The best urgent auto repair response I have experienced. I am a 62 year old disabled construction worker living in the retired ambulance Beyond Repair made time to change out 4 fan belts and get me securely on the road again.

Came in with van that wasn t starting. Battery was not showing correct voltage. Said $160 diagnostics fee when I came in, which I agreed to pay. Then called to say it was $580+ after they charged me $322 for a battery that can be purchased retail for $190 and they added another 0.5h for the battery install.When questioned about the battery charge, they agreed to bring the cost down to $190, where they were still getting $50 over their cost. When asked about the extra half hour, they said it was standard practice for the diagnostic NOT to be applied to the repair cost. I did not agree at which point Hutch got upset and demanded cash and said he didn t trust me.Eventually, Hutch agreed to take a card and take off the extra half hour for the battery install, but most people would have relented to this bullying. Not a good way to get repeat customers.

Will definitely go back. I had a section of exhaust removed to repair myself and failed. 3 other shops said my repair couldnt be done without the car present. These guys had it done in 20 minutes and I was able to slap it back into the car with a perfect fit, not to mention they let me bring it straight in with no wait.

Man oh man. I went to two different shops that said they can take me in without appointment, just to be told they were booked for a week. As I was starting to give up since the third shop was crazy expensive, I called up at beyond repair and he got me in within the same day. He was very kind, he even told me that I didn t need all 4 brakes to be serviced, just two of them. I appreciate the honesty. He works hard and is honest about what actually needs to be done.

Hutch is awesome. He s exactly what a small hometown shop should be. Showed up with no appt and he got me right in for a small exhaust modification. I work at a dealership and had no worries about him working on my car. Excellent work and an all around good guy.

Hutch custom bent a lovely set of dual pipes that hug the underside of my '73 Buick Century tightly and exit through a proper set of tips. I followed his professional recommendation of pipe diameter, based on my explained intended use, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Fantastic customer service and quality craftsmanship at Beyond Repair.

I have been using Hutch, since 2007. He is a good guy and has treated me awesome.I can call up, give him a crazy description, and he will give me a brainstorm. He has told me, bring it by or have it towed. He gives an experienced recommendation, and never makes me regret my referring people.My family has brought him our vehicles, since. From the beater first cars, to the grown up keeper cars. Outstanding, quick, and professional service by Hutch and his crew!I stopped in at 1pm for an estimate to replace a stolen catalytic converter. Dropped off my truck at 5. Next day at 2 he called saying it was done! Great price also!

They had amazing customer service and got my work done very quickly! I came in for a quote on some exhaust and got a very reasonable quote with different options and he was able to get it started immediately. Very happy with the entire experience and the exhaust came out awesome. I strongly recommend this place!

My daughter's car had muffler issues, and my regular mechanic recommended I take it to a muffler shop. Since it wasn't their specialty, they would have to order an all new exhaust system, and it would have cost $1000. I called Beyond Repair, and was told to bring it in, as it was first come first served. I'm so glad I did. They quoted and charged me $400 plus tax for some new parts, a new muffler, and welding on a new pipe. And the work was done in less than an hour. I'll be coming back for more than just muffler work. They are very friendly, responsive, and honest.Service: Exhaust

got me in same day I called to get a cracked pipe welded that was messing up my oxygen sensor. Sealed the leak and charged very reasonable rate. I live in Snohomish near Airport Welding and they wouldn't even look at it. I think they thought I'd pay them to put in a new exhaust system. I'll be back to Beyond Repair when I need similar work.

Great service. Someone had tried to steal my catalytic converter and they were able to weld it up in 10 minutes. Friendly tech fast service and a reasonable price. No complaints.

Hutch was able to accommodate me for the same day service for a muffler delete on my 2011 X5 M. Price was a bit steep but im happy with the work and outcome. That s all that matters. Highly recommended for exhaust projects! -Ace

Amazingly pleasant! I'll definitely use them going forward with any of my car needs. I called to ask about a pre purchase inspection & while they didn't have any openings for the day (noon on a Friday. Duh I should have known that), they were still extremely helpful and and gave very solid advice on the common problems with the car I was interested in. The also told me what to look for if I went ahead to the dealer. You wouldn't get that from other shops. Once I'm rolling, I will definitely be a customer.

Hutch is the last honest mechanic on earth. If you want an honest estimate and quality work take your vehicle to him. He has been my mechanic for the last 11 years and he has never done me wrong. Always estimates honestly and then keeps the work at the cost he quoted.

Awesome service! Got my foxbody in for an exhaust install on short notice and did a great job. Very friendly and honest owners. Will definitely return in the future for other car needs.

Terrible job done I came in to get a muffler and resonator delete on my focus st as a temporary thing until I could purchase a full exhaust and they did a horrific job. My gas mileage went down to 7mpg there was 4 different places they didn t weld and I went in TWICE to have them fix it and both times they welded it but never fixed those spots. The car sounded awful with the exhaust leak and they charged me $500 and wouldn t even give me a portion of it back after they did such an awful job. I don t recommend going to thing place for any exhaust work at all.Service: Exhaust

Hutch was able to check my truck in only a couple of days before take a long road-trip home. I hope he has future business. It s a little hole in the wall repair car shop but the maintenance, attention to detail and understanding definitely give me five stars for this place!!

Excellent experience. Carrie was extremely friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Hutch checked me in and was super mellow. They got the work done in a timely manner and right on budget. Welds look super solid, car hasn't sounded better for years. Couldn't have asked for more.

Called the shop at 3:30pm on a Friday, Hutch told me to show up around 4. Left with a new performance muffler welded on about 15 minutes later for $100. Couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency if I tried!

My favorite mechanics! Love Hutch and Carey, they have been taking care of our family cars for more than 10 years. Honest prices and honest work! I tell them what I can afford and they help me get my car working again. So thankful!
