I absolutely love these guys. Wasn t so sure at first but they really exceeded my expectations. My car had a transmission problem and stopped working all together at one point. I called them to make an emergency repair and they took care of me like family. Had my car back in 2 days and it s been working beautifully again. I will be going there for everything. I hope others give them a chance to come because they are the real deal. Family owned with a great atmosphere. Thanks guys.

This shop has always been our family shop. They are honest and fair. They understand a customer's needs and prioritizes their experience every time. Also they are one of the fastest shops I've ever worked with. I moved to marysville 3 years ago and we still use them for regular maintenance and larger jobs. They have helped with everything from engine rebuilds, transfer cases, transmission rebuilds, and so much more. I see this team as not only experts in their field but also some of the most empathetic people I've ever met. This team understand what it means to be a community leader. I just want to celebrate them and their consistent effort to be leaders in service. I just want to come here and thank them so much for their effort and know their customers see it.

We brought our vehicle in for an estimate on insurance repair for engine damage. Evergreen was able to provide multiple solutions from new crate engine to a used low mileage replacement. Our insurance adjuster himself complimented Evergreen Auto on their due diligence to provide the most affordable and effective solution for our vehicle repair. Evergreen was timely while every other shop in the area would have taken over a month even to get an appointment while they were able to schedule us in right away!! Going through the post accident trauma is bad enough but Evergreen really made our lives easier with their professionalism and sincere and honest care about the job and our situation. Special thanks and appreciation should be noted on both Brandon and Ryan who were talented and diligent with dealing with the insurance adjuster. These two gentlemen took good care providing us with actual valuable information on our vehicle needs as well as providing us with good information on our new vehicle service needs.Excellent! The Very BestMy husband and I have been with Evergreen Auto for a few years now and continue to be impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and excellent service to both of our vehicles. They are so busy all the time and get things done as fast as possible with their best efforts and with a smile and if something isn t right, they ll make it right.We have had our vehicles serviced elsewhere before and were disappointed more than once of the outcome, we felt bad and lost trust in them and change is hard, but we are building our trust more and more with Evergreen Auto. No gimmicks, just good overall service with a smile. I would highly recommend them, Ryan and Brandon are great guys to work with.

Probably one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. They are quite busy but considering the severity of my situation they squeezed me into their schedule and gave me a reasonable quote and had the part same day. Took the radiator out that had cracked and replaced it with a new one on short notice and did run into some unexpected labor since it did not fit correctly yet didn't charge me for it. They seem honest to their quote and do good work. This place is run by people you can trustEdit: these guys came through again. Always great work. Fit me in on short notice again and had car back on Monday the next week. Won't take my car anywhere else

I ve taken my car to this shop a handful of times now over the years and they always do great work! They re very honest which goes a long way. They always tell me exactly what the issue is and quote fair prices on the fix. They even tell me what needs to be done more and what work can wait a bit. I doubt I ll ever take my car anywhere else.

They fixed my 2005 BMW X5 for coolant leak on Jan 31,2024.From 3 weeks ago, the coolant started to leak AGAIN. Today is Mar 22, 2024.I am disappointed with their service.

Ryan and his team are wonderful and trustworthy. I had already been to the shop to get spark plugs changed a while ago and went back today to get my alternator checked. A different mechanic said I needed to get a NEW one and that my voltage was low, in my gut I felt I needed another opinion. Ryan s team checked my car and confirmed my alternator was working well with good voltage, along with checking a few other things to weed out the possible odd smell I was experiencing.I saved hundreds of dollars bc of their honesty. I was in the midst of slight panic bc I also recently had to get new tires and felt like I was going to be bleeding money at this rate especially around the holidays.I highly recommend this shop and will return for future work! I feel fortunate to have found them!

I had an amazing experience with this shop! When my engine seized, they were quick to help me out. I returned a few months later when I heard a squeaking noise and Brandon was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what was happening with my car and ensured that I understood everything. They couldn't find the source of the issue, so they didn t charge me for the work that was done to my car. I love this shop and highly recommend them for their excellent service and customer care!

These guys are the real deal. The GOAT. They ve always been incredibly transparent with me and never try to sell me on something I don t actually need. Took my Rav4 2003 with 200K miles in for an oil change and a weird noise. They did the oil change, cabin filter and the alternator drive belt for the noise. All for less than $300.00, very reasonable, no upselling or surprises. They keep my Rav4 running great.

Listen these guys are awesome! I called to get information on a car I'm about to buy and the work they did on it previously. Ryan and Brandon went above and beyond to help me over the phone and help ease my mind. Super knowledgeable guys and really helped me out when I needed it! Super flexible and personable team. Got my car fixed quick when someone broke into it and destroyed the ignition, and when I came down with covid they were understanding, helpful, and even filled my tank for me. Brandon and Ryan took good care of me and my car.

We were on vacation visiting family in the area and needed some work done to our 2018 chevy duramax 2500hd 4wd. Brandon and the crew are open and honest (saved us a bunch of money that the local chevy dealership would have charged me for uneeded parts and labor), fairly priced, and got me in and out as easy as part order would allow. So grateful for them. They remind me of my mechanic back home that I love. Wife is happy (happy wife = happy life).

I've been going there because I bought a car from Bayside and that is the auto shop they use. They fixed a coupe of the issues without any problem. a there was one issue they couldn't figure out as it was a sound that happened every time I would turn the car on. But they never heard it themselves. Now almost 5 months later the noise is getting worse and I took it back and are still trying to diagnose it. I will update the outcome.

Had a dead battery on Tuesday when I left a hair appointment. The fellows at Evergreen Auto Repair gave me jump to get me through Tuesday evening. They ordered a battery and installed it by mid-morning the next day. Whew! Was I glad!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Evergreen Auto Repair for a routine maintenance check-up and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Brandon, the staff member who assisted me, was welcoming and knowledgeable about their services. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their capable hands.The technician who worked on my car was also exceptional. Brandon informed me that the technician assigned to my car was highly experienced, and it definitely showed. Not only was he friendly and efficient, but he also took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. He provided me with some helpful tips on how to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.Overall, I would highly recommend Evergreen Auto Repair to anyone in need of quality car care. I brought my Land Cruiser in to this shop because Torfab was booked out for months. After my first experience with these guys I made them my go-to. I ve brought my rig in multiple times and only received great customer service and most importantly excellent quality of work. They replaced my steering gear months back which ended up taking much longer than expected due to my aftermarket lift kit, but they stuck to their original quote which I very much appreciated. I was recommended this place through Facebook but I could not even explain how amazing my experience has been! They replaced my engine in 2 days when I expected 4 days! As a female its easy to step into an auto shop and be told that your concerns are your imagination or be taken advatage of because you know nothing. Evergreen Auto has made those thoughts disappear. Every time i visit they are friendly, pleasant, helpful and dont treat me like Im a bumbling idiot when i say im smelling burning oil or my car isnt running the way i know it to. Instead they treat me with respect, listen to what im saying and make every effort to inspect and diagnose what it might be. Even if they cant find anything im never talked down to, told its my imagination or treated disrespectfully. I cant say enough how much i appreciate finding evergreen auto repair and will continue to recommend them to everyone looking for a repair facility.

I've taken my 09 Jetta TDI here a few times over the past 4 years. They've always done a good job and genuinely do well by their customers. Last time I took my car in for a diagnostic, they informed me I was looking at an expensive transmission repair, and elected not to charge the standard diagnostic fee which I was fully prepared to pay for. It was a small gesture but goes a long way in keeping customers repeat business. I believe this is why the shop is always very busy, they have a well earned reputation in Everett.

Evergreen Auto Repair is the best! Very friendly and honest staff. My car was really close to dying in the middle of an intersection on my way to the shop. I figured my engine was toast. Fortunately for me, the mechanics determined that my car was not firing on all cylinders, because of an oil leak that flooded my spark plugs and ignition coil. I m very grateful that the manager Eric was able to track down the necessary parts, and have my car running better than ever the same day. I can absolutely feel the difference in the power my car now has!Before giving the okay to start the job I called a few repair shops to see what other places would charge. None of the shops I called would even match the quote I received, and none of the shops could guarantee same day service. Anytime one of my vehicles needs service I ll be heading straight to Evergreen Auto Repair.Thanks again,Tucker
