Brought my generator in for a recall. They scheduled me right away, got it done in 45 minutes, just enough time to grab a coffee across the street. The workers were super nice.

Five straight days I have left a VM asking for field service on my generator that won t start. I ve been w/o power three times in 10 days. No one bothers to even call back and you can t get anything but VM. I ve tried two different locations. Same problem both locations.

My bus wouldn't start. My mechanics went over it and suggested that the ECM could possibly be problematic as they could not read it with their diagnostic computer. Sent my ECM to Cummins Everett after talking with Aaron/April about the situation. Here's where the problem arises. They NEVER told me that my ECM was properly functioning and it was only revealed to me weeks later after speaking with the bench technician! It seems to me now that their only concern was to rip me off and sell me a replacement for $3000.00. Sometimes it's not what you say, but what you don't say that makes all the difference in the world!! I feel like I was misled into purchasing a product that I didn't need and now they're trying to backpedal and obfuscate..... fraudulent business practice at worst!!

We are a local tow truck company that tows our customers Diesel trucks to this Cummins Service location in Everett. We are writing this review based on numerous interactions with the staff and service techs. We can truly say that this shop seems like a great place to work for because all of the employees have always been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They are always quick to help us unload a vehicle or answer any questions that we may have. They always seem to have a great attitude and smile on their faces. Keep up the great work guys!

They will will want to over charge & add unused items to your bill. They sent a van around to diagnose the problem, advised me that it s going to be $7.5k to repair.(fuel cap pump) Second opinion from another mechanic, $178 for a key ignition + labor.Avoid the headache!

Don't go here, mechanic had never worked on a Cummins N14 before yet is a certified Cummins tech. They didn't fix the problem, did work I didn't authorize and charged me $589. I had to take truck elsewhere.

We took our Cummins generator that's in our frieghtliner to this shop twice ( shame on us) after over 5000. For new brain, it still did not work..come to mr. wrench in shipshewana IN. Fuse, & clogged fuel pump,..might have needed brain,might not have ,But regardless,Cummins in Everett is a joke,they will over charge you, BS you,and still not fix problem..save your money..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! You've been warned!!!

So very disappointed. . Didn't fix my Onan gen, didn't even put the wires back to it when I picked it up.. AND charged me $300. Will not recommend. ......

Bad customer service. Couldn't find the parts I needed and the manager yelled out his office window me to leave and never come back stating he can "fire customers too."

Went to pick up part in will call and they had billed it to the wrong company. That caused additional efforts to get corrected.
