Seattle Auto Deals will treat you right and if they say they will do something, they will follow up and do what they promised. If you are looking for a fair deal on a nice used car, go and check out their inventory. They will take care to find you just what you need and do it at a fair price.

Great buying experience! Paul was super friendly, responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole buying process. No hassle and no pressure at any time. Car had been in an accident in the past, but it was fixed perfectly and my mechanic could find no faults or lingering signs of the accident. I feel like I got a great, quality, car at a great price!

We purchases a 2012 Subaru Outback in December. Paul was great. He gave us the best price and even delivered the car via the Kingston Ferry so we didn't have to go over to Seattle. We've been enjoying the car for just under a month now and love it. Thanks again Paul for your service!

I went in to look at a 2016 Subaru wrx and she was beautiful. Even though she was in a wreck Paul did an amazing job of getting her fixed up and she is a beast. I would highly recommend. It might be a little small but he gets the job done and makes sure that everything comes out well. 100% would go back and purchase another vehicle when I need one

Just purchased my first car today with Paul. I couldn t have done it without him, he went above and beyond for me today! It was my 1st time buying a car and he helped me through it, every single step of the way! Super grateful & blessed. He even assisted me when applying for auto insurance. We bought a nice vehicle from Paul a month ago, he was personable and easy to talk to. We setup a date to do a test drive and Paul pulled it around to let us check it out.After a test drive we went to the bank to finalize the purchase but some shenanigans went down with the loan and we couldn't buy it that day. Paul held the vehicle for us until we were able to get the bank squared away - we really appreciated it.A few days later the car was alerting that it was out of coolant while my partner was driving home from work in the evening. She called Paul and he sent a mechanic out to check out the vehicle. After a short while Paul's mechanic showed up and found the problem, bought a part and fixed it.Additionally Paul had us bring the vehicle out for an inspection, to ensure everything was in working order - and then gave us gas money.Paul's generosity and character are beyond question - we definitely recommend this place.

this dealership practices deceitful sales tactics and sold my family a car that had been totaled claiming minor cosmetic damage. Engine failure within the first month and obscured odometer and damage. In process of litigation. They let us leave the lot with our kids in the car knowing that it was a fire hazard and ours as well as our children s lives could be risked. Just to add, the supercharger should have had cooling cables coming from the supercharger and as shown in the picture bolts were thrown in place of that. Either their inspections are not thorough or they knew the issues they were selling us, providing half of the information available on history of the car.When I called to give them the option of taking it back or fighting it legally the owners response was lemon laws don t apply to used vehicles. Apparently they need a refresher in these laws.

Great experience here! We purchased a Subaru Outback from Paul and he was super nice and upfront about the history of the car. Gave us the full report and talked through all the repairs made. Super friendly and honest guy- made the process a breeze!

Seattle Auto Deals' operation personnel are very customer service oriented people in vehicles merchandise industry. I am specifically referring to Paul of this great place for car needs.Very helpful and caring about customers' experiences and work everything out on pricing to the last $ a customer in need can afford.Please consider this place for your car buying needs. Bought my Accord Coupe on 10/4/20 which happened to be on Sunday where the business is usually close. Paul was willingly showed up and helped me with my need on his rest day and worked things out to help me to drive the car I wanted home with me.

I'll admit I was really skeptical. Didn't realize the car I was going to look at here was a rebuilt title and I was suuuper nervous about it. But Paul was so amazing to work with. Gave us the CarFax, showed us photos of the car from the auction lot and explained in detail what they'd repaired, and brought the car for us to a mechanic he clearly has no previous relationship with so we could get a pre-purchase inspection. This independent mechanic even said Paul's folks had done a great job on the rebuild; "This was not done by amateurs." We now have a make & model we love that we initially thought we wouldn't be able to afford. Also, when our plates got lost in the mail, Paul was able to get us replacements within 24 hours. Just really impressed by this customer service. If you're willing to take a chance on a rebuilt car for the sake of savings, this is a great spot to try. Thanks, Paul!

My father and I recently purchased a car from here and I just want to say that our experience was great and just so chill. I got a great car for a great deal and was really impressed with the work that was done on the vehicle.My father and brother have been working on cars since they were both very young so I relied on their help with finding a car. The dealer was honest about the history of the car and it's rebuilt title. We are typically cautious about purchasing cars with rebuilt titles and when we researched the VIN number and saw the prior damage we were a tiny bit weary. However, when my father and brother took a good look at the areas that were damaged, they were pretty impressed with the repairs and the work that was done. The dealer was also very honest with what they knew, they were communicative, friendly, and created a great no pressure environment.I would definitely say that this dealer is a lot more reliable than maaaany others that we have been to. The repairs were impressive, as was the dealers communication. I would for sure come here again if I was looking for another car, and I plan on recommending this to my friends who are also looking for cars. I'm grateful to have been able to buy from here!

Seattle Auto Deals was an amazing place to buy a car. Saw the car, fair negotiations done and out the door in 30 minutes. So much better then other dealers long drawn out negotiation process. Paul was awesome to work with and made good on every commitment AND MORE after the sale.Highly recommend.

Had been looking for a Ford Explorer for over 4 months and was having no success. I had not bought a car in several years. Things have changed and customer service appeared to be a lost art. Dealers not calling back, cars not even on the car lots when ad was posted. Live in Seattle and looked at cars from Tacoma to Bellingham. Drove to Bellingham to test drive one and they couldn't find the keys. Unbelievable fail after another. Dealt with 13 different car dealers. It must have been fate as I came across an ad from Seattle Auto Deals. Paul answered the phone himself. Set up a time to drive to Everett. Car was there and ready to go. Drove it and bought it in less than 30 minutes. It goes to show the size of the business doesn't mean anything as he doesn't have the largest car lot. But he was straight up the whole time. I appreciate being direct and not wasting my time. Definitely recommend. Will never buy a car without calling him first. 3/31/2022

Shady practices. They sell cars that have been totalled from out of state for used car clean title values. Car flipper auction vehicles with bad workmanship. Check the vin history as many times the extent of damage is not reported on a carfax report.

Great buying experience! Little mom and pop places beat a big dealer any day. Very good customer service, I traded in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler for a 2015 Subaru WRX took just a few hours and I was on my way. Highly recommend this place I will look here first from here on out!
