I paid $1650 for a radiator fan and thermostat. That's it. I had to do it because I can't keep pulling off the highway to fix my overheating with two babies in the back.I'm a mom of 2 littles and its my only vehicle. I was stupid and should have gotten the parts online and spent the weekend doing the work myself.They also quoted me $4700 plus tax to do an complete ac rebuild. In tears I called 4 local mechanic shops (one being a Honda specialist) and they all quoted around $2300.These guys should be ashamed of themselves. I used to come here for all my Honda's (I'm on my third) but I'll never come here or recommend to my friends anymore.Honda of Kirkland is just as bad they wanted $1000 just to look and diagnose my problems.

Took our Ridgeline in for service cause the ignition module was bad 5 months ago. Had it looked at and was told the part is on back order. Fast forward 5 months and multiple non returned calls as well as a call to the service manager and 900.00 it is now fixed. The people who work here are nice. Just do not expect to have them return your phone calls. And expect extremely high prices for any type of repair. If it is not a "Dealer Only" part, I would recommend going somewhere else to get it repaired.

The service is good. Prices are expensive compared to other Honda mechanics. They offer wifi and free coffee. The unlimited oil change is what makes me go there. Expect 3.5 to 4 hours wait for an oil change. Don't even think about walking in. Scheduling appointments might be 1 to 2 months in advance.

The best auto service for your Honda (or vehicle your purchased there) vehicle. They focus on customer service, and it makes you feel good about bringing in your vehicle for maintenance "when" needed to keep it running smoothly and lasting for years. I highly recommend Klein Honda for your next vehicle purchase. It's a bonus when they provide a free car wash with your scheduled maintenance.

About as enjoyable as a trip to the DMV. A 3-week wait to get an appointment and a 2 hour wait for the sevice. The wait might have been better if the coffee machine worked. I spent over $350 but they wouldn't honor my $6 wiper blades coupon (for my other Honda). They told me I had to bring that vehicle in. I don't think so.

I came in to get my tire replaced and they didn t have it the same day, and told me to come in the next day at the allotted time to get it fixed once they had it. I came in for my appointment and they didn t have my tire. They also didn t have any that would fit my car at all. I left to try and find something else, but I got a call a couple hours later the tires were here and I could come in right then and there. That was really cool. But whatever, the real point of this is to tell Pete thank you. I needed his kindness badly today and he showed compassion in an uncomfortable situation for both of us. I appreciate him and he deserves a raise and a promotion and everything inbetween. I mean it! I found out I might have cancer the day before this appointment, he didn t even know that. And still he made having to drop a ton of money on new tires right before christmas just a little bit easier. In all the hard things that keep happening it made everything so much better. And to top it off, they cleaned the inside and outside for me and I didn t even have to ask. Thank you, I wish for good things to you always

I purchased 2019 Honda HRV with 5800 miles in 2021 from Klein in Everett. When it came time to get my oil changed I called and it was two weeks out for the first appt. just to get oil changed. This is unacceptable and poor customer service for someone who purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I will take my business else where for now on!

I had the 30,000 mile maintenance done on my Civic. It came to about $590. The young guy that rung me up had an off-putting attitude about him, but other than that my experience at Klein Honda was good.

2 hours plus wait for a oil change. Passive aggressive customer service when I asked for an update. I ended up being late for work. Disappointed to say less.
