I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it .So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. Well, he rather insisted, so I agreed!(I'm sorry I didn't get your name).Left the key, ran across the street to get burgers and then sat with mom in her car til they were done.I wasn't timing them but I'm sure they were done in less than 20.I expressed my deepest gratitude and said, "you all are amazing" and that I'd write a raving review .And it's true.They went above and beyond and were so sweet about it like it was just what they do.So, thanks guys so much! I appreciate you. I appreciate your excellent customer service and the way you extended yourselves!~Karyn with the nail in her tire~

Fast and friendly service. They'll air up your tires for free, and they even fixed my pressure sensor for free. They also offer free tire repair, can't beat that. I did have to get one tire replaced and the price was reasonable.

I do not recommend this place at all. I am a mechanic and own my own business. Today, I had a customer of mine call me and ask me if I could take the lug nuts off of his daughters tires. He bought brand new tires and rims for her for Christmas. Discount Tire had his daughters car in the shop and was actively working on it for 2 and a half to 3 hours. They mounted the tires on the new rims and balanced them but were not able to get the lug nuts off of the old rims and tires to install the new ones. They said they were rusted and not able to remove them. So my customer called me. The car was dropped off at my shop, and the first thing I asked was where the lug nut key was. Discount Tire failed to return the customers' property to them. I had to go to Discount Tire to pick the key up.So when I got to my shop, it took me a grand total of 4 minutes and 21 seconds to remove all the lug nuts. Why do they say they are a tire shop if they can not do a simple thing like remove the lug nuts off of a tire? I am in no way trying to promote my business at all. What I am saying is it only took a breaker bar and one hand for me to remove all the lug nuts. Now, if all of that is not bad enough, they also failed to give me the brand new set of lug nuts that went with the new rims when I went to pick up the lug key. So now I have to go back and pick that up as well. The one thing I am going to say is that the manager does not like installing tires that were not purchased from them.The following morning, I went back and asked about the lug nuts that my customer had purchased, which were specific for the rims that he had bought and asked them to do. The manager, whom I was dealing with, said he would look for them and then came back and told me that they threw them away. He said they thought that they were the old ones. I said, "How could they be the old ones since they could not remove the lug nuts?" Imagine a tire shop that can not remove the lug nuts, mind-blowing.He did hand me a new set that did not match the rims or the car, for that matter.So now my customer has on lug nuts that do not match the rims, and it looks tacky. After all the money that was spent by my customer on the rims and tires, I think it is unacceptable. What a wonderful Christmas gift. I will never visit this place again.

Helped me confirm quickly over the phone that they had what I needed. Got me in the same day. Estimated the time it would be done by just a little shy but very close. All staff were efficient and professional.Free WiFi I used to get work done while I waited. Waiting area is mostly chairs around the perimeter of the lobby, but I grabbed an unoccupied sort of storage cabinet and used that as a standing desk. In other words, don't expect to find tables in the space to sit at. Chairs are well cushioned.When I left I noticed they'd done a solid job on the install but didn't check my other tires to add air if needed. They probably would if I'd asked, and I didn't. Just a little detail that would have taken the service over the top and that I suspect a competitor might have done, but I still left plenty happy with the tire and optional warranty that will cover replacement of any of my tires not just the one I purchased from them today.

We needed new tires and Discount tires was the only place locally that had the specific model I wanted in stock.They were able to squeeze us in, which was awesome and we were thankful for, but a few things about our visit left a bad taste in my mouth, which will prevent me from coming back.When paying for our tires the price was significantly different than what the price was online when I got the quote for them online. Which was fine, they figured out why and adjusted it.Then we never got a call to say our vehicles were done, but they were done around the time that they said they would, again that was fine.I brought my car in with an air pressure tire sensor on that needed to be cleared and they didn t, so now I have to go to another place to have it cleared.The thing that really threw me off was when we showed up I took a look at both my cars getting tires that day and the first one was perfect, right tires and they looked good. My second car, however had a completely different tire on than I paid for. This was a cheaper tire that looks significantly different than the tires I paid for. I brought it to their attention and they rectified the situation. Sure it could of been a simple mistake, but what if I didn t notice, I would ve paid more and not gotten the better tires that I paid for.All these instance could have been errors or just mix ups, but too many issues for me to feel comfortable coming back.That said, the people were nice, besides the issues we had and we love the tires.

I would give this place six stars if I could, and not even because the scale goes up to high but because it would more accurately reflect to the actual score of this place deservesKaleb more than took of me and was simply fantastic in every way.Here's why: I came in with a spare wheel on my car, I was not even able to purchase one of their tires as I am incredibly tight on funds, and so instead of the $50 that it would cost to both dismount and then mount my 14s tire on my Ford focus, because Kaleb actually took time to listen to my problem and thoughtfully deliver a solution... he immediately knew that I was a bit distressed since I was unable to afford it.Rajasthan telling me sorry and sending me away... he took initiative and decided to just do it anyway since I am desperately trying to leave tonight on a far freeway trip and it is not safe to drive with a spare wheel especially not on the front.I am simply stunned!This place never ceases to amaze me with the experience they deliver, it's so much beyond just "customer service"Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Very friendly customer service knowledgeable and fair. I have had a few experiences where I was not in my hometown and had to stop at a discount tire and every time they have treated me well.

Went in for a flat repair .. Would of been 5 star 1 and a half hr wait. But due to people putting studs on it'll will probably be longer wait for the next few weeks .recommend making appointment for any work for next few weeks might be a little faster.. Staffing was great to deal with

Kaleb the service advisor was very kind when I showed up an hour late for my appointment and help me reschedule for later that day. An hour later I have new tires, balanced and rotated. Excellent Service

I want to nominate Kaleb as a super customer service star!!! This is not the first time he helped me. He was willing to listen my circumstance, and use his best knowledge to help me and helped me to save money. Last time I got a nail on my tire, and told him that I have to back to work with my car in a few hours, he helped me to get the appointment setup, and get my tire fixed within an hour. I really appreciate his professional and this is the local store that we don t want to missed that kind of employee.

Great experience ! Bought tires online at discount web site.. they called me the next morning to let me know they were in (as they didn't have in stock the day before) stopped in after work in and out within a hour ... Great staffing Great installers .... No popcorn like the other place I'll get over it lol as the service was great....

These guys are really great. They checked my tires and found out my tires were unsafe. I did have to buy two brand new tires BUT, they waved some fees and gave me a two for one deal. The humanity here really was unmatched compared to some other tire places. Highly recommended by yours truly.

Discount Tire has always been good to me no matter the location. Brody helped fill my air and couldn't help but notice his work ethic on another vehicle just before he got to me. He was polite and quick to serve. Awesome job! Keep it up!

Stopped on for a quick air fill up after temptures dropped, two cars in front and the guy was doing his best to watch the machine and put air in tires. Good service.

Wow these guys rock!! I brought my car to get a set of new tires on Sat morning and they killed it! I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their service from the desk to the shop. Also they had the best price on tires from several places I'd called. They earned a customer for life as long as I'm in the area. Thanks again Discount Tire!

Worst experience at this location. I dropped off a new wheel and tire to simply be mounted and balanced. When I got home to clean the wheel I noticed that they had scratched the entire face of the wheel with whatever tool they use to mount the tire. These are deep scratches. This was a new 19 inch factory wheel for a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium and I m utterly disgusted.

I had a nail in my tire and they helped fix it for me, I set an appt about a week in advance but they got me in and out within an hour and didn t charge me! Great service too the guys at the counter were very nice!

Prices competitive with online stores when you include the state charges. Good selection, which can be reviewed online, for each store. I have had decades of good experiences at Discount Tire.
