I had to wait a long time (no line) to be scolded for parking in a spot I ve used for many years. I ve spent so much $$ for many sets of tires and two suspensions so I expect that service I used to receive when old man Les was alive. Instead I m told it ll take at least 30 minutes to fill a low tire. I look inside, so many employees with hands in their pockets. Les Schwab. You ve lost my trust and my business going forward.

They go so far above and beyond I can't thank them enough. Steve installed brake pads on my extremely complicated car. He was great at communicating with me, and when the brake pad sensor stopped working a few days later, he worked around my schedule to replace it at no cost to me. All the people working there are so nice and knowledgeable. It's very clean and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. I wish I could give them more stars!

Came in to get my tire checked I had a nail in my tire wanted to check it out in case I had punctured my tire. Customer service was great he went right out to check my tire it wasn't punctured. Although they didn't have the wiper blade I needed it was good fast customer service. The place is very clean really nice plenty of seating and really nice displays. Definitely would recommend and would come back myself.

Before coming to this Les Schwab location I visited different shops were they assured me to change all 4 tires because one of them had a nail which would have end up costing me around $1000.Gabriel at Les Schwab Tire Center in Everett was very kind and was able to assist me. Not only did he fixed my tire while other shops couldn t but also he did it with no charge!Highly recommend this location! Special thanks to Gabriel for helping during the holiday season!

I got a new battery installed Saturday. I didn't drive it again til this morning on my commute to work. After my hr commute, I went to restart my car to move it, it completely died. Long story short, one of the battery terminals was very loosely on the battery. Not sure how they installed it so loosely?? Just blows my mind. I chose Les Schwab because I thought they knew what they were doing and trusted them. I called to let them know so whoever did this knew, so they didn't make the mistake again. And thought they should just know. This could've come undone as I was driving down the hwy or down any road and left me stranded on the side of the road with a tow bill. I said it would be nice to get reimbursed the installation fee since it wasn't installed properly and was told theyd let the manager know after saying it had to of been installed correctly or it wouldn't have started. Ok...I thought this was horrible customer service. In my opinion, they should right the wrong by at least reimbursing the installation fee I think. Then I'd maybe go back. Otherwise why would I go back. I'll just take my business elsewhere. Pretty disappointing customer service. Also got a quote the night before from someone for 3 batteries. That morning when I went in, I was told the 2 most expensive ones only...I said last night there was another cheaper option and the guy eventually said oh ya here it is. I mean maybe an honest mistake?? But I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. Just won't be using Les Schwab again for my personal car, especially not this location. Pretty disappointing for what is supposed to be a good company. Next time I need a battery or anything else they supply, I will not go to Les Schwab. Will take my business elsewhere where.

Steve was very helpful. I talked to him before I came in and he remembered I had called. Even went out to my vehicle to make sure the measurements were correct.

I live wayyyy out of the area, but when my truck lost its lower ball joint, the tow company recommended Les Schwab. Even though it was late on a Saturday, they jumped right in and had it fixed at what I thought was a reasonable price.

Had a bolt in my tire that I "dealt" with by using fix a flat to get to work. Brought it in on my lunch break and in less than an hour they had me fixed up.No freaking charge either. So appreciative of their kindness and quick response to my issue. Other shops I talked to weren't stoked to work with the fix a flat. But it's been about a month now and my tire is all good!I will be going here when it's time for new tires.

After having a day with a flat. Boyfriend bought in the rim and it was fixed fast and we were prepared to pay but nope they did it no cost. Thanks again for helping and making my day better. Front counter was amazing and fellow car enthusiast. We will be back again. You all are awesome. :)

Another mechanic told me I needed to replace my brakes at my next oil change. When I brought my car here to get my snow tires put on and get the brakes done they told me my brakes were both at least at 50%. I appreciate their honesty and will return here.

I can remember going to Les Schwab as a teenager with my dad. He was buying tires for his truck. Now I'm an adult and every single experience I have had with them over the years has been great. Today, my tire was going flat and I didn't know why. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to take a look after a small wait. Found a screw in my tire, fixed it quickly and sent me on my way, all as a courtesy service!! As a single female it is comforting to know there are places to do business that I can trust. Les Schwab is one of those places. When it's time to buy tires, I'll be there again. And I'll send my daughters there too.

Brought my 2017 Honda Civic to this shop. They are amazing here and super friendly. Great mechanics that know what they are doing. Came in because my back wheel was making a terrible metallic screeching sound over and over again while I was driving. They replaced both back brake pads and back rotors for me. Super affordable price . Solved the issue and I no longer have the loud metallic screeching sound in my back tire!! Recommended for sure. The team did amazing and got me back on the road in no time. So happy

Always, always, always the best service! My significant other left something in the driveway that punctured one of my car's tires immediately when I backed up. I could literally hear the air quickly leaving the tire! Thank God for run-flats as I had the 10 minutes to get to Les Schwab so they could assess and patch my tire. In and out in 30 minutes despite the fact that they were very busy

Delayed review... I was run off the road by an aggressive driver months ago and had to have some serious TLC done to my hatchback. These guys were kind, respectful and above and beyond helpful with helping me get back on the road. I don't know anything about vehicular mechanisms, so they explained things in ways I understood and explained all the charges/fees, too. Thanks for helping me in such a stressful time!

For years and years I bought tires from Les. Great service and price and free repair and rotation. They just fixed a flat for free on my WHEELBARROW!As I moved during my life I've gone to different Les Schwab shops but always got the same great service.

First-rate facilities, very nice people, got a bid for front brakes job including rotor, told them I wanted cheapest fix possible, the bid totaled almost $600! Got another bid from an auto care place for around $400. I know I can get an even less expensive bid, and I will. I feel like at Les Schwab I'm paying a lot more for the staff, facilities, and they're nice yet the reality is they charge a lot of money for their services. I'm one that doesn't necessarily need the frills I just want a really good deal and a good brake job! Even if the agent isn't necessarily nice but offers me a great job at a great price I'll take it!

I went in tonight really needing a new RR tire. I came in 45 mins before the closed and they still were friendly and even changed both back tires. Scott and the front desk woman were really understanding and went above and beyond thank you ! I feel safe driving with my son and that s what most important

Bought brand new set of tires from here and have had go go and get them patched 4 times in the last few months and have been them for a little over a year now. They refuse to replace them and they don t have that miles on them either. I find this to be very poor customer service and show the quality of the tires they sell.

The lady at the counter is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with new tires and patch tires and even replace valve stems. They always get the job done right the first time in my experience. This is the best Les Schwab around for everything!

Really, really nice people, and the amenities in the waiting area are fine. But even with an appointment, you might end up waiting a while. I think it's worth it for the convenience and great customer service, so I'll definitely return.

Came in for a very specific issue, twice, and both times my actual complaint was completely disregarded, and both times I left with the same problem I came in with. No troubleshooting the issue, Instead I got told that my tire pressure was in spec and that I needed to drive for the light to reset. I know how tpms works, and I also know how to use a tire guage, and can verify that all 4 tires are exactly to spec. When the light flashes for 75 seconds and then stays on, there is a fault in the system. When I stated that the light was flashing as he was handing me back my keys, the individual actually looked surprised, which leads me to believe that all they did was check my tire pressure, and "relearn" the module. I don't think they even scanned to see if the sensors were working that I paid another, much more professional location to replace all four of. I wouldn't come here for anything other than tires, and maybe not even that. You guys need to work on actually listening to your customers, and not just assuming that they don't know how to check their own tire pressure.

Very unhappy with there service and miss communication. I dropped my truck off on Monday morning was told it would be done the same day for a alignment Eric called me back with a quote almost near closing time wich I said no just the alignment he assured me my truck would be the first one on the alignment next morning my truck is still parked and hasn't been touched, very upsetting since it's my work truck and off work till it's done

Do not take your car here. I had them replace my wifes car here to replace the tie rods and ends, everything seemed fine for a couple months and then the car developed a squeak when turning left and right at a dead stop. So I took a look and the bellow was not even covering the inner tie rod at all. The clamps that come on this car you have to break off to replace the inner tie rod and then you have to use either a large adjustable clamp or something of that sort after replacing these and they never did. So the bellow just pulled off and dirt, water, debris etc have been getting in there as she drives all this time. I don't know for sure what the squeak is yet but this is unacceptable workmanship and deteriorates the life of the car. Any mechanic that would do this, and they told me the manager himself did this work, has no idea what they are doing so avoid this place.

Went in to have my 2018 F150 leveled. Got a call that they needed to replace swaybar link to do the alignment since the old one was rusted. No problems !!! I was wrong about that. When I went to pick up they let me pay and then informed me my struts were leaking. I would have replaced them then if given the option, but then I was given a quote for an outrageous amount to replace. My truck has 27000 miles on it and no way should I have had to replace the struts. Never again will I use Les Swabb

Pleasant, helpful, and quick! I messed up when my appointment was, but they got me in anyway. I needed a quick patch and they got the job done fast. I will definitely choose this location in the future.

Les Schwab locations give amazing customer service. They repaired a damaged tire on our car for free, as it was still under warranty. They are unfailingly professional and polite. Always a great experience, aside from the flat tire.

I had a tire going flat..I needed tires anyway. I have an all wheel drive..I had to replace all of them. I was in and out in 30 minutes..and 600.00 bucks for 4 tires not a bad price really. A competitor had a 3 hour wait ..clearly Les Schwab was the better choice.

Had to get two new tires on my car period showed up without an appointment and had the new tires on my car within half an hour.Absolutely love Les Schwab Tire Centers. I was stopping by occasionally because one of my tires had a slow leak and the mechanic told me my tires were starting to split and needed replacing. Had he not noticed that I could have ended up in an accident.Great customer service that is so lacking in most companies these days. I will definitely always go to them for my tire needs!
