While Fleet didn't end up doing the repairs, they were very prompt, professional and patient while the insurance process took its time to decide to total our van. Working with Fleet was the only easy part of dealing with a very stressful situation for our company. Hoping I don't have to deal with another accident, but if we do Fleet will be the first call.

The team at Fleet Auto Services routinely do what they say they will and get work done in a timely manner. I don't go anywhere else. Matt and the team performed a 39- point overall inspection of my truck and corrected all potential issues. Service was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I will be back.

Always fair and competitive price wize. Even though they couldnt solve all my issues without further tearing in, they were straightforward on what needs to be done. I trust my Truck with them and hope they can find the issue when I allow them to tear in further.UPDATE: found my issue, but it was much more than a simple fix. Had to replace turbo. But they got it all done in rapid time. Staff are all friendly as can be. They seem fair in pricing.UPDATE: #2. Just took it in for routine maintenance (Thank goodness). Checked out and did oil and filter. Done in less than an hour and price was same as dealership. But they got me in a lot quicker than a couple months.HIGHLY Recommend and the people are always honest and fair. I was so surprised at how fast they were able to get us in when every other shop was 2+weeks out. The repair was also done much faster than expected and customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend

I took my truck to Fleet Services because of the awesome reputation they have in and around the Puget Sound area. They did not disappoint. Every single staff member there was super nice and courteous. I was greeted by three or for people on my initial visit. The auto technician did a great job on my truck . The service staff working the desk were great also. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Been going to this business since around 1987. Both at the auto shop on Beverly and truck shop on Broadway. Always courteous and honest. Always feel like they do their best for their customers. Always fix the issue and provide the service on time and within the estimate. For me it s all about feeling confidence and honesty in an auto repair business and Fleet Service definitely sets the bar.

Fleet Service is well deserving of this review. Matt Adkison and the team at Fleet Service went above and beyond to repair a company truck. I got regular updates and photos on the entire process, the truck runs and drives just as it did before the mechanical issue occurred, and somehow it's even cleaner than when we dropped I off.
