Took my 2016 Silverado for a transmission fluid change. I was greeted, checked in and provided information about expected wait times. Super friendly guys there. The tech who was working on my truck, Matt, was awesome. He conversed with me and made chit chat about all kinds of subjects. He was very thorough and checked for leaks after he was done, before and after the test drive. Great job guys, I will be back! :)

Went to the Bucky s in Edmonds originally and was quoted $300 for a new muffler or for less if I brought a new one in that I bought personally.I then tried to get ahold of them, no reply, plus they were kind of rude to begin with. Said screw it, called the Lynnwood Bucky s no answer either.I call here and Derek answers the phone with a very polite and welcoming voice. I explained my situation and he was really willing to work with me. Scheduled a day at their least busiest hour and $175 later, boom got my new muffler installed, I m a happy customer and the service only made me happier.Btw,Excuse the curb appeal, it s Everett Service: Exhaust

Customer service is great. I had an oil change scheduled that they weren't able to get to because of low staffing, and Derek gave me two coupons for free oil changes. I'll absolutely be coming back for other service if needed!

This place is actually really well priced and the mechanics and people up front are super nice! They try to be quick but understandably it's a car shop it's gonna take a minute or so for your car to be fixed but it's absolutely worth going here for!

Was quoted 4200 to replace 2 airbags and compressor on my lincoln or 2200 for conversion to standard suspension. I opted for the replacement but after the work was done they are trying to bill me 3200. Derek told me he quoted me 3200. This is a lie and apparently common here. I won't be picking up my lincoln till they fix the bill and I will be persuing all legal options. If you need to lie to people and screw them for no reason maybe consider politics?**update** price was honored and I was asked to change my review and was told how wrong I was again. Paid the bill. Got to my car and the rearview mirror was dangling. Brought it to les schwab to have the work checked. The front left strut bolt was completely loose. Not long after when my radio quit working I found the battery cables were clamped incorrectly. Sadly I don't have the time to seek restitution but I can keep this review fresh as long as I'm still paying for it.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

So I stopped by 2 weeks prior and spoke to Derrick about bringing in my 1989 k5 to swap radiator and check on starter.He mentioned to me right off the bat that it may be a day or so since he had a few in front of me and he wanted to do a check list of things prior.Well he came back with a laundry list from the previous mechanic .He recommended I fo to another mechanic cause they would focus more on the tedious work..I appreciated his honesty and recommendation...He was relaxed and just a cool dude and that is the only reasons why I could assume the comments some had about Derrick.Just b/c he doesn't get excited as some would like.I typically don't write long, reviews, but I felt this one warrantied...I'll returnTom He

Outstanding service to the person who spent over 5k on 2005 500 Chevy aveo should have sold it before the 5k and a gently used car for same price with a tune up and oiln changes just saying had an aveo Japanese chevy not worth half that.. my opinion should have went through it tested and ne er had a complaint SMH. I had my 99 Volvo convertible worked on not an easy task specialized tools and what not.. They honored the quote didn't raise price on me and when I felt my car wasn't quite wright I brought it back in and they got wright on it above and beyond there mechanic was there till 11pm to make sure it was all the way wright .That was in May and not a drip or leak since Thanks Bucky's.

If I could go below zero I would! This place is criminal. They drained the radiator fluid in my boyfriend's truck and then let him drive off!! It overheated obviously....they are denying any responsibility and said it was like that prior to oil change.. This is absurd. Currently looking for attorney.

This is an honest, affordable shop. I spoke personally with, Dana, the manager. He was so helpful and kind. When the crew found unexpected problems with my brakes, they were able to get the parts delivered same day and took care of my truck in a timely manner. I would recommend taking your car here whether it's just for an oil change or to have larger jobs done.

Sounds like they changed management recently and I was treated amazing. I had an exhaust leak and brought it in as a walk in. They had my truck in and out in 10 minutes and didn t charge me a dime! Definitely coming back if I have more issue s.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Brought my car in to have a camshaft position sensor replaced. The shop was really busy. They couldn't guarantee it would be done that day. But they said they'd try. This was about 9:30 am. The car was finished before 2pm. Outstanding. Both Dana Parton and Patrick Dugan were friendly and so polite. I recommend this shop to people all the time and will continue to do so.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Derek always explains to me what is wrong with my car, what my options are in fixing it and if it safe to drive. He has been working on my car for over a year, I always count on his help, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great staff especially Gerry very honest and knowledgeable about auto repairs. I have been going to Bucky's for years now and this is my top auto repair shop to go to with very reasonable prices. I can not thank Gerry enough for being very helpful and explaining what was done and what could wait, do to not having all the funds at the time. I've been taking all my vehicles here since I moved to Everett and will continue to have them serviced all my vehicles from older to newer models thank you Gerry and staff. Will be bringing in my suv for a tune up soon.

Bucky's in Everett never gave us a quote prior to completing wofk, even though they called twice to say they would get us one and we're just waiting on the price of a part. They just did the brakes without our approval. $2k later and we could've had it done at the dealership for half the price. Incredibly unprofessional, this is what gives all auto shops such a bad name, horrible shady practices like these ones, trying to blame us saying we said we needed it done so why would he provide a quote. Of course we need it done, we didn't come to you for fun, but you always quote a price first. The person in charge even asked someone on the phone to write one up for us and they never did.

Very helpful staff and a nice clean waiting room, was recommended to me by a couple locals.Dana at the front desk was very helpful and straight-forward. Pat the mechanic was able to diagnose my problem on under 3 minutes! My belt was squealing due to the tensioning nut totally missing, something I completely overlooked. This spots a gem!

This place has new management and oh boy what a difference. Derek was very patient with explaining everything and made sure I knew what needed to be fixed now and what could be put off until I have more money saved. I will 10/10 recommend everett buckys to my friends and family. It's so nice to work with people who is as honest and caring as these folks are!

These guys are amazing! I was having trouble taking my muffler off, to replace it for a new one I ordered. I could not get the last stripped bolt out and buckys said bing it by and we ll take it out for no charge. They were very professional and got the job done faster than I expected. I would highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be coming back if I need any repairs done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely horrid service, these people are scammers! Please trust the reviews you see, I am not the only one who had a negative experience. They didn t perform the tasks they were supposed to and then proceeded to try and charge an extra 50 dollars for a supposed stripped bolt without even showing the bolt that was stripped. Also, since when is a bolt 50 dollars? Please go somewhere else where you won t get ripped off and manipulated.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Have you visited Bucky's yet? I m happy to say that I've found my new local mechanic shop! Just moved to the Everett area and discovered this gem today. I'll keep coming back because I appreciated their efficiency and personal service!Watching and hearing interactions in the lobby as I waited for my oil change, I can tell that Tim and his team at Bucky's go out of their way to make sure that they take great care of each customer. Absolutely amazing experience. Dana deserves a raise for sure. They had my car fixed with in 24 hrs. Water pump and timing. Dana was friendly and did a great job. I will be bringing this are and any car i will have in the future to him. I have been to other Buckys ..ie 196th and did not have a good experience. But I must say this was one of the best experiences i have had ever at a mechanic shop. Very up front on what's wrong , the price, everything. By far the best experience i have ever had. Highly recommend going there for any of your mechanical needs. Thank you Dana at Bucky's

I had an amazing experience at Bucky s, A shop prior to taking my car to Buckys had stripped my oil pan and never told me. The well trained men at Buckys informed me of the problem right away , found the part I needed that day and had it done with in a few hours, at a price I could afford. No scams, no lies. I could of had it done for free at the place that ruined it in the first place but I d much rather have amazing quality work done and my car in the care of well trained professionals . I felt very taken care of by the manager Damian and sales associate Tim through out the entire process. The men there take their time and treat you like a friend. I would recommend this shop everyone I know and will only take my car to Bucky s for future oil changes and Car repairs. This is definitely a place you can trust , I can promise you first hand .

I have been a professional mechanic for 15 years, but sometimes I take my vehicle into a shop if it requires specific tools to do properly or quickly. After replacing a brake component I brought my truck in to the Everett buckeys to power bleed the brakes. They warned me that they had trouble using the bleeder, and that I could not hold them accountable if it blew up brake lines. Having just checked the entire system over, I felt confident that everything would hold up and that my vehicle was in the hands of competent techs. I came back a few hours later to find my engine compartment covered in brake fluid. They informed me that the master cylinder was leaking. In fact, the master cylinder was the part I had just replaced (after bench bleeding) and I suspect that these guys applied full shop air pressure to the power bleeder, blowing past the seals in the master cylinder. In their eyes they had done a fantastic job diagnosing a faulty component so the charged me a full two hours of shop time for what appears to have been about 15 seconds of mechanical mayhem. I paid but I will never return.Places like these are the first Jobs that mechanics have. These are often young people still learning the trade. Though it pains me to say it, patronizing a national chain gives some assurances against negligence.Service: Brakes

BEWARE - my elderly father has taken his car (2009 Hyundai Sonata) to Bucky's multiple times. The last time was the last straw. They made him leave and go to the autoparts store to BUY HIS OWN OIL FILTER (it's standard; nothing special about it), AND they charged him way too much money for a basic oil change. Then, whatever shady employee was talking to him handed this piece of paper with a bunch of chicken scratch on it (pictured below), asked for over $2,300 and scared my dad out of driving 2 hours to a family reunion. I took the car to get a second opinion at a REPUTABLE mechanic, and he made some basic repairs and performed regular maintenance for around $400. He provided pictures and detailed explanations of how and what he repaired. Do not EVER take your vehicles to Bucky's, and watch out for them taking advantage of elderly customers who may not know better!

So I come to this shop all the time whenever my cars needs an oil change or has exhaust issues or whatever. Every time I come in I deal with Gary he is amazing n does whatever needed to get the job done right n never over charges me he s super friendly I came in in March with a car I had just purchased n a new employee had crashed my car buckys and Gary (shop Mgr at the time) did everything possible to get my car bk to the condition it was in when I brought it n I was very greatful most shops would ve just been like ya how do we know this was from us or what not but he made sure everything was done n done right they are absolutely amazing here I will continue to bring my car here every time thank u so much Gary for bein an amazing shop Mgr n mechanicServices: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine tuning

I love this business , have the up most respect for Bucky's wouldn't have anybody else work on my car besides the team here. There on time , reliable dependable well worth the money. Tim and his team are professionals that get the job done and get it don't right , if there's a problem they always make it right . It was terrific! I called and told them what I needed (muffler) on an old weekend racer. They put it up on the lift and showed me what I needed. Price difference? 100 (exhaust pipe was completely destroyed by rust). Still needed the muffler but it would have not made a change because the exhaust was not going to make it there.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust
