Highly recommended. If you want an honest and professional people, this is the shop to go. No hassle and they were very knowledgeable. I bought tires outside and brought it to them fro mounting. Unfortunately the tires, I bought from a known store, had an issue and they were very helpful in providing me the info so I can deal with the company whom I bought it from. No appointment needed even, I just walked in and immediately got accomodated. Thank you!

There is no better place then here for tires and other services. They are knowledgeable and honest. They never try to upsell you. I have to have my breaks done and I will be going back to them for this as well!

I spoke to Manny over the phone who gave me the best suggestion for my audi q7. Unlike other big tire chains, he didn't focus on selling tires from his place. I can tell he is very knowledgeable and I decided to drive half an hour from where I live to get my tires installed.

I bought new tires yesterday and had them installed on a holiday! I count it a blessing that my usual big tire places were closed. I was in a bind with two blown out tires and J&J really came through. I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me. He explained everything really well and helped me pick out the best fit for my vehicle. He went above and beyond. I would 10/10 recommend them! They even have a financing option!

Usually I get all my work done at my Honda dealership for my car but after getting my tire done with J and J tires for my infinity I found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I received such great service at such a great price that when two of my tires on my 2019 Honda accord had problems I brought it to them. After getting the same great service I have decided that I will do all my tire service needs with J and J tires only including getting all my new tires from them! Highly recommend these guys! Fair prices and great friendly service! Very hard working!

I usually recommend this place ! But last time I went there I had a flat tire and that guy 120$ for used tire if you guys want to expend 120 for a used tire that s your place me

J&J Tires & Brakes in Everett is AWESOME. They do awesome work at an awesome price. I was in a pinch and they helped me to take care of my lower ball joint and get new tires right away for a cost I could afford! Thank you soo much J&J Tires!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Crazy good prices on used tires. Despite being used tires feel and run like new. This is my second time coming here and I will continue to come back! A whole set of used tires with about 80-90% life left can be as cheap as like $200-300 here as opposed to about $800 new. They are very friendly and give you a lot of helpful advice about tires brakes and tpms sensors. Would definitely recommend

This place is awesome. Good customer service, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, they explained to me everything about the tires. The date on them, the percentage of thread and the quality of it. This is the second time I have been here and they haven't changed. They do charge more for tires than other places but the quality is better. The whole experience was about a 4.8. Will be back.

Very nice people. They where honest and worked with me on prices and showed me other things that where wrong with my car. Made sure I was safe in my car. Gave great recommendations not just one but multiple places for other businesses for things they couldn't do also took the time to explain things to me so I understood the importance of things. I will keep going here this is my 3rd time using them. Victor was great and took the time to make sure everything I needed was affordable for my budget. Thank you for the great customer service.

The manager/owner Manny is helpful, he gives 3 months warranty even on used tires, ( other places don't) but are cheaper

Always reliable and honest. They don't overcharge like other shops and staff has experience and knowledge. Had my brake pads replaced recently after being advised to do so before I needed rotors which would have been more. Tire prices are awesome and installation is quick always.

Great place to get tires. Don't let the crazy colors or the hole-in-the-wall vibes steer you away, these guys have great deals on lightly used and new tires and they know how to do it quickly. I have a 2005 impala that needed new tires and paid $250 out the door for tires that still had well over 90% of its tread life remaining. And yes, by out the door I mean old tires removed, new tires mounted, balanced, and installed for a matching set of 4 all season tires. The guys work quickly and are very professional. I'll be sure to consider them again for when I need another set down the road .

These guys are amazing!!!! I called to get a quote for new tires. Great pricing and quick service!!!! I arrived to J&J tires late afternoon. They had three customers in front of me and my wait time was under 30 minutes. Call these guys for your tire needs you'll have a great experience 7 days a week.

Excellent experience, excellent service and affordable pricing. I needed cv joint assembly and alternator replaced asap before alignment and they were able to do it next day. They saved me time and money. I highly recommend to anyone.

Great place!!!!! I got my brakes and shocks done there and they gave me a grate price and the mechanic there did a very good job and great customer service. He was very professional and helpful. I also got a set of used tires this last winter from them and they had me back on the road in less than 35 min I really recommend this place they have Great prices and good service I will be back for some more tires for my daughter's car

I had a flat tire and called at 15 min before the shop closed to see if they would be able to replace 4 tires as my car is AWD. Believe it or not Manny said YES. They had mid level tires at $178 a piece and was willing to stay late for $50 charge. I am so appreciative of this kind gesture. I wish more people would go out of their way for their customers. I almost took it to Costco but was told me they couldn't take any more walk ins so I gave my business to J&J. Thank you Manny!

They helped me with some 20" tires. They had my car jacked up on jacks and one side of the tires off, before I even picked out the awesome set of used 20" tires for my car. I believe I was in and out with all 4 tires mounted and balanced in about 40 minutes. Oh! did I mention I got a great price for my 20" tires too. I will definitely be back. J&J are awesome in so many ways. Thanks Guys!!!!

I called this place and they were so professional and accommodating. Gave me the correct information and pricing. When I got here that had an extra two tires for my vehicle. As in the beginning I was trying to get all four, when I got there I was surprised they had two more and charged the same. Amazing and hard working individuals. Highly recommended.
