Very professional and fast team! Just got the oil changed in my Cummins, they aired up my tires too and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes for a great price. Daven was especially helpful and got things done! Thanks guys, definitely gained a long term customer

These guys are rad!! Kramer, specifically is THE dude. Such quick service and very polite guys/gal. Offered updates/changes but were not pushy at all. Have been going here since we moved to lake Stevens last year, and will continue to keep going. We appreciate you guys!!

This Jiffy Lube is pretty good. If I can't go to the dealership I go here. Everyone is super nice and they are fast. It's actually a bit more expensive than the dealership but still great.

You were clearly told to drain all the oil so that when you fill in new oil there will be no extra oil in the system. Why are you such clowns? Why can't you just work normally? This is the third service where they were able to change my oil. This is the bottom.

Went in on a Tuesday morning and was able to get in right away! Willie was very helpful and I was in and out very quickly! They made sure all my fluids were topped off and I hit the rode! Will definitely be back to this store again.

There's a young man named Daven that works here who has helped me and friends every time we go in to get oil changes and always seemed to go above and beyond. Notified me that my cab filter was absolutely disgusting and that I had brake light out. He made sure all my needs were met as a customer. Place is very well kept too.

Went in for an oil change on my a6 Quattro and also looking to replace my stripped oil plug. They said No worries we can fix that! with no hesitation. Great team.

I always have a great experience at this, Jiffy Lube! This team works fast, they are always polite and accommodating, and extremely professional. Whether it s full service, a quick oil check and top off, or a fast headlight replacement, Kramer and the crew always offer outstanding service and value. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! After the northgate jiffy lube turned away my 2013 fiat 500 for an oil change because they didn't have a "socket" which I knew was a bunch of bull.The lake stevens jiffy lube guys got it done and they definitely had the socket needed to change my oil filter.This will be the only jiffy lube I go to from now on.
