I ve brought my car here a couple of times; both times they ve been honest about what needed to be done to fix the car and very fair with the pricing. Will go again (although let s hope the car doesn t need service anytime soon please).

I took my car in to fix the A/C. They did a good job and nice people but this place is a little expensive. They completed A/C inspection and had to replace the AC clutch relay($20 at Autozone) and recharge the AC with refrigerant ($40 at Autozone). I got a bill for $303. I don't think I'll go back to this place for anything else. If you think $303 is a reasonable price for this kind of work then this place is for you.

There is a long wait to get repairs done at this shop, and repairs are very expensive. You must be specific about what you want on the phone, for instance: you cannot ask for just a "tune-up" and expect them to do all of the necessary checks that one thinks when asking for a "tune-up." You must ask them to check and change spark plugs, check coils, etc. Once your vehicle is in the shop they are very informative about what needs to be done, and they will call you for specificity, pricing, timing, and are available for you to ask any questions. The parking lot is tiny, but there is street parking around the shop that you can take advantage of.

They were wonderful! I had needed to get my tires changed asap, I called and asked if I could leave my car with them, if they could squeeze it in and they were more than happy to do so. The wait room was cozy and had coffee and tea. The owner was personable and reasonable. I will most definitely go back here, it's worth the hour drive to me.

Have been frequenting Marks Shop for I believe some 20 years now. Mark ,Lisa and Scott have all been professional, honest and very interested in your vehicle with safety in mind. I have always had incredible service and they have gone out of their way to satisfy. I appreciate their service and will continue to visit.

I have to recommend this place. They installed my tires purchased through the Goodyear website. A few weeks later the tires were shaking, but I couldn't get back to them until a few months later (was out of state). Despite no legal obligation to look at my tires, they were happy to inspect them and found multiple pounds of mud that caused my wheels to shake (lesson learned: clean inside the wheel rims periodically!). They verified that their original balancing was still good after the mud was removed, and took pictures and showed me. They didn't charge me anything for this, and I feel like I owe them now. I'll make sure to get my next set through this excellent business and recommend it to my family. Thanks!

I have been using these guys exclusively for almost 4 years now for three different vehicles. They are honest, up-front and more than fair (they once fixed a dragging tailpipe at no charge). I feel grateful to have found an auto repair shop that I can go to and know that I am going to be treated professionally, with respect and always at a fair price.

Mark and his family are the most honest automotive mechanics. They gave me a second opinion on my rear struts and saved what would have been an expensive out of pocket fix. It is rare to find a mechanic who instructs you to check your car's warranty first! Thank you so much!

Mark, Lisa the the whole crew down at Goodyear are the best general repair i have found in Everett. They are honest and reasonable and always explain all the details of the repair. They will maintain your vehicle and watch for repairs that your car will need and let you know to expect and budget for them.

Non stop issues with my brakes after having them fix them. Paid $1200.00 for them to do my brakes. Have brought my vehicle in three times. Issue NEVER gets resolved. Constantly have a burning smell and tugging coming from my brakes. Cannot stop properly. Felt like since I am a female, they took a advantage of me. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!

I was fixing my own brakes and could not finish the job because of a stuck guide / slider pin on the caliper bracket. I called ahead and Mark said he would have a look at it. I walked the part over to Everett Tire & Automotive and within 1 hour I received a call that it was done. Mark loosened the stuck pin and cleaned the parts and even gave me a new rubber boot that I ruined while working on it. He declined payment for the service. Mark saved me from buying $150 of parts that I didnt need from the auto parts store which was my only other alternative. I appreciate the great service from Mark and Everett Tire & Automotive. Came in for some new tires. They were friendly and professional. They also did an inspection on my vehicle and found that a shim was warped in my brakes. Car runs so much smoother now. Tires are covered for the entire life of them. I will be coming back!

this site wouldn't let me cancel my review. The owner is magnificent. Then there's the other (young) guy who tells me my oil change is 50% more only AFTER service was performed, and I felt like I just was bent over.

I was vacationing in the Seattle area with my family when we broke down with a flat tire on the I5. Googled tire shops in Everett and picked Everett Tire and Automotive. I showed up by 7:30 because they opened earlier than other shops. Mark helped me right away and was more than Accomodating to help get my tire fixed or replaced. It needed replacing so Mark found me a good deal since I was in a rental vehicle. By 1:30 the car was done and I was on my way. I appreciated the friendly service and willingness to work within my budget. Thanks to Mark and his team we were able to enjoy our last day in the area. I would highly recommend visiting for your next tire service if your in the area.Cheers,Colin Jorgensen
