Chevrolet of Everett were very quick to help us check our car s engine. They were able to take our car same day we had our problem, determined the cause quickly, ordered the replacement part and made a repairs in matter of days. Estimate was very reasonable but warranty covered it, so we paid nothing out of pocket. They also changed our oil and filter in the process. We can t be happier with our experience. Special thanks go to our wonderful service advisor Dan Flora who was very friendly and helpful!

Was there to get and oil change and the lack of customer service is on a new level. If you re ok with it s going to be a while as a greet, this is your place.I ll keep it short and never return to this dealership/service place. So thankful I never bought a truck here nor will I in the future.

Was told we need a new transmission on our 2023 Suburban with 15k miles (have it in voicemail). Then when I spoke with the dealership they said GM wanted to try some other things first because the vehicle is so new. Next, I was told that they had the wrong vehicle altogether and followed a bulletin to flush my transmission fluid. Not sure if they re liars or incompetent. Either way, won t go back. Also have had my car in twice for a camera issue that I have photographs of every time it acts up can t do anything to fix it. Still not repaired and taking to a different dealership. Two stars instead of one because the people who work there are nice, just don t seem to know what they re doing or can t handle their work load.

Dustin is great. The actual work is sub par. I've had my car in twice to fix the sunroof and it is still broken. They left grease all over the upholstery and getting a loaner car is a horrible experience.

They were quick and efficient with the repairs and I've had no issues with the car since. Communication was on point if the car needed anything else while it was disassembled. I was really impressed until I stopped by to ask why I didn't receive an inspection report and my invoice was a "Reprint" with no details about the vehicle's condition, as I had requested from the beginning, especially since I spent quite a bit of money on a first time visit. My advisor was off work the day I stopped by, but the associates there promised that I would get a call and would be taken care of. Feels like they don't really care too much after they receive payment. -A fellow advisor

Technical Service Bulletin for my car was for FLUSH and refill different kind of transmission fluid. They only drained and filled. Got caught with onboard camera. Had to return next day for proper procedure and they were unapologetic and passive aggressive towards me. TSB was billable.

Friendly and efficient. I went in needing an oil change and, even as a walk-in, Cody was very helpful and took the time to go over all details with me, including my time estimate on getting my car completed. It was refreshing to have someone talk to me like a human rather than see me only as a "female that doesn't know anything about cars". I know that Mason, my service representative was skeptical that I could watch a video on YouTube and fix my car myself, buy I watched multiple video's and they all said the same thing. And I still wanted to bring my car into the dealership to have it checked out before the error message was cleared. Mason may have been skeptical, be he was very supportive when it all looked good and I took my car home a couple of hours later.Great service & Staff!!

Mason was excellent. Although the part for my car was on backorder with no definite date of delivery, Mason said he'd check in with me with regular updates, even if no new information were available. Mason did as he said. Being that my issue was due to a recall, Mason secured a rental for me and actually did check in with me regularly until the part arrived and the issue was resolved.We all have to deal with shipping delays and the chip shortage. It's part of the new normal I guess, but Chevy was definitely in my corner and I felt well taken care of by Mason and the crew at Chevy's Service Department.Would highly recommend.

Blessed to have such amazing people here, truly helpful and courteous to their customers. I waited 5 hrs at Kendall of Chevrolet for an oil change and a peak at my leaking dexcool I had an 8:30 am appointment and they NEVER touched my car as I sat waiting. Frustrated with their poor service I called almost in tears to Chevrolet of Everett and the woman who answered quickly fit me in. The staff members who helped me there were so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be coming back for more work on my car here. 10/10 they got my car in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!

We've tried to stay loyal to this dealer because the whole staff is really great. We've bought our last two vehicles here and have bought multiple vehicles in the past at several dealers, but Chevy of Everett is our favorite. Their service center is also wonderful. By the way, it's also a very clean dealership. It always looks like new here.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

My first visit here and Jen made it an amazing experience. I recently moved to the area and previously had my car majorly serviced at another Chevy service center (timing chain repair) and they told me I had a transfer case leak (transmission). I'm glad I declined that work previously, because when I took my car to Jen to do that work, an oil change, and replace a fog light bulb, she had them test for leaks and didn't find a transfer case leak, but in fact my oil pan was leaking. My $1800+ repair was greatly reduced because they took the time to investigate!I will continue to bring my Equinox here for service because it was one of the best interaction and service I've ever had.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Really fast, really courteous. I went in for what I thought was a relay switch or fuse issue with my headlights. I had replaced the bulb and still had no low beams on the driver's side. Took it in expecting it to be something huge but.. no.. turns out I didn't put the bulb in correctly. Feeling mighty humbled about that.. but grateful they didn't make me feel bad about it. Had a lot of work done to the vehicle mechanically recently so it is too soon to tell with 100% certainty the quality of the repairs, but the vehicle was released to us missing 6 bolts on the top of the front grill leaving it loose and swaying in the wind. That alone leads us to believe the work was not inspected before releasing the vehicle. I returned the following day and the bolts(which were sitting on the technicians workbench) were reinstalled. The service manager apologized for the mistake but it still offers little in the way of confidence in the service department. We also had the vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostic inspection 3 weeks prior to having the current work done and when we picked up the vehicle I had to pull it back in because 2 of the tires needed air, which I believe is part of the point to point diagnostic inspection. They didn't even check the air in the tires. For us now we are at 2 strikes, 1 more strike and we are out.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

They did some work on my Chevy Volt. All seemed very professional. I believe they were fair with their pricing. Dan explained everything I wanted to know that was done to the car. It was time for a LOF. Chevrolet of Everett now has a "Quick Lube" desk. Cool. From check-in to drive away - 65 minutes (including a detailed explanation of all other important checks they did on other fluids, brakes, tires, etc. The tech even walked me out to make sure I found my Chevy Avalanche. (Benefits of being a geezer)

Dropped off '13 Tahoe before service dept opened. Had oil changed and spark plugs replaced. Chevy of Everett called to communicate with me about repairs during the day. worse customer service at service department. Do not offer online appointment booking if your tech services don't work. Multiple times I have made an online booking for service and when I get there the appointment is not in their system. They claim you have to call to confirm the appointment you booked (in the email and text it was stated to call if you have questions not to confirm) another time they called to say if I wanted to book an appointment after I received an appointment confirmation already. Take off the option to book online if you can't make it work. Workers will not admit fault or honor appointments that were booked. Horrible place.

I went to the service department to have some warranty stuff done on my new Truck. I was given a rental car for the day and when I picked up my Truck it was detailed with all the new stuff the put on it. My Sales guy Kane Southey took care of my truck until I arrived. Everyone says they're friendly, guess what, they are! Went for my second oil change and they said give us an hour. I was back on the road in 30 minutes! I know that's not always the case, but definitely shows you the team works as fast as they can. Thanks!

I like taking my truck to Everett Chevrolet for service because they use OEM parts and they know GM products. The service is competitive and no compromise on quality. I decided to give this Chevy another chance after a previous bad experience and that was a mistake. Once again they failed to correctly identify the issue, but had no problem "suggesting" other services that didn't fix the problem. The issue still exists and I was quoted 2,ooo (on top of the $1500 I already unnecessarily spent) to repair their second guess. No thanks.
