My recent service experience was great... Eric checked me in on time, comfortable waiting area, less than an hour to perform the oil change, inspection and tire rotation plus checked for any recalls or software updates(none). Explained everything on the inspection report and I was on my way! I wouldn't change a thing!

Got there early and got out quick. Fast service. Overall, Eric was professional and kind, and answered my questions. The process felt transactional, and informative but not very personable. One thing that did make me upset and lied to, was with the company, is the 3 year 36k warranty. In person Eric told me I only had one more free service left and only get a total of 4. He just said that s how it works and explained you only get 4 complimentary with the service contract.I don t see on the service contract anywhere it stating you only get 4 services; it clearly states, 3years or 36k miles whichever comes first of normal service, preventative and routine. The return time is every 5k miles.Eric was nice to walk me to my car and explain the other service warranty plans to me and what is and is not covered. He also was able to address the costs of services. He was knowledgeable and professional. I couldn t help but feel like an inconvenience but he did his job, serviced my vehicle, and overall got me in and out of there quickly

While bringing my car in for maintenance will never be "fun", I cannot say enough good things about the service staff of Lee Johnson Hyundai in Everett. They are professional while still being personable. The waiting area is pleasant, comfortable and usually well stocked with drinks and snacks.

Excellent!!!! Was greeted as we pulled in. Travis showed us the lounge. Was given up to date progress via text. Travis came and got us walked us to my car. I had oil change , inspection. Offered a a coupon for a car wash. This place is not notch. Travis has amazing customer service. Great Job!!!

Only rating my experience with 5 stars as there was no option for 7! My teen son's car (1st car ever), a 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE had an unfortunate engine issue & needed to be towed to the service center. Travis listened to our issues and assured us we were at the right place and that he was 'the man' to take care of the issues. He immediately performing initial checks on the car and cross checked with his database to let us know that the there was an engine recall on our car from Hyundai. He provided a lot of helpful information & assured us of a speedy resolution once all the detailed inspections are completed. Over the next few days, Travis followed up keeping us posted on the progress , provided us with the rental car, got the engine replaced & all associated work completed , provided great recommendations for service needs that can improve the lifetime of the car, and got us back on road. He did not forget to let us know about the warranty information. Travis is very courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy professional who truly cares about the customer's technical and emotional needs. On another occasion, the car's navigation system had a black screen, Travis immediately took a lookand was able to fix it himself in less than five minutes. It is great to have such amazing experts available to support customer needs, especially during testing times. We are extremely pleased with Travis fantastic service, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I bought my 2014 Tucson there 2 years ago and always go there for service. I was in the newly remodeled facility yesterday for an oil change, brakes and transmission maintenance. The staff was very friendly, efficient and kept me up to date on the maintenance progress. They did a great job on the remodel! Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee, soda and snacks! Great job and thanks again!

My experience for my first scheduled service was a huge disappointment. I watched as several people who arrived well after I did, come and go well before I did. I understand not all the people were being seen for the same issues as me, but several were. I know because I could here the service rep explaining in detail what was done to their vehicle. I only got things moving after making a loud outburst on how long it was taking. One customer arrived and hour after I did, and she was there for exactly the same thing I was. She left 45 minutes before I did. At no time did anyone come and let me know why their was such a delay. Also, every person that I witnessed was giving in great detail of what exactly was done during their maintanence, I received no such service. Once again, Lee Johnson, failed to deliver.

The remodeled facility is so nice, just pulled right in and the gentleman took me to the waiting area. There is water, coffee and a snack available, very clean and spacious with comfy chairs. He said it would be about an hour and sure enough, came back for me an hour later. He explained everything, there were no surprises and off I went, a very happy customer.

Kris and Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett got my car engine replaced very quickly and it now runs better than ever. Kris kept me uptodate with valuable information about the condition of my car. Having my car down was a stressful time. They made it way better. And, all worked out well in record time. I recommend their service department. A+

Their new dealership/service center is amazing. I had an appointment 2 weeks out but had some issues with it early. Brought it in and they fixed the issues within a couple days. I am grateful they took the time ahead of my scheduled appointment to fix what I needed.

I used to hate coming to this location to get my car serviced because of the construction. They new service area is so much better than the bungalows they used to have. If you choose to wait at the dealership while your car gets serviced; you have an option of snacks, coffee and free wifi.The actual service on the car was speedy and efficient. For normal maintenance on my car it only took about a hour to hour and a half.

From the point that I called with my problem I had with my Tuson they were prompt in setting up an appointment to fit my car in for repair. The service center for car repair ran smoothly. But the part they needed to repair my car needed to be ordered and that was going to be a few days so they gave me a loaner car. Which was helpful. They informed me when the repair was completed. Great auto service department and good customer service. I would love to give 5 stars but the cost of the standard oil change has gone up dramatically since I have started going there. I can't speculate as to what is causing the increases for a standard oil change, but it is simply pricing long term customers like me out of their business. It is truly unfortunate, but I may need to find another place to get my vehicle serviced. Businesses forget that people's wages do not increase at the rate that their expenses rise. Seems like the costs of the new building construction might be getting passed onto their customers.

I just got an oil change here. The cost was a little more than I expected but I supposedly received a multi point inspection of my vehicle so I guess it costs more than your basic oil change?A tire rotation costed me more money as well, but Les Schwab offers it free with purchase of tires, but who goes to Les Schwab just to get a free tire rotation?The service was fast and friendly though and no hassles.

Easy visit. Regular scheduled service. Always a breeze coming here. They let me know how many more miles/time I have on my original service contract which is very helpful. The new service area is very nice.

Had to scheduled months in advance but that could be how popular and reliable their services is. Drove to their new service area and had quick chat on my appointment then maybe 40ish minutes my car had green light for no issue and on my way to start my day~

Having our cars serviced at Hyundai is always a great experience. James and Travis are very thorough and their customer service is outstanding. We even get some laughs from them joking with each other. Highly recommend their service department!.

Nikolai was very helpful and kind. First time at the Hyundai Dealership, and he showed me where the waiting room was, along with the coffee and snack complimentary bar. Also. When my car was done, showed me where my car was parked. Great customer service skills!

Hyundai of Everett is the only car dealership we will ever use. Travis in the service department went above and beyond what any service department has ever done for us. Our car broke down and the engine had to be replace. Travis did all the paperwork made sure it was towed and gave us a loaner car that was brand new. We were double covered so the engine was replaced at zero cost to us.We were so thrilled with the outcome. But Travis for years has always been there for us giving us honest information and services. It s Travis s personality and helpfulness that makes you feel safe knowing that he will take care of you.Now the Hyundai Dealership is also stellar. Our car broke down and was first towed to a Hyundai dealership in Burlington where the service Dept had me in tears. I called Travis who paid the dealership out of Hyundai of Everett s pocket for a charge to have it looked at and made sure it was towed to Everett.We ve in our 70 s and bought cars through the years from different dealerships but we will never leave Hyundai of Everett because of their honesty and caring service.Thank You Thank You TravisJoy and JeffService: Auto maintenance

Every time I come to Hyundai I feel like royalty! They are at my car within seconds of pulling in and walking me to the waiting area.I believe Travis has helped me numerous times, and is always very pleasant.

I had an emergent situation with my car due to a recall issue. Eric Roberts took care of me in a very efficient manner although there was no time in the schedule for me and my car. Eric found a way to get my car looked at immediately and then there was a cancellation that morning and he put me right in the get both recall items solved and I was back on the road by 11 am! What a great team and awesome customer service which I find to be quite rare now a days. That you Eric and team!

I was very pleased with my oil change service recently at Lee Johnson Hyundai. The Service Manager came right over and took care of me after I drove my car in. I expected the Oil Change to last 2 hours, but the service was fast and I was driving home within an hour. Thank you Lee Johnson of Hyundai. David (Everett)
