Turned my finance away and told her that they couldn t do an oil change because my 2022 bronco sport required a special filter. I called my dealer and also asked another shop and both told me that it takes the most common oil filter. Don t waste your time here.

Loved the management, explained all the details for my oil change, and even vacuumed the car floor mats in the front (small thing but means a lot)

They were fast. I got charged extra $14 labor for holding the oil canister wouldn't except my coupon. And didn't even put my cabin filter back or the cover on it. Also didn't vacuum the floor? Maybe that not a thing anymore? I won't return.

I tried this business for the first time because of the coupon I received in the mail. I had high hopes as they listed all of the services that were included with an oil change such as vacuuming etc. and I figured I could be in & out fairly quickly. They initially asked if I wanted my wipers replaced and I said yes. More than an hour later, they finally finished without having vacuumed my car, never replaced wipers as requested and there were people who d arrived after me that finished in 10 minutes! Needless to say I m extremely disappointed.Service: Oil change

Really fast service, they know what they are doing. They explained the other services that I might need but zero pressure showed me my air filter that was a little dirty but said it had plenty of life left. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

They are overall friendly and helpful while not trying too hard to sell you on the extras. They are a bit pricy in my opinion but they have some decent coupons on their website off oil change and air filters. They also took a bit longer than expected and got through two cars before they finished on mine. They couldn't vacuum apparently cause of corona but drove and stayed in my car for a bit. They also barely wiped down the windows so they still were covered in dirt. Overall they are okay but I believe there are better places for the money.

My windshield wiper had flown off after being put on by a family member. The attendant at Grease Monkey quickly replaced them for no charge and sent me on my way. I was flabbergasted! I'm so thankful!!!

The people here are always so courteous and kind. Very respectful and the customer service is outstanding! There is almost never any wait time, they get me in and out. They take such wonderful care of my car from vacuuming the floors and cleaning the windows. I will always bring my car here for oil changes, etc.

Good place for an oil change. The only thing that I don't enjoy is when they come in and try to get you to add other services. Usually is the transmission or filter, etc. If they could stop that and work only on the oil change that would be great. The last time I went they over inflated my tires but that was fine. I will come back but hopefully they stop with the extra services.

Definitely won't be coming back. They charge me $100 for an oil change and didn't even bother reset the light that tells you need an oil change. I'm saving myself 100 and doing it myself in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! Staff was personable and friendly. I forgot to get his name (Danny?) but the fellow who spoke to me about my car and then rang me out at the end was wonderful! Very sweet guy and didn t make me feel like they were trying to shake me down for unnecessary services, or like he was too busy to talk with me. I used a $10 off coupon from the website. Have been very happy with my experience there. Have had several services done there and have always been informed about cost and what they have seen/found while doing their inspection of my truck. Sam is a great guy and very professional in the work he does actually the whole team is.

This review is coming for an EX employee. Only work here if you enjoy being talking down on and belittled and mentally abused by upper management and co-workers. Very toxic work environment. But they do treat guests very good .

They did a good job with my oil change and air filter change. But I had to bring my cat and she ended up needing to stay in the car while they did it. They were super accommodating to her and tho I likely seemed slightly crazy for bringing a cat I appreciated their flexibility so much! Go to a different location. Consumers beware, if you visit the monkeys in the zoo at this location, be sure to bring bananas and keep an eye on them so they don't get into your engine compartment. Their code word for lying is miscommunication. They target women and the unknowing by frightening them into unnecessary repairs. Read the bad reviews, they were written by people for a reason. The owner and manager condone each other and try to mop up the damage later. Store manager told my wife her coolant was discolored and wouldn't hold pressure, suggested a flush which he couldn't figure out how to do. Suggested she not drive it and not to take it to a dealer. He said if taken to dealer they would want to replace the entire cooling system, OMG! She drove it back and forth camping across the state with zero issues. This manager is defensive about what happened for a reason, totally incompetent.

Ripoff artists. They removed the Refrigerant from my car AC and replaced it for 202$. Their ad claims "We check, vacuum, purge and recharge your air conditioning system" The machine that does the fluid removal should give a vacuum check indicator for leaks. The guy said they do not check for that. I got out and AC was ice cold for an hour. Four hours later no cooling at all even on max AC. Did you check the compressor at all? Great job "checking" guys. AVOID these rip off artists.

These guys have worked on the last two cars I've owned, and they've always done a FANTASTIC job with basic maintenance from oil changes to the lemon scented window cleaner! LolThey are honest and friendly, so GREAT customer service. They are detailed and so good at their job, plus they let you know what offers are available online so you can get the best deals. I trust them and appreciate their reliability.

Found a hose disconnected from my air filter and cap screws removed from the AC lines when I got home. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle unless you are watching them complete the work. My Ford F 150 was making a creaking sound when I drove. They don't usually do these types of things but Jaidyn said they would take a look and at least grease the fittings to see if it helped.Turns out both fitting caps were clogged and the boots were empty. They replaced them and lubed them then explained everything to me. They were professional and very kind. I appreciate what you guys did. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got an oil change. The cheapest one they offered for my Mazda CX-5 was $76. I don't feel like they pushed additional stuff on me, though they did recommend I get new windshield wipers.The people working there seem very trustworthy, kind, and good at their jobs. I'd recommend it.Also, go to their website because they have a button for coupons on the front page. At least at the time of this review.

I have appreciated Charle's knowledge of my old car at this location and Donny and the manager are very nice. They do try to upsell as with every place but are fine when I tell them I don't want anything else. I did, though, have the transmission fluid change recommendation checked at my mechanic, and it was legit and only $10 more to do it at Grease Monkey- (the shop would have taken longer). Customer service is great!

I paid them a lot of money to fix my car but it turns out that they did damage to it. When I requested a partial refund, they refused and blamed me. Completely unprofessional and they do not care about their customers at all. I do appreciate the kindness of the manager however the owner is terribly unprofessional to deal with and unfortunately controls refunds. I would not recommend them.

I was told that the reason my air conditioning didn t work is because my tahoe is 4 years old and it needed a AC flush. Well it did NOT need a flush but I was then told I have a leak. But they tech didn t test for a leak, but was told that if the flush didn t work that I had a leak. So what did I pay for??? I just waisted almost $200 on a service that I didn t need. To make matters worse I just got off the phone with the manager who had the rudest temper with me. He got hot and heated within being on the phone for a minute maybe two. I asked that he lose his attitude when speaking to me, but that did not happen and I had to terminate the call. Now has he called back to apologize? Has anyone tried to right this wrong ? NOPE. I had been a loyal costumer for almost 8 years and now I will never go back. Danny Guston is the managers name and he needs to take a course on how to talk to people with respect in his voice.Service: Air conditioning

3x more expensive than the Dodge dealer. and they definitely did not clean my windows plus the wiper I paid for on the rear of my van is bad and only wipes part of the window

Been coming here for my oil changes since I got my first truck a few years ago, everytime I come in the staff is super friendly and let's me know what's going on under the hood, but what I like best is that they aren't overbearing and scary to talk to or beat around the bush about pricing everything is affordable and done in a timely manner. Great job guys!

Only came in because of a coupon I received in the mail. For an oil change and car cleaning for 37$. Ended up paying $75 and they only did the oil change. Stick to Firestone or anywhere else. Also I understand things change because of COVID-19 but they should have been upfront with their customers so they know what they are paying for and don't walk away feeling lied to.
