My parents wanted to purchase me a new deck that allowed CarPlay compatibility as I use navigation daily for my job and was having to constantly look at my phone lying in my lap. They currently live in Florida and wanted to be able to make the purchase over the phone and have me just come in for install. Pricing was quite a bit higher than they expected due to extra install charges based on the type of vehicle I have and needing to ensure all the connections between my steering wheel, rear camera, heater and A/C were all in working order. Aaron helped us out and worked with my parents on speaker phone in the showroom and was able to get the price down enough for them not to have a hemorrhage. Install happened same day, took about 3.5 hours and everything by works beautifully. Appreciate the service and hospitality!

Came in to check out different head units available to replace my factory one that stopped working. Didn t think of buying that day, but the deal I was given and timing was spot on. These guys are pros and great work on installing my new head unit. I ll be coming back.

Just recently worked with Jonah, he did a fantastic job dealing with the mess that was my request and sitting on hold (45 minutes) with the dang credit company who didn't send any activation information with their card so we could take advantage of their deal. I highly recommend anyone who isn't confident doing the job themselves just take the time to bring it to them and they can get it done and make sure its working properly instead of sketchy like some of us have a habit of settling for.

The employee that helped us I think his name was Anthony (showed us his pink car with green racing stripes)Sold us a new Kenwood stereo, speakers and some speaker wire for my daughter's car.He was super helpful and informative, the speakers and the speaker wire we purchased didn't end up working for the car so we had to return those but he was there when we returned and took care of it without a hassle.Excellent customer service, thank you!

I had a disappointing experience with their inside car detailing service. Despite paying for a thorough job and waiting for 2 hours, they only vacuumed the interior, leaving the dashboard, doors, and windows covered in visible dirt marks. When I raised the issue, their dismissive response showcased a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I won't be returning to this location due to the subpar service.

They have been a dependable service center for my intoxalock system for ~8 months. Always professional, courteous, and always put a high priority on the customer's time. Definitely recommend for any of your car accessories and upgrades.

I stopped in because I had broken my remote and needed a new one. It was early on a Saturday, the sales person who actually five years ago was working. A new sales person helped me and did a great job answering my questions . he actually went and got a hold of a technician to make sure he was giving me the correct information for my vehicle (since he was new). and just wanted to make sure everything was right.The Technician verified the upgrades. Let me know that he just needed to install a new antenna and also asked if I wanted the new droid installed.So once again, car toys is the place to go for the best and installation and service.

Had a good experience, employees were all very nice. I had an interior detailing though they forgot to clean a passenger side window and forgot to put on seat cover it was fine because they fixed it and my guy had an emergency before he finished and someone else took over. I bought a Groupon but then you have to pay extra for cleaning of doors ect. So they kinda keep up selling you like $50 extra for your carpet but I didn't have a second seat for them to clean. Oh well. I'm happy with the job, they fixed what wasn't before I left.

I was well pleased with the communication and clarity that I received. They did my install same day within 2 hours. I did receive a discount and overall I was satisfied. Even though I paid a little bit more at car toys of Everett verses other places that I could have gotten it done it was well worth it. Thank you much Car Toys team

We went in on a very busy afternoon during Thanksgiving weekend and got a nice upgraded stereo system and backup camera for a 2014 Camry for a good Black Friday price. Two hours later it was installed and we were back on the road. We did not expect such fast service and our buying experience was good. Staff was very helpful showing us how everything works. This was great for a couple of boomers! We will return for any future needs.

Took my new vehicle in to have front driver and passenger windows tinted to match the factory tint on the back: service was awesome, was able to get a quick appointment and my car looks amazing.

They took there time. They did an exceptional job at hiding all the wires and making sure the sound quality and aesthetics were on point and at top notch. Everything works great, and I left with a 4 yr warranty on top of that.

Jonah and Adrian were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and were very accommodating. Adrian was even able to get me a same day install. Look out Jonah is great at upselling and I am super happy with the remote start he recommended!! Will be back for a stereo upgrade later.

It's the experience that every shopper is looking for. I went in told The manager what I wanted and what I needed and without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff he gave me exactly what I came for. Took a little longer than expected to install but at the end of the day it's professionally installed and works great. I have been to a few other car audio stores and they were very high pressure sales. I don't like that I can't stand that. I know what I want that's all that I want can you give it to me or not? The manager a car toys did exactly that. Thank you to the manager of car toys in Everett, WA.

I would not recommend going here. I purchased a Groupon to get my car cleaned. I made an appointment and upon showing up they denied the Groupon. They denied it because they wanted me to upgrade to an ultimate package for cleaning. I said I understood that Groupon was just a vacuum and wipe down and they refused. The detailer told me he wouldn't get paid for the work he did. I got quoted 3 different prices by the people there for the amount extra. The largest quote was from the manager and his quote was more than the cost of the ultimate for the add on with the Groupon.The first two guys told me they could tell I take care of my car. I vacuum it and store down myself twice a year on to of maintaining the inside. The manager Berry was super rude and offensive and kept interrupting me and throwing the blame on when I mentioned they should work with Groupon to better clarify their requirements or what they would accept. he said my car was in terrible condition and way being the minimum. Pictures of my car are shown below to show my cart isn't in terrible shape. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. To top it off the manager was the one who was the rudest and most offensive of them all. He has no business being a manager. It's past the window for a refund for Groupon so this is just a way for them to get some more money without having to provide a service.

Really Fantastic!!!! I brought in my 2000 Elantra Wagon to get it spruced up before giving to a friend, and they did an Amazing Job! I barely recognized the car. I got the inside/outside package with carpet extraction (highly recommended for older cars) and I am SO IMPRESSED . I will continue bringing my cars here for detailing! Thank you

I had a difficult job for them to replace the COMAND screen on my Mercedes. They did a good job technically, but they lied about the shop rate $161 vs. $140 an hour and they estimated the job to be about $300 to $400 and the bill was $630 +. The work was a little sloppy (it does not look professional because of exposed wires and loose terminals). I was very upset when I left the store and No one seemed to be concerned about that at all. I will not go back there if I can help it at all.

Upgraded my 06 Pilot with a new stereo and back up camera before we gave her to my daughter. Prices were good and customer service was great. I dealt with Arsch, Sergio and Seth. Good people.

Expected a little more from interior detailing like more thorough cleaning of floors - noticed a few old paper receipts/pay4park receipts still lying around after the service; Would ve appreciated washing the mats instead of just vacuuming as there were still a few spots that I had to wash them again to get them off.Leather conditioning was good and car smelled nice after. So thank you for that.

Amazing Staff!! Worked with Arsh who was very knowledgeable & did not oversell me on anything I didn t need.He also worked with my budget & even kept it under. Adrian was the installer & worked overtime till everything was tuned & car was completed & cleaned. Couldn t be more satisfied in all aspects in Cartoys!!! Definitely 10/10

I had a very smooth and easy experience getting my headlight fixed here! Jonah was very friendly and got me in right away and Adrian was also great and fixed my headlight and showed me what had gone wrong. 10/10 recommend!

Experience is always good. I asked about getting keyless entry installed on a 2001 Mazda Miata with electric locks controlled by a button. Has power everything and an elaborate sound system installed.It took about 10-15 minutes for multiple people to come back with a quote. I just wanted the basic keyless entry with no alarm system which was advertised at $69 for the fob on the floor. The quote was $775 and they said it would take 4 hours to install. That s ridiculous! I can get my windows tinted, a professional detail inside and out, and an oil change for half that price. You guys are super over priced at this point.

In the last month I've had a stereo and a remote start installed in my 2013 Tacoma at Car Toys and they've been super pro, efficient and communicative. Highly recommended. Support local business!

I had a warranty on the boss system that was installed in my car a few months back, but the system stop working properly therefore I had to take it back to them. Without any hesitation, then they went ahead and put a new system in from no charge, and with great service.Great people.

Service was great and on finished when they said they would be. Only Issue is a couple of women came in and decided to block off the entire waiting room with chairs and the staff did nothing. It was upsetting but I'm the patient type. If it were anyone else the review would probably be worse.

I just had two vehicles go to Car Toys in Everett. They went above and beyond with service and info. They where very easy to work with on hookup info. Also had one get detailed on the interior of the fj. It was a wonderful experience.

2nd time I have purchased/installed through Everett Car Toys. They are knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. I no longer live close to this location, but drove out of my way and was happy I did. Same day install and detail. In and out in the time initially stated.

Nice and friendly staff (5/5). Very informative and helped me narrow down my choice of amplifier, Kicker 200.4After installation the sound quality jumped up exponentially, paired to 4 Alpine S-S65's. They also installed tint on the front windows (5/5). My only issue was with the installation of the amp. When I received my vehicle the dash was either put together incorrectly or some tabs broke and it isn't seating properly, with large gaps (it won't go back into place). Lots of small snipped wires on the floor mats, grease marks on my windshield and dashboard. (Not a big deal to me, but I know some people can be picky about that stuff).They were very busy at the time I received my vehicle so I did not bring it to their attention. I will contact them about the issue and update once resolved.
