I had a very great experience with auto glass fitters ! I have never gotten my windshield replaced and they were the best priced place I could find in my area and they are a mobile service so they came to my house. I called to schedule an appointment and they scheduled me in and told me that someone will call me between 9am-6 to come to my house and replace the windshield. He called me at 9am and was there at 11:30am. He finished in a timely fashion and was on his way ! Loved it! Highly recommended! 10/10 service .Service: Auto windshield replacement

They scheduled me 2 weeks out for a windshield replacement and told me they would call the morning of and let me know what time they would be there. No call. I call to ask and they tell me they couldn't get my glass. They weren't going to call to let me know, they were just going to skip it. I asked if they could reschedule and they gave me a date another 2 weeks out. I asked if they could do it sooner since it was supposed to be done today and they hung up on me and cancelled me completely. Absolute waste of time - wish I could give zero stars.

Wish I could give - stars. This company is a joke. Techs are rude and don't bring correct glass. Then say they will be back out next day and someone will call between 8a-1030a. Didn't receive a call. Called at 1230 to get told I will call you back in 10 mins. No call. Called again at 130 and was told to hold for a supervisor and waited in the line for 35 mins for the supervisor to lie and say they are unable to get the glass even from another company ( which I called and they said they had). Don't waste your time. Almost a week of dealing with these people who need to learn customer service.

If you're looking for a business to make you wait a month only to tell you they can't help you you're in the right place! Awful customer service, basically forgot about me and then told me they couldn't fix my window. Save yourself a headache and use Safelite or something.
