Amazing! The shop I work for, contacted Chip Happens for a customers vehicle (back in October I believe). The gentleman who came out to do this, also made time for my managers car, and my own. He was fantastic and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. My shop still refers customers to them when they ask if we know anyone. They're a small business just like the shop I work for.This company is great at communicating and reaching back out quickly if they don't answer your call and leave them a message. Honestly, they are some of the best people around Everett!

Great customer service, job done by a Professional. Patrick was on the phone, and was able to give me a fairly priced quote for his service. And fit me into his schedule ASAP. The repair was so quick and professional, it was done before I could even realize to take a before and after pictures to leave in this review.After calling multiple glass repair service shops, Patrick stated a price fair to all vehicles, without trying to get extra profit based on the type of vehicle you have.Fingers crossed, I don t have to get my windshield repaired again due to poor road conditions and rocks flying left and right. Great service, great price.This was a good deal, I recommend chip happens they did a great job on my M7 and didn't jack up prices because I drove fancy car, just strait forward good quality craftsmanship with positive can do attitude.Don't waste your time, give'em a call fix your chip.

Quick, easy, and quality. Patrick responded very quickly with a quote, and despite my rather short notice on the job, he accommodated and installed my windshield quickly- 2 days from initial contact (my preference, he offered even earlier). Prices were better than average. Will definitely be returning here next time I need car glass replaced.

Great service from the first phone call, to pulling out of their driveway. Pat was able to get me in for a window replacement within a couple of days, as apposed to 2-6 weeks (which was the estimated wait time with 2 other shops) Sue the receptionist was capable in addition to being a good hostess. Thank you both for making a chore a nice experience.

Super convenient, super quality work. We've had him out a few times and he always touches up previous work. I had one big crack that other companies wouldn't touch trying to get me to replace the whole windshield. His work had held up perfectly for four years! He knows his stuff.

Chip Happens Glass Co. and Patrick were great to work with! Someone broke into my car and broke my driver's side window, and I thought it would be such a pain to fix. When I called Chip Happens, they were able to come to my house the same day, got me all fixed up and even vacuumed all of the glass from my broken window! I was so impressed and pleased at how smooth the process was, how quickly I could get it taken care of and their level of service. On top of all that, their prices were really affordable. Overall, Chip Happens made an unfortunate situation, not seem nearly as bad. Thank you! I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

For starters, I can't recommend this place enough. Due to an unfortunate issue with the supplier, the service took a little longer than expected, but I recognize that it was an odd situation that was outside the control of the shop itself. That being said, Patrick went above and beyond to accommodate me, and find a solution that worked for me, showing that he clearly valued my time and satisfaction. Despite my frustration at times, Patrick maintained constant professionalism, but was also open and relatable when it came to the struggle. He was transparent the entire time, and communicative as much as possible. I'll definitely be returning here in the future, should I require the services again.

Patrick is amazing! I have taken Sedans, SUVs, Work Van's, Trucks, and Box Trucks, vehicles ranging in price from 2k to 200k and we does an amazing job everytime! Definitely a go to guy, love being able to say "I know a guy" when someone mentions that they just cracked their windshield or need chip repair done and knowing that he will take great care of them!

Amazing service, always quality, great price, plus it s privately owned! 4 chips total this year combined, have been fixed in my 2015 Viper and Jaguar F-Type R. Once at home, the rest at work. 10/10 I wouldn t go anywhere else!
