The Manager was very personable and professional. His technicians were courteous and also attentive. Saw an incident where a customer walked out to the work area and the Manager immediately stopped the customer and explained it was policy that no customers were allowed out there and was very professional with the customer avoiding an issue. Than you for your great service and keep these folks, there great !

I was in need of a last minute oil change since my Toyota dealership was booked out a month. It was a great option to know they accepted new customers w/o appointments required, and provided online estimates. Since the oil change was done with customer in vehicle, the only detail missed was the reset of the maintenance required factory setting. Fortunately I knew how to do it, so it was not big of a deal. I appreciate that Austin allowed me to apply $25 coupon on Full Synthetic oil change and another $10 off for replacing the air filter. He was professional and worked quickly.

Got there at 8am and was met by two hardworking young men Daz and Austin. Very professional and polite. I will be be back, and I definitely Recommend. These young men have set the standard.

This was my first time at this particular Jiffy Lube. Upon arriving I was met immediately and within 5 minutes my car was being serviced. The guy helping was quick to pull down a chair(they were mopping lobby) and offer me a water. Everyone was super friendly and on task.

Great experience with the customer service. They took there time to let us know that our +battery terminal was extremely loose. And a couple of other issues. Thank you to the staff as well for giving me a 15% discount.

Very friendly, attentive. Great service. Fast. Just had to wait about 30 min for a filter. Only downside. Not a big deal. But if your in a rush. Probably dont get it that day. Thank you jiffy lube

Provided quality service with excellent communication during oil change. A bit more training with tool usage for some of the newer techs would seem to be in order. That, I'm sure, will come with experience.

DEZ is great! Always super professional and reliable. I drive out of my way to come to this jiffy lube because his expectations are higher and it shows. Quick and easy oil changes every time!

Great guys, they always answer all my questions and give me the best recommendations to keep my car going. They are never pushy but give me all the options so I can make the most informed decisions. Amazing customer service, they got me in quick for my oil change and at the same time they did a free vacuum. Was in and out within 30 minutes, would recommend this location to anyone needing their oil changed, or any other maintenance for their vehicle.

So what got me that didn t have the oil filter for my car so they let me know that and then they went and bought and came back and finished my car but it gets better I have a diesel BMW so I needed Def the manager did my Def as well I will be only going to this Jiffy Lube for my car because they now know me and know my car I don t like to many hands on my ride lol

10/10! Daz, Eric, & Kamron did my services today.I usually put off my oil changes a bit, but two guys were standing outside with oil change signs so I guess it want meant to be. I m super glad I did because Daz made my experience so easy! He is super outgoing & friendly & made me feel welcomed.I ve been to other locations and the people weren t friendly & make me feel awkward lol, but that s not the case with this location at all!I have other locations closer to me but I ll def go out of my way to come to this one now.

I had a problem with an oil leak.I went to the Evergreen Way Jiffy Lube, got an LOF, and was recommended to replace the oil pressure sensor at O'Reilly.However, this location did not have a qualified mechanic and recommended that I go to the we Silver Lake location. That location told me that it wasn't the sensor but a valve cover leak. 5 hours later, they had it fixed. The determination of the young man to fix it for me was AMAZING.Sold me on his resolve to fix the problem. Got me sold!Kudos!

I have been going here for 2y went in a couple of months ago to get an oil change and was told I needed a sparkplug changed they gave me a quote of no more than $550. I asked them how long is the quote good for? The guy SD 30 days I was like ok I'll come back. Called in and asked if I had to make an appointment for a sparkplug change and they said no asked again for the price to confirm before I went in mind you this was less than the 30 days the guy asked for make model year and phone number he again confirmed it was less the $550 I asked I they had the parts in to do the job they SD yes we always do no problem, said ok I'll drop in ty. We went in this Sat at about 8:30 am and drove up some guys came up I told him I needed a sparkplug done and I noticed that he didn't want to do it I asked him if they had the spark plug and he said we might and asked me if I had gotten a quite I SD yes 2x and it was less then $550 and he look at my car and says let me get you a new quote I SD no I was quoted that and he SD well they didn't do it right and it is more I was thinking ok $50 noo it was $350 more I was like why did 2 people quote me that other price knowing what make and model it is he brushed me off and SD they were wrong. I was so mad and left1 why are people that don't know their job quoting2 if you don't want to work go home3 if you can't stand working in the cold don't push people away and find another job

Came in here to get my mom's vehicle an oil change. It's a little pricey but they do a full service on your vehicle with quick turnaround so it is worth it. They do try and sell you on filtere, and service packages but what oil change place doesn't? It's a business. They did break my oil dipstick which was plastic but the vehicle does have 160k miles so I'm sure the plastic got brittle over time. They did make it right by replacing the dipstick, adding a new valve cover gasket due to having to retrieve the broken dipstick inside. And gave me a FULL refund! Outstanding service, and they do make it right by their customers.
