Did such a great job with my car. Everyone I spoke to was very transparent with what was going on. They kept me in the loop when there was a delay. Overall I m very happy with the work and customer service I received. Definitely will be back!

Will definitely use this automotive shop again. They were very timely and communicated well about what was wrong and needed to be fixed. They didn't try to upsell me on any other work, it was focused on what I brought it in for. They definitely earned my trust

I love using Gp Automotive for my Kia soul. They know exactly what is wrong with my car and are able to fix it every time. I am grateful that they are located so close to home. Gp Automotive team is great at getting oil changes done at a quick and timely fashion. I am new to the area and GP was recommended by a friend who lives locally. They were able to make the appointment next day. They were the best example of customer service as well as completing needed service in a timely fashion. Nick and Graceys attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions mean they have a customer for whatever I may need in the future.

I paid $200 for the initial diagnostic which didn't bring me any closer to the problem identification. $900 was requested for detailed diagnostic, when a BMW dealer can do the same for $250 and I did it at another place even chiper. My information about the A/C problem (which was confirmed by the diagnostic at another place later) was mostly ignored and they made an assumption that the problem is in the charger connector which was not even close to reality. I disappointed.

My ignition issue was resolved in a timely manner, not super expensive in terms of price to dealer. The ability to drop off vehicle late at night was very helpful, great communication between clerk/mechanic to customer. Would recommend and I'm looking forward to consulting with other vehicle issues.

We arrived towing our travel trailer with a check engine light showing in our tow vehicle. Eric and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective EGR valve, which was on a national backorder with the vehicle manufacturer. The techs were able to also solve a couple of other issues, which they noticed with the vehicle while waiting on delivery of a replacement part. Although an appropriate part never arrived, due to the shortage, we were very happy with the service provided by:- Eric (the owner), who patiently explained details about our vehicles diesel engine,-his team, who worked on the car, and- Nick who manned the front desk and kept us informed of all developments.Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing repair or maintenance services.

I would not recommend this place, I called for a quote on an oil change and tune up and asked to drop the car off at night they said yes. That night drove down to drop it off and gate was closed. The next day dropped it off and they had to keep the car for a few days, each day I got a call for something ELSE needing to be fixed. I said yes to several only for them to tell me on pickup the car had a giant oil leak that needed to fixed as it wasn t drivable. My car did not have an oil leak before going there, and they wanted $100 to fix this leak. I refused. It was one thing after another, so not recommend.

My car had been giving me some intermittent stalling issues and one morning simply would not start. I had it towed to GP Automotive as they had good reviews and were located close to me. This was in February.They investigated and found a lot of parts they wanted to replace. My car being older (2005) I wasn't totally shocked by this but I asked for assurances that this would fix the problem and that the car would be reliable. They assured me this would take care of the issue. It cost $4200.Less than 300 miles later the car again died on me (intermittent stall) and I brought it back to GP Automotive (They hardly remembered me and misremembered the make and transmission of my car). They called me after a few days, said they were unable to reproduce the issue (so, no fix), and that I could pick the car up. I told them to take pride in their work and to please resolve the issue, reminding them that they had already charged me more than $4,000 and that the car was still not fixed, and that I was well within my rights to leave them a less-than-stellar review. They quickly agreed to redouble their efforts.They had the car from mid-May through to the end of July when they finally decided to replace two additional parts (they could still not confirm what the cause of the issue was) for an another $600. In that time frame I reached out for updates 15 times. They reached out to me three times.Again, less than 200 miles from pickup, the car died on me two days ago.I will never return to GP automotive.You should never bring your vehicle there either.P.S. I would like to personally call out Nick for being extremely unreliable with updates, unrealistic on timeframes, and inaccurate in his quotes.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I broke down on I-5 and AAA had me towed to GP Auto, I did not know them prior. They diagnosed my problem that very evening, ordered parts and installed them the next day and I was back on the road. I suffered a little sticker shock I always do but not because of them. I am just old and crotchety and every price is a shock to me nowadays. Don't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off! We took our 1970 Ford Galaxy in for some brake work and to replace a fan motor. This was in early July. We were quoted $800. We ended up paying $300 for a diagnostic test we didn't need. 2 months and several phone calls later we were told it would cost over $4000 for work that we didn't ask for or that we needed. Nick is a scam artist. He also tried to tell us that we needed parts that our car doesn't even have. So much for being AAA certified. We have already let AAA them know what a ripoff they are. Don't go here!!!!

This is the fourth time I've bought my CLS 500 Mercedes Benz in for service I'm very pleased with the high standard of work they have performed on my Mercedes. Just ask for Eric, he is the service Manager he will take excellent care of you and your Automobile.

I did not have a good experience at GP Automotive. First off, they charge by the hour just to look at my vehicle. My side mirror is not working but they couldn t understand why. They said that if they want to know the reason, they will have to take off my door. And of course, they will charge me more to do that. They charged me $110 for that initial diagnosis. I also asked them to check the oil cooler leak. They took about an hour and half. Sure enough, it was the oil cooler leak. So I had to pay $314 for them to tell me something I already knew. When I questioned them about this, they argued with me. To fix the oil cooler leak, they estimated $8,000. I was shell shocked. I didn t like the way I was treated so I went somewhere that wouldn t charge me to look at it. They quoted me $2,000, which is consistent with the average price found on the internet. Moral of the story. Don t take your car here. You have a lot of choices and you don t need to be overcharged and treated poorly. Take your car somewhere else.

Brought my 99 Dodge Ram 1500 after the heat spiked on my dash. Turns out the radiator was clogged. After the replacement parts were installed, the technician found a parasitic drain on my battery. They found the culprit and offered to remedy the issue. The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, and their work is thorough and professional.Service: Electrical

G P just did a major electric repair on my 04 Sprinter van. Not only did they do what I had ask, they went above and repaired a problem that was not directly related. The price for all the work was very reasonable, I am more than satisfied with their attention to detail. I had a very nice experience dealing with GP Automotive.I called and got an appointment for a couple days out. I needed a wheel bearing replacement (in my opinion.)They told me they used Genuine Toyota parts, and confirmed my diagnosis. They worked around my schedule and completed the job before it was promised. My car is quiet again. I will use them again. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Very rude condescending staff! They tried to charge us $4K+ when we said no, then they still charged us $369 just to tell us to take it to the dealership to get it fixed.Very bad experience all around, we will 100% not be taking my car back, and would discourage everyone from taking their vehicle here. There are plenty of good mechanics who are not looking to rip people off, especially around the holidays.Terrible company.

GP Automotive was fantastic. I was visiting from out of town and needed to replace a wheel bearing. They fit me in the schedule right away. It was a pleasure talking with the mechanic, they take pride in their work and are honest and friendly. I came across G P Automotive seeking a second opinion for my car. Brennan was extremely knowledgeable on the phone, provided me a quote and also set my expectations. I don t know much about cars and Brennan was so patient and ensured I understood the necessary steps to fix my car. My car was fixed efficiently (the correct diagnosis was different than the first place I went to and time frame- but again, expectations and alternative outcomes were discussed). I have dealing with them for about 3 years and they are the best shop that I have been to.Their prices are very fair and for luxury cars they are the place to go.They have a very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on all the issues that your car might have.They also have a shuttle service which is very convenient so you don t miss work.Also they are very honest and don t do any work that is not necessary.Every time I went there, I paid less than the estimate.I highly recommend these guys for all luxury car owner out there.Same quality as the dealership but at a much lower price.

My car wouldn't start and the engine was flooded. They cleaned it out, let it dry and replaced the spark plugs. I called on a Monday, had it towed and they worked on it the next morning and I picked it up that day. Great prices as well. My sister has taken her car to them in the past and said similar things so I'm glad I went to them.
