I was having a crappy day and my car needed a quart of oil added i needed help popping my hood and figuring out what kind of oil my car took let alone where to put it there were 3 gentlemen standing at the counter and when i asked if one of them could help me if i bought the oil TYLER stepped up right away with excellent customer service friendly helpful respectful and kind. I live in bothell and would return just for his upstanding service!

Great experience! Walked in greeted right away. Needed a new light bulb for front headlight. Within 5 mins, light was purchased, installed, and I was on my way. Thanks for your help and kind service, Brandon!

Not able to provide the head lamp needed and was asked questions that an average person may not know. Would be helpful if the staff member was more directive with customers who clearly state, "I'm not sure what I need. "

This location continues to improve and beat the last standard it set. I m always happy to come to this store and appreciate the affordable and competitive prices they have to offer for a wide variety of items. They ve also added a self check out which makes for an almost instant check out time. Employee with the face tattoos is very quick with service and happy to help somebody as soon as they walk in the store, he s also extremely knowledgeable about the whereabouts of items in the store and directed me to what I needed in 30 seconds.

I bought my battery here about seven months ago. My battery died twice this week so I brought it back to have it tested and possibly replaced when the battery tested fine, Jesus C went the extra mile to help resolve my issue.It turns out that I have a loose connection and possibly need to replace a stripped terminal. Jesus tightened everything up again. I truly appreciate the customer care! Thank you!Also kudos the the manager working, I didn t get his name, but also super kind!

Went in to buy a bottle of anti freeze on my way to work in kind of a hurry, then proceeded to watch the only guy working talk on the phone for 5 minutes, so basically if you don't want to stand around for an hour you may want to go somewhere else

I was greeted by asked why I was parked in the employee parking. Maybe I looked too poor for them. I hadn't shaved in a couple days. She was not friendly at all though. All spots in the picture are off limits, folks! There's no sign posted, but they'll let you know inside! I have spent a load of money here over the years. I'm affraid not any longer though. Go to O'Reilly's!

Really well stocked and not crowded but there are always a few people at this store, aleast to very busy at times on the weekend. I came in to grab sparkplugs and the staff helped me figure it out, and saved me a few bucks

Auto Zone for me, use to conjure up thoughts of being helped kindly by the automotive specialists who work there. My trip this time was nothing like that. Upon walking into Auto Zone, the entire store is roped off, and I had to be led around the store to look for my items, flanked by some young worker who knew little to nothing, he or I, were talking about. After trying to sell us the wrong item, they then upsold what we needed, to the most expensive version of that item without consent. After being presented with my total, which was astronomical, I ended up buying the more expensive version of what I needed, after receiving no verbal help from that same young guy. The other workers in the store, though they could be heard yelling from the back, were never seen or attempted to step in and help what could only be a new employee. I am so very disappointed.

I dont know what happened. This auto zone used to be the best, and my favorite. Now everyone is pretty rude. Not only that but they have the isles taped off so you cant access any products. I was just in there the other day and got permission to change oil in the parking lot like i have before with no problem. After getting permission from one of the guys in the store. About 5 minutes in and already almost done an older guy comes out yelling at me saying i didnt get permission and they get fined for oil on the ground. Every parking spot has oil on the ground. Do not recommend. Go to the one in Marysville.

Nice auto parts store employees are very helpful.UPDATE: 3/8/23Another thing to add about this store I had some car problems and Dustin a very nice manager let me leave my car there In the parking lot to keep it from getting impounded because it broke down next to the store on the street what a guy but I did overstay my welcome a bit because of a unforeseen circumstance and i got it out of there parking lot and nothing bad happened to my car while there I am going back to leave him and his crew a gift certicate for a nice lunch. SHOP HERE THEY ARE THE BEST. Thanks guys

Store #3382 on Broadway in Everett, Wa. The younger man working the counter on 3/30/2023 around 7:30 pm, Casey, swapped out my old battery for a new one in about 10 minutes flat. So grateful for the assiduous service after a long day at work! Kudos to this young man!

Really nice! Good experience. Went there for a new battery. Mine was in bad shape. The cashier was so nice he installed it for me! I did not know how to do it and it made me nervous to try. Him helping me made my drive home more at ease and safe for me. I was able to use multiple accessories with my new battery and that includes using the heat for warmth not just to keep the windows defrosted! It is cold out! They are definitely trained and knowledgeable of the products sold in their store!

So i bought front brakes at one store & realized i needed rear brakes for another store. I paid using cash via debit card. Because there is a $3 price difference in my favor, one would think they would just do a simple swap & refund me $3 because cash is not credit, its cash. But no, the employees were all new & esplained that is how they were trained. So he refunds the front brakes & needed the card to purchase the rear brakes on an account with limited cash and it takes a while for refunds to go through sometimes, if at all. Gee, I m lucky its not the end of the month & my account wasn t down to its last $20? Because i never would have been able to purchase what i need. Cash is cash but dealing with it like its a credit card is not what debit cards were made for. A completed transaction guarantees your money is there immediately. I cant get it back immediately & sometimes not at all. I just dont see why this guy wasn t trained to know what a manager knows right off the start. Cash is cash. Its easier to just give the guy his rear brakes and $3 & send him on his way so he doesnt have to call his bank to make sure everything went as planned because it sure didnt at 7-11 when they double charged me and supposedly refunded my debit card. They didn t & now Mastercard is involved in a $4.59 FRAUD investigation when they also could have just handed me $4.59 cash back. Was it worth the effort to bring in the 6 figure wage earners? Anyways

Matt the store manager, Noah sale associate are FANTASTIC employees! I was having problems with my 96 Jeep and Matt came over on his personal time to even help look at my Jeep. Excellent service treated me like family. Noah is a great guy listen to all details I said and help me with a solution! Great guys!

We just bought a car today, and Justin was probably one of the most helpful people I've come across in this entire industry. He put in our battery, put on new windshield blades, checked our alternator, our starter as well, and he did it all free of charge with a smile on his face. He also got $20 off our purchases, recommended us some awesome tire places he personally loves, and that have good price and service, and was more than happy to help. We live in Marysville but will definitely be coming to him for any car needs. Highly recommend

Granted it's not exactly their fault but at this autozone you can't actually walk through the store. They have it all like closed off with movie theater line dividers. However, the guy that helped me right off the bar was kind of a jerk. He was very short and rude and it was very frustrating.

Jonathan was amazing! Our car battery died just down the street and when we got to the store he was able to help us make a budget friendly purchase in our price range and good quality battery. The world needs more people like Jonathan. Thanks again!!!!! P.s. he needs a raise!

Had a great experience at Everett AutoZone yesterday! A employee named Johnathan helped me install my battery in the rain so that I could get to work on time. The day before, another employee named Tyler also helped me out with a number of engine issues. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and their customer service was exceptional. I wish that I could give a rating greater then 5 stars! 10/10, thank you!

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable! I thought I may have a major problem. But instead of just selling me something to make a sale. They took the time to check my car. And tell me it was not a maker thing. And actually didn't try to up sell me. It's both nice and refreshing to have a good experience in retail store. Thank you so much!

Came out to my 2013 Prius and installed the front side marker light and helped with all other lights. Gave references for help with light circuitry issues at a value price. Recommended J&J Tires and a mechanic named Manuel in Everett. Knowledgeable on all things with wrenches at the ready!
