My wife had her front two tires changed at the dealership and they did not program the sensors properly. It is difficult to find time to get back to the dealership. After a couple days she noticed the passenger side tire kept losing air. She had it checked a couple times and was told nothing was in it. She finally took it to the Les Schwab in Everett off Walnut. The gentleman took care re-programming her tire sensors and found out there was a screw blantly apparent in her tire. He took care of that as well. He did not even charge her for the time he took to take care of her issues.Very high quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you.

Awesome customer service! My wife noticed her car tire was dropping PSI while on I-5 so she quickly swung into this shop. They got the car in super fast, found the problem, fixed it and sent her on her way free or charge!

$112 to dismount mount and balance two tires. Bravo to Les Schwab to sit there for 30 minutes to only have the price change after talking to the front desk. Do not recommend go to discount or an independent tire shop. Call Les Schwab first before you go to one of the other guys and it will make you realize how screwed you re getting.That $112 job cost me $48 at discount tire

Brought in a problem child VW with stuck CV axle. Curt and the team really went the extra mile to help us out. Great service. Always above and beyond. Happy to have these guys near by. Thank you

I pulled in to get an air check on my tires and I informed JJ that I had bought in brand new tires with Les Schwab in the past few months, & One of them was leaking air. I was very polite, and his overall attitude was Poor. I understand we have bad days, I work in a very chaotic environment myself, and understand how things can get a little crazy, But his response to me having low air in one of my tires was that I probably ran something over and laughed, He was quiet for a second I think, waiting for a response, and then he goes, but we can get you checked out anyway. I was not demanding of anything, in fact, I said, if you guys have the time, Could you look at it, trying to be courteous of the other people that may have had appointments.The customer service experience at Les Schwab, provided by JJ was regrettably subpar. The interactions were marked by a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which falls below the expected standards of service. A focus on enhancing interpersonal skills and prioritizing customer satisfaction is crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience.

Today is the second time I ve brought my car to Les Schwab to have them look at my tire for whatever s puncturing it and causing it to lose air. Every time they get me in without an appointment and they re fast about it, not to mention so nice. I only have good things to say and will keep coming to them for all my tire needs in the future including a new set. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Good prompt professional service at this location. Took the same truck to the Marysville location about a year ago and they dropped truck off lift and put it out of commission for a week. Was finally on my way to pick it up when they called and said someone backed into in there parking lot.They acted like it was no big deal, claimed no responsibility on there end and charged me full price. In other words use the everett one and avoid the Marysville one.Hope this helps someone.

Kurt was awesome! I called ahead to check the wait time for a nail in my tire repair and Kurt answered the phone in a friendly manner. He was super helpful at the shop and had me out of there with a repaired tire and quote for new tires in less than an hour. I highly recommend this shop!

Younger male employee working 11am 10/20/23 was condescending to the wife. Tried to speak down on her unwarranted, exclaiming our patch kit was temporary. Not only did she not ask, but how does he think it got there? Obviously we know that. Tried to upsell her on stuff she had already stated she didn t want. With that being said, some of the other employees working at the air fill up have been extremely nice and helpful. I give this place a 3/5 because the location itself and the services it provides as a les Schwab location are helpful but the quality of the service provided from the employees especially to women is a gamble.

I have been to many different Les Schwab's. But this location is all very friendly easy to get along with. And always willing to help out I just got my first set of rims and tires for my truck and the staff was really helpful about helping me pick the right rims for my personality and style that I like. And was able to get them on and ordered right away. I will always send my friends and family to this location

Super friendly and I have always had great customer service anytime I have gone to Les Schwab. They are consistent at all locations and cost for services are fair. I went in last week when my tire pressure light came on while driving and unfortunately the two gas stations i went to prior had their air nozzles broken or missing. When i arrived I wasn't sure the protocol to get checked and had to go into the store. Though they were helping other customers when I went in, the lady behind the counter acknowledged me when I walked in and stood in line and let me know they would be with me in a moment.The only negative experience was with another customer, a " Karen" and nothing to do with Les Schwab. She came in 5 minutes after me and apparently we needed the same service because when I got to the counter and as the cashier told me just to pull around to the pressure check Bay, Karen ran out to her car and pulled in front of me. Now normally I would just let it go but the fact that she felt her time was more valuable then mine, she knew what she was doing because she smirked when she saw me pull in and the tire guy unaware of how rude she was, was checking hers as I waited and when she was done and pulling out she gave that better then me look with that stupid Karen smirk...PS: Friendly reminder that your care Warenty is about to Expire...

The worst place to change or fix your tires ever. I had a nail in one of my tires and apparently they fix that for free so I took my car there and after they fixed it the tire had bumps on sidewall. And when I told them they didn t wanna take responsibility but instead they gave an offer to change it for $250 and it s not even the same brand that I had. I talked to customer service and they didn t wanna help at all. Then I had to go to a different shop and changed the tires and it cost me around $500.

I found out I had a flat towards the end of my workday today and this Les Schwab was the closest. I pulled it at the end of their shift and they were so great - patched up my tire for me and did a cursory check of my other three tires just in case. Super kind guys, and they know what they're doing! Highly recommend.

I love snow, and I love driving in the snow the problem is - my car let s just say isn t great. So I went to this Les Schwab center and asked them for new tires. This took care of the hustle of researching/comparing/choosing all the boring things. And quality of the product, service and attitude I received there are worth every penny! My new tires are awesome and I feel invincible no matter what s on the road!I had been going to this center for multiple quick services before and was always treated wonderfully, but this was my first big purchase from them and I definitely will never look elsewhere anymore.

Woke up to a flat tire and drove our Tesla to les schwab hoping to get the tire patched up. We pulled in and a gentlemen (sorry I didn't grab his name), came out and took our car right away to work on the tire. It was very quick and maybe only around a 15 min wait. Super quick repair. And the gentlemen didn't charge us which was a very nice and unexpected surprise. Definitely would come back here. Great customer service. Thank you!

The evening before Memorial Day weekend of this year, I was completely exhausted. Having worked nearly ten months straight - looking forward to a few days off-the-grid in the mountains with my closest friends - stepping out of my late model Driver s Ed car, I saw that the front left tire was going flat. Frantically, on a wing and a prayer, I drove toward Les Schwab on Walnut Street in Everett, knowing that they had already closed at 5:00 pm. It was 5:25 on a Friday night before a major Holiday.I could not very well leave a dead horse on the side of the road, and go off happily on vacation. The odds were against me.Driving into the Les Schwab parking lot, a lad named Magnus ran Toward me and my car. Yes, they had already closed.Within 30 minutes I was back on the road again, at no charge. Magnus is an amazing and stellar example of how this selfless company and their associate s work.BTW, our camping trip was Amazing! And so, we are eternally grateful to all of you at Les Schwab for your proficiency and especially, your kindness TEN STARS all the way!

Amazing experience! Low tire pressure warning light came on, I was 2 miles from this location. My tire was repaired (nail) and I was on my way free of charge. I waited no more than 20 minutes, the staff with very friendly and professional. Thumbs up Les Schwab!!!

I have never had a better experience than working with JJ. He was friendly, informative, diligent, efficient and an all around pleasure to work with. Ask for JJ on your next visit and I promise you will be a lifelong customer.

We drive past multiple Les Schwab, and all the way from Sultan to bring our cars to this location for our work. They are always friendly and quick. Gage has been so helpful with helping us find rims they fit my car to new tires for our RV. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this location from a friend who s been going to them with his vehicles for over ten years for their expertise with lift kits. I just wanted a suspension leveling kit and Kurt and Cameron were more than up to the task. Kurt speaks with first hand experience of not only installing but buying and using lift kits on his own vehicles. You could see the whole team at this Les Schwab enjoys their work and cares about the product they put out. Really happy with my experience at this Les Schwab.

We had a flat tire and called 15 minutes before they opened. Kurt answered and let us know they had our tire in stock and could help us out. He told us it would take about an hour. When we arrived (via tow truck) Kurt had us ready to get back on the road in less then half an hour. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. They let our dog hangout inside with us while we waited. I would highly recommend this Les Schwab, despite being in an area with a high homeless population living down the street.

Earlier in the day I had to replace my headlights.While doing that, the auto store guy noticed I had had rats in the engine. On my way home from that I got a flat tire.It was turning out to be one of those terrible days.I drove slowly to Les Schwabs knowing they'd fix it. I made it there safely but unfortunately the place was all buttoned for the holiday. I was about to cry.... but one of their Les Scwhab trucks appeared and two friendly Schwabs guys said they'd help me. The tire was repaired quickly. I couldn't thank them enough.Blake and Kurt, you saved the day for me.

Wow, they really do fix a flat for free... that I didn't buy from them. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks Les Schwab! You will be seeing me again for my future tire purchases.

They were quick and friendly and helped immediately. The tires are over priced but for the whole experience and the guarantee it is worth it. If you want it done right go the the place that's been around forever.Wife had flat tire they ran out and helpEd her no cost no questions just did it. That's amazing to me in this day and age

I've been a Les Schwab customer for years, though I have never been to this Everett Les Schwab. I am completely impressed. JJ took care of my flat tire efficiently and with excellent customer service. He was kind, courteous and pleasant regarding all my queries. He even had to drive to Lake Stevens in rush hour traffic to get the correct tire, which he did with a smile and made excellent time. They honored my tire warranty, so it saved me money. AlthoughJJ was exceptional, every worker I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The shop workers even yelled goodbye as I left the waiting area. Great service, great product and labor, excellent warranty. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tires. And now the Everett Les Schwab is my primary location. They are close to my work and treat people with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this company and location.
