So, it took me a few weeks to decide actually write a review I wasn't going to just in case I have to take my car back and they retaliate based on my comments.My overall experience here wasn't good at all. The one good thing I can say was they text you periodically to give you updates which is good. That's the only good thing. They had my car for a month and I'm not blaming them for that part because the part took that look, my complaints come after they had it. As soon as they got the part it felt like a rush job they told me it will be ready in 48 hours for them to do the paint job and the alignment it took 24 hour.I came to get the car I noticed there was a box with the car rim in it. I asked them what was this for? They said "it's the old one sometimes we leave just in case you want to keep it" the next day they called me to tell me it was actually the new rim and they didn't put it on. I asked so did you "do the alignment with the old rim" he didn't answer just said they needed the car back to do the alignment and put the new rim on.Something told me to keep the rental car just in case especially since the rental company was closed by the time I got the car the first time. I left my car there but took the keys because I was planning on picking up my car when I got off that day but have them the keys instead so they could finish the job.Now since they had my car again they were supposed to pay for another day of the rental but the same day I took the keys back that's the day they decided to tell the rental company that they completed the job which they didn't and I end up paying for a rental out of my pocket for their mess up.The part that took the longest was the bumper not sure how a new bumper with a new paint job has a big scratch on it also I found some screws in a plastic zip lock bag in the backseat of my car not sure what they're for if they didn't put it on or if they're extras I have no idea.

I went for an estimate on my car and the woman who did the estimate was very nice. She took photos of my car and sent me and my insurance an estimate to repair the damage. It was decent price to repair my car. I saw plenty of cars in the lot waiting to be repaired. Some were really damaged and I wondered how they would become drivable again. One had damage on the windshield from a large rock that had been thrown from an overpass. The driver was fine and I couldn't see based on the damage how a person was not hurt.Anyway, I called a week later to make an appointment and the wait to drop off my car is a couple of months which is crazy but I think that is the way it works on collision repairs. On top of that you have to leave the car in the shop for two to three weeks before getting back which is too long to be without a car. My car damage is minimal to wait that long but I will find out when I drop off my car. I will update my review after I get my car back. I gave my review 4 stars because the woman did a good job on my estimate.

Have nothing but positive things to say about this place. They were so transparent throughout the whole experience. They sent me messages letting me know what was going on , what parts they were waiting on, when parts were being installed, and guesstimations on how long it would take. The people at the Everettmall way location were so kind. Thanks, guys, for making a tough situation bearable. You guys rock!

Gerber has made what seemed like would be a painful process very smooth. They were excellent in regularly keeping me updated with emails and photos of the repair. They were very booked out when I scheduled the service but now I can see why. They take excellent care of their customers and went above in beyond in fixing the dent my car! Trust them with your vehicle they are excellent. Our Mazda Miata was hit in a parking lot and was towed to Gerber Collision by the other person's insurance. They turned a scary situation into a great experience. The car came out looking brand new, check out the pictures. They even helped me with where rash. Thank you guys!

*** Update, I received a contact from Gerber. The response I was given was not the best but went along ways to answer the questions I had as to others time being better spent.(OLD) Arrived for a scheduled 0800 appointment for eval and repair. (Through Insurance). Says rite in the confirmation email, leave your car there as it will be repaired. The lady did the eval and said she would call to schedule the fix. I informed her of the confirmation email. She basically told me no. Did not try to see what she could do, didn t look at the Schedule, not a call to a manager, nothing. I will never go here nor recommend, and actively discourage others from using Gerber Everett.Service: Body & Trim

Deer and car collision. Just the hood and the latch needed replacement. Appointment was scheduled out for three weeks but the car was operational. I dropped it off at 10 in the morning and it was ready for me to pick up 1:30 the next afternoon! Pretty good turnaround time!!!Paint matches perfectly! They did good!

Estimate, schedulingand reception were very friendly and helpfully and expedient! Repair was done same day. Subaru look like new. Claim process with insurance was fluent. l am completely satisfied. THX

Most excellent & professional service! I brought my car in for repairs, and Gerber made my life easier: they coordinated with my insurance company for payment, and they communicated with Enterprise Car Rental to pick me up at their shop and to pick up the rental from their shop. In addition, my new bumper looks awesome! I am very glad I chose Gerber to work on my car!Service: Body & Trim

Everything was great except they got the day I was picking up my car wrong in their system and when I came in I had to come back the next day since they didn t have it ready. Which was odd, I guess it wasn t cleaned up. And then when I had to pay, their system wasn t taking my card, and was declining it even though there were zero problems on my end. It seemed like they were assuming I was the problem because they asked if I could pay with another method. They had me get on the phone with my bank as I suggested again there should be no issues. Of course as I m on hold with the bank and they are telling me there should be no issues and they don t see my card was ran, they tried again and it worked. So my card was definitely not declined, there is something wrong with whatever they re using to run the cards and it was embarrassing for me. Thank god it decided to work. And then on top of that, one of my lights was out and the battery was not charged when I went to drive my car home. This was my first time having ever being in a car accident and hopefully never happens again as it s never going to be a positive experience but no I would not recommend Gerber Collision due to the little things that did not inspire confidence. However, my car looks very nice, but again I have nothing else to compare it to.

They first got the type of glass I needed wrong and after the day of the appointment, when the glass was supposed to have arrived, I had to call them and find out they hadn't ordered at all and were going to order a windshield instead of a quarter glass. Then argued with me about it which required another approval from my insurance. Finally they called me back a short time later wanting me to pay my deductible before they would order it. I told them no, you don't pay for a service before the service has been completed, they said it's their policy. I said I was paying cash and they were not getting a credit card from me. They called back later saying they would go ahead and order the glass and I could pay when the service was done. By this time, I called my insurance and switched to getting my glass fixed by safelite. Would not recommend them for glad repair.

I dropped my car off for some minor bodywork on Saturday morning, and was told that it should be done by "mid-week at worst". I was also informed that I would get updates on the progress of the repairs. It's Wednesday night now, and since I haven't heard anything, I just decided to call. I know it's past their hours so I was planning on leaving a message. However, when I called an automated voice told me the whole spiel about business hours, which I was expecting, but then the call was promptly ended without a chance for me to leave a message. I thought that perhaps the call had dropped, so I tried again and got the same result. As I have yet to see my car, I have no idea what the service is like, but the communication is poor at best. I will say though, as soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company when I reported the damage to my vehicle, I got a call from Gerber. There were quick to set me up for an appointment at least. I'd just like to know when I can expect my car to be ready.

My wife s car was rear ended, and the bumper cover had a hole in it as a result. They initially quoted one day to repair, but then asked for an additional day to repair additional damage they discovered. I appreciate they would rather do the job right than do it quickly. Bottom line, the car looks great, I m happy with it, and more importantly my wife is happy with it!

They are awesome. They treated me really special and got my little car, Trixie, back on the road in barely over a week. I hope I don't ever need to back. But if I need repairs again, they'll get my business.

They don't deserve even 1 star! I made an appointment for mobile windshield replacement. They said they would be here on Thursday and would call on that morning to set up arrival time. When they hadn't called by the afternoon, I called and they said I had been rescheduled to the following Tueday! I was not notified at all! I cancelled my appointment and will take my business elsewhere!

What a magical team worker!! I'm fully satisfied and happy with their service. I received an update about the repairs everyday, and my car was done perfectly plus exactly on time. I would highly recomment this place.

I am a faithful member of USAA for 20 years, used this company because it was their top tier referral company, that being said I ve been waiting three solid weeks for my car to be fixed after an 11 day timeframe was given to me. I am in the process now of having them removed from USAA s premier listing, they are currently under investigation

They had my car done before it was expected and did an amazing job. They made my car look beautiful, they also washed and cleaned my car and sanitized my car. Excellent job, great and helpful employees. Thank you.

This Gerber Collision is a completely unprofessional and incompetent establishment. Especially don't come here if it's purely for an insurance estimate.February 18th:I arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:33 AM. After filling out some paperwork, we go outside and the estimator looks over my car and takes pictures from all sides. After asking to pop the hood, I do. The estimator doesn't know how to open it, meaning they have no experience with modern BMWs (all they had to do is lift the hood). I ask if there's anything else needed and they tell me the estimate will take 40 minutes and that I can wait or leave. They said they would email me the estimate when it was done.February 22nd:After waiting for the entire week, I call them at 2:22 PM to ask what the status is on the estimate. The estimator claims to have forgotten to email me and says he'll send it. I receive the estimate at 5:28 PM, a total of 3 hours and 6 minutes after I called.I look over the estimate and find several mistakes where the wrong part is used and the fact that it's missing the estimate for the substantial hood damage. I send several clear pictures and descriptions of what's wrong at 6:14 PM.March 1st:By this time, I am concerned that I don't have an update on the corrected estimate.I called them again at 3:31 PM. The estimator isn't at his desk, so the receptionist asks for a message. I tell them that I need an update on the status of my estimate.March 6th:I'm tired of being ignored so I call them for the third time in the morning at 9:53 AM. I stated that I need my estimate or at least an update by the end of the day. Nothing happens. I'm forever ignored. Now it's been a month since my accident and I don't even have an estimate.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR IS DESERVED:My coworker got into an accident, took her car to this place that was approved by her insurance. The day after she got her car back, she was hailed down on the freeway, and some lady told her her back, passenger wheel was going to come off.... She she pulled into the Dairy Queen in Woodinville, and called me. I came to get her and noticed it was wobbling when I told her to go forward and back ward a bit... She called Gerber, they had it towed to them. She just got a call and they told her the axle they replaced her damaged one was bent, and that her insurance company will have to pay for a new rental car and for a new axle... UM NO! They put a faulty part on her car, they should pay for all that. She could have gotten hurt if the wheel came off, they put her in danger, and other people in danger as well.... If you ever want AMAZING customer Service, go to Absolute across the street, they are SOOOO much better that this hack job place! So now they will pay it, however their customer service there sucks.

I had my windshield replaced here, so really didnt have a lot of interaction with staff. But I did hang out in the waiting area for a bit, and they were very friendly and seemed to interact well with the customers that came through while I was there.

picked my car up early got it home walked around the car and noticed the trim on the drivers door was installed wrong causing damage the cover on the trim. Took the car back to the shop and they said well the other side is bubbling so why should we fix the side that we damaged. Also had to take the car back multiple times to have the AC repaired.

I went there with my truck to get an estimate but without an appointment so the nice lady on the front desk who scheduled me for another day. But in general, she was so professional and a sweet lady
