent my car over there and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I rear-ended a car in the rain. His car had little damage, but my hood and one headlight were badly damaged. I went to four places that turned me away because I do didn't have liability insurance and even if I did, it would take months to get in. My car is how I make a living, so by a miracle an appraiser was coming back from lunch and saw my car and said, "Maaco would help me."They fixed even more than I expected at a reasonable price enabling me to drive legally again. They are experts in their field and genuinely caring as well. I highly recommend this business.

Could not get them to fix the over spray on my trim or the lighter spots on my car that was not there before the accident. Originally told me it would be two weeks but ended up being five; however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Covid. They did a great job at fixing my radiator mount and replacing the parts after the accident and I also did not have any trouble getting them to readjust my hood but there clear marks on my rear passenger door and rear panel. They are lighter than my paint job. Also, inside of my trim has a long green strip on it.

So happy with my freshly painted van! Customer service was great too. It's good to keep in mind the turnaround time may be longer than expected so be understanding and plan accordingly.

We brought a replacement bumper in to the crew at Maaco a few days ago & picked it up this afternoon. We are highly impressed by how close they were able to match the new bumper to our 20 year old sedan. If we didn t know which one was new, We honestly wouldn t be able to tell the difference in color! The picture doesn t do it justice. We re very happy with the work, the service, and the turnaround time. Thanks Dan!

This guys are awesome. They did a good painting job on my car for the price, it exceeded my expectations. Sam was able to keep his head cool the whole time despite the demanding customer. Great customer service, thanks Sam.The only little issue I had was with time it took to get my car back. I think they are extremely popular due to their budget painting, so if you plan I bring your car here plan ahead.

Had a fairly large dent on the rear fender of my Lexus with a large paint chip in the middle. When I asked them how confident they were that they could could fix it, he said I wouldn t even notice it was there. To say I was impressed with their work is an understatement. They were right, I can t tell it was there! Thank you!

Phenomenal service and shout out to Dan! He is a genuine down to Earth guy, knows his trade, and is straight forward about what the best options are for your vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies is never fun and my experience with Maaco definitely made the process go smoothly. Had a pretty poor experience.Went with Maaco because my insurance preferred shop was booked out a while and Maaco had availability.Guy behind the counter complained the whole time about dealing with the insurance company.Finally the day I was supposed to get the car back I get a call that he needs an extra 50$ on top of my 500$ deductible.Go to pickup my car and my new rear bumper was scratched. Dents on my qp weren t fixed. And there were new deep scratches on my passenger door.Dan said it would be easy to buff them out but I came back and they were just slightly less noticeable.I won t be going back to Maaco and I don t think I d suggest anybody who has a nice car go to Maaco either.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Randy at the Everett location is a good man that takes care of his customers. I took my 1978 Datsun 280Z in to get it painted in a different color. He helped me decide on a beautiful Daytona Blue and I handed over my key the next week. I was anxious to get it back ASAP, but I waited patiently. Randy told me some unfortunate news about the old primer that was on my Datsun which didn't allow the new paint to stick. He reassured me that he would make it right though. After a couple of attempts and updates, Randy told me the good news that it was ready to be picked up. My jaw dropped when I saw my baby, she was drop dead gorgeous! Randy would not let me pick up my car until it was car show ready. He didn't charge me for the extra work or upgrades that he did to make her look brand new. Thank you for the hard work and great customer service Randy!

All of the staff was very kind, and helpful! Dan was my technician and he did an amazing job painting and blending the front end of my car to match the rest. I had my 260Z painted a new colour. After about 18 months later, I noticed the job wasn't completed properly. Dan (?) has been fantastic solving my issues. I would recommend their services over the other well over-priced companies but make sure you check it thoroughly before leaving. They are very good at making you happy with their services. If you are changing colours, prep your car if you can as they don't remove badges, lights, bumpers or trim normally or you can pay more for them to do the work.Overall, nice work!

I got my passenger side mirror set replaced here and happy that I walked in to get free estimate with possible options with or without insurance. They are flexible to let buy our own parts outside and very much professional. I got the mirror painted and it matched exactly with the car color including shining. I also got some bend repair on the side mirror which I think they can still get it right but that is still fine considering it as delicate part. I would definitely recommend Maaco auto body for their work and quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to say this is one of the best experience I had with my car. I showed up on Monday and asked if the fender could be fixed or replaced. Darn it was so helpful ordered the fender for me. Dan called me again Thursday morning and said that it was in if I needed to bring my car by. I brought it to the shop at 10 o clock Thursday morning, it was all finished and cleaned by 1:30. Their customer service and the people that work there were so nice and polite to me. I will brag about them forever. Thank you!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
