Complete rip off. Mark is a talker, he will quote you one price and when you go to pick up the price doubled somehow. I'll never use them again. $360 to change out a battery terminal and do a cpu diagnostic. The part cost $11 and the cpu diagnostic does not take an hour. Never again

Quick and very helpful! I got a flat the night before, and had it towed after hours. The lot was full, but they still managed to take care of me the next day. Then i asked them to fix a couple broken lights, and even though i gave them the wrong one, they found another one for me that day. They fixed a couple more lights i missed, and all on short notice.I wish i remembered the guys name, but he was friendly and efficient. I've had bad experiences with auto shops in this area, and finally found a place i can trust. Will definitely be returning for all future car issues.

Best auto shop in Western Washington. Mark and Lisa provide the best customer service! They have taken care of my fleet vehicle's, and were so great both my personal cars go here now. If you go here you won't regret it!

The shop is extremely busy but the owner took my moms car in for a repair immediately and charged her 55 bucks total to repair her t ransmition fluid leak. Also digging up some used tires I can afford. What a great guy.

Tire went flat after work and this was the closest tire center. Open the door and walk in, guy says they have been closed for 5 mins. I advised that all I needed was a t bar to loosen the lugs and he told me I was out of luck. He then stayed inside for 30 mins as I figured out what to do in the parking lot. I will not be using Good Year in the future.

Showed up @ 7am when they were supposed to open. Waited until 7:15.... wasn't opened... so I left. Went to Les Schwab.

There front desk is so rude. Went three times to fix tire . Every time they tell me four to five hours. Never respond respectfully.
