One of the nicest and most professional crews and facilities that I've dealt with!Staff at front desk and working in shop are curtious & attentive to customer needs (100%, these folks were beyond kind & helpful - they made the kind of efforts/they got the correct replacement parts on site expeditiously and did all the work to my great satisfaction (to get my truck back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, at a price affordable to me). That you can't help loving. Efforts that you generally only see good friends do for ya! Rare experience, when it comes to getting auto repair done right and you better believe it when I say, I won't forget nore stop repeating these words.. loyally!

This is the first time I went to BJ s. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a free shuttle service and they took me to the gym and then notified me when my car was finished. This is a great Automotive shop! We have just recently moved to Everett and don t have a regular mechanic yet, but we will certainly use BJ s for our automotive needs!

The employees really try to make things work that s why they get 2 starts. I went to a shop because I have a warranty so I shouldn t really have had to pay anything extra. They told me there might be a balance left at the end before I approved repairs but did not tell me they mark up there parts so there was definitely going to be a balance after words. They wanted 2400 extra thank you to them for getting that lower but that is still crazy. Before my car went there for repairs never had any issues with it now I am lucky if it starts with out needing to be jumped or messed with. The engine makes a noise that it didn t make before. The front counter people are great but would not recommend you coming to this shop unless you want further issues with your vehicle.

I have already suggested friends to go to Bjs Automotive. I will continue to bring my 2005 Ford here for all my mechanical needs. I really like how after the inspection you're sent pictures with any recommend repairs or maintenance needed and told how important the fix is, along with estimated costs of everything. Experinces may differ but my final cost has always come in below the original estimate. This has allowed me to prioritize my repairs and get my car back into a safe comfortable driving condition.

Trustworthy shop! I was told that I needed new heads and was loosing compression in my truck by a different shop. I brought my truck to bjs for a second opinion and they couldn't tell I was loosing compression and they didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't actually need done. Truck is running fine for now! I Definitely will return for any other work I need done. 10/10 would recommend

First time customer. From the moment I called until I picked up my car I got nothing but top notch customer service. Everyone I spoke with listened, explained and took care of me and my car like I had been a customer for years. I had been to another shop the week prior and had a not so great experience and they understood me being apprehensive. They never bad talked the previous shop to me and stayed extremely professional. I'm so grateful to be back on the road. My car is now fully diagnosed and we have a list of concerns to address in order of importance to keep her running smoothly. Couldn't be happier to have such an amazing shop right in my neighborhood.

This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. Very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I had the privilege of drop off and pick up service, so I didn't have the need for a rental car. I highly recommend this shop.

I appreciate BJ s Automotive repair being able to get my car in on short notice. Though I dropped it off on a Thursday night for diagnostic testing and repairs, parts could not be gotten until Monday morning and though they said it would only be a day, I didn t get it back until Friday. Also I was originally quoted about $800 less than the actual amount. I am thankful that they got the repairs done and everything is working good.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

It s nice that they give you pictures of all the items they check for your car including the readings. But when I denied the cabin filter because it was easy and I ve done it, they didn t mention that the engine filter would be even easier. My mistake I should have looked it up, but wish they would have said something cause that was about $75 which is ridiculous. Fool me once tho shame on me. They also tested my battery which read low amps and needed to be swapped - again had pictures which was great. but they wanted to give me a new battery and install it for $322!! I said no I ll cancel my appointment and they asked why? Lol cause Costco has batteries for $150 at 36 month warranty and I can do it myself that s why. Anyway, nice place with pictures and readings when you get your car checked - just try and look some things up to see how easy it is before you spend.

The old 93 Eurovan needed an engine transplant. Sarah detailed and tracked down a used engine and the new parts necessary to make the job work. BJ s Automotive was patient and installed a used engine with 146,000 miles on it. I got a two year warranty and a new clutch, new cv joints and motor mounts. It drives strong now. I only got it up to 70 but it s got more pedal. I m hoping to get another 100k on the Eurovan. I feel like Sarah communicated well when issues surfaced and decisions needed to be made. Overall a positive experience. I didn t see the PERT diagram on the process, very complicated renovation, not quite the Nautilus, but lot of detail. I thought they were professional. Good job! If you have a car or truck you love I would recommend BJ s Automotive to restore it to almost its former glory at a reasonable cost. Steve Peters

Great smaller shop where you get actual friendly & helpful service that makes you feel valued as a customer!Great communication letting you know status updates and no long hold times.Other great perks are appointment availability, where you can typically get in that week. Also to mention they have a shuttle service which is a game changer not having to coordinate a second person in the mix.Price is very fair and they have an updated inspection platform that really spells it out and even shows pics.All around, this will be my go-to shop for my vehicles!

DO NOT GO HERE.EDIT 12.07.23:They just responded with all the work that needed to be done to my vehicle, not addressing the lack of quality customer service. THEY ALSO JUST CHANGED THEIR AUTOMATED VOICE RESPONSE TO ADDRESS THE CALL RECORDING CONSENT. This was not added before. If they released my own recordings to me it would be proof, but alas, they keep it to themselves. They speak only in half truths. I don t even know who does what there.I feel robbed and scammed. I came to BJs automotive when my car first stopped working after looking at the reviews, thinking it would be a great experience because Sarah was coming up a lot. I was looking forward to being helped by a woman mechanic. However, everything had only gone downhill.The FIRST time my car came in, it was around 2k to fix. I had not other choice but to fix it, as I m broke and my credit is too low to get another car. I asked if they had monthly payment options, and they did! I was so relieved because I didn t have it all at once. I got a loan to put a down payment on the monthly financing so I could pay it off easier.DO NOT DO THE MONTHLY FINANCING. EASYPAY IS A SCAM. After putting down that large sum of money to make the monthly payments go down, did it help? No. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS 100 DAYS TO PAY OFF THE FINANCING. THIS IS INCORRECT. It is 90 days!!! I naively trusted their word, and am now paying 176% interest off on the financing. What should have been 6 monthly payments of roughly $200, I m now paying almost triple that amount. Now i m stuck in a contract. I m lucky I caught this before the second time (which was a $500 fix that became over 1k within the 90 financing). They specifically told me I need to pay x amount off within 100 days, or else I ll be paying y amount. Easypay forces you to pay the y amount regardless.Anyway, don t do Easypay financing.As for Sarah- she was great. At first. My car started leaking gas almost immediately after I saw them, something it had not done prior. After telling this to Sarah, her attitude QUICKLY turned around. She became condescending, started talking to me slower like I wasn t understanding, and was overall very rude. I called her out on it and told her she did not need to talk to me that way, and that she sounded VERY hostile. Her attitude immediately flipped after that, and she apologized telling me that wasn t her intention. I believed her, until it happened again.This next time, my car was finally dead. They mentioned before my battery was dying, so I got it towed to them and they took a look. Sarah called again to let me know diagnostics to find the problem itself would be $160 for an hour. I declined and said I d rather not get anything done until the battery is replaced under warranty. She again, immediately changed her demeanor. Voice raised, condescending language, even my friend who was in the car while the call was on speaker goes what the hell.. to which she heard as I also called Sarah out on her hostile language again, and she apologized once more. The thing is, an apology doesn t count unless you don t do it again. Yet here she was, speaking so rudely to me again. I told my coworkers about this place, and even one of them agrees and had a similar experience to being talked down to.What hurt the most, is they told me UNPROMPTED that my car was a good car, and that gave my hope. I was sorely mistaken as my engine was no longer working. They did all these diagnostics every time I brought my car in (3 times that I can remember) and not one of them caught this issue. The issue with my gas leaking? They fixed that at no-cost due to an O ring being loose. They never told me how it could have happened, which leads me to believe they were not owning up to that mistake.Also, THEY RECORD CALLS AND DO NOT INFORM THE OTHER PARTY. Washington is a two-party consent state, and I was NEVER asked for consent nor informed the calls were recorded. When that fact came up, I asked for the call recordings and they fail to give me them for business purposes .

Called for a quote on front and rear pads and rotors. Immediately told me some shops automatically replace calipers, but they don't. Refused to offer price for pads and rotors and said I had to go in first. No, there are no shops that automatically replaces calipers when you come in for a standard brake job. Disgusting sales tactic.

Been here 4 times now and it s 5 star every time! I love how they operate and give full detailed quotes with pictures, explanations, recommendations, etc. mechanics are skilled and it s always been GREAT work with GREAT customer service and accommodation. Very impressed. I ll keep coming back over any other shop I ve been to, hands down!

I went to B&B auto repair for an oil change for a $49 special. They immediately said my Jeep Compass takes 1/2 quart more oil so they jacked it back up to $69, the regular price. They gave a list if repairs I needed. one of them was inner and outer tie Rod with alignment. Les Schwab did the repair for $300. B&B wanted $879.22.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys somehow deleted my first review.Scammers. Wonder how many other reviews have disappeared. Asked them for a diagnoses and was told that if they found the problem in less than an hour I'd pay for that amount of time. Guess how long it takes them to check a dead battery? $200 worth of time apparently. They wanted $700+ to replace a battery.Edit: you ran diagnostics on a bunch of random stuff I didn't care about to pad your time (lights, windshield wipers). You didn't even provide pictures for the hybrid battery although you took pictures for everything else and then stated your system was down for 4 hours and thats why you weren't able to upload the information.I never asked you to install my battery for free. Now you're just lying. I would never expect a company to do anything for free. And of course you didn't charge me 700$. Using the last of my battery I was able to drive it across the street to rodland where I was charged $0 for battery diagnostics, $250 for the battery (you wanted 350) and 50$ to install. Coming to a grand total of $350 after tax which is half of what you quoted me.Install and "reprogram". In the trunk "and other things". My battery is right under my backseat it takes all of 20 seconds to access.

I knew I needed my brakes checked. They were squeaky for a few months. Yes..I was avoiding the truth of what was to come..... NEW BRAKES.My car has only been to the dealership in the 8 years I've owned it. My mechanic friend who did my brakes 4 years ago moved to TN . Long story short...I trust reviews and BJs had that. Sarah behind the phone was very kind and knowledgeable. Also completely understood when I had my TN friend call them because I know ZERO about brakes and what is true/false. They didn't make me feel any pressure or treat me differently after talking to MY GUY .YES, brakes are costly but needed. All in all I will be coming back..... Sorry Honda I have new mechanic friends I can trust.

Absolutely love these guys! Sarah and Kiera are both amazing people! Not only do they provide honest reports of what needs to be done/what has happened with my vehicle, they also provide some of the best customer service I ve ever seen and I work for retail! Sarah was so awesome when i had to take my 06 Nissan Pathfinder. I just bought it only about a month previous and it was having oil and exhaust issues. She kept me informed of what was going on and what the costs would be. I ended up bringing it in twice, trying to figure out what was going on, and hoping that the warranty i spent 2k on would cover it. She tried her best on that front. They have declined to help with the repair costs.( i will never buy a warranty policy with Superior again). Sarah and her assistant were fabulous throughout the whole thing. While i am doing the repairs myself, that is only due to cost. I would definitely go to BJ's automotive shop again if the need arises. Awesome crew!

Amazing service. The lady at the front desk was so kind and they had my car in and out in no time. They prioritize customer satisfaction and make sure you are taken care of. They even have a text update system where you can see exactly what they are doing. How awesome! Will never stop bringing my vehicles here.

Wanted to charge $16k for an engine replacement. Talked to another mechanic that said they'd do it for $8k. Wow.Also front desk lady was nice when I brought it in, but on the way out she didn't want to talk about the engine and kept talking about the gear shifter being damaged. I kept asking about the engine and she was pretty rude saying "we're talking about the gear shifter now" and I was like "I don't care about the thing that cost $200 to fix (and still works), I care about the thing that costs $15k to fix!" Now I know why she was avoiding talking about the engine. The other mechanic said $15k is the "I don't want to do it" price.

Got my brakes done with this automotive place a year ago, and just had to replace my battery terminals.Definitely took care of the job, and my car is starting as expected!
