Do not recommend, I dropped off my car for some repairs and the car came back with a giant foot long crack in the windshield. No one noticed they caused it or mentioned it to me until I picked it up and now they re trying to put the blame on me that it s not their fault. When I dropped it off there wasn t anything wrong with the windshield they just needed to fix the side mirror and when I picked it up there s a huge crack! I would avoid going to this place as they do not take care of their customers

The whole process starting from Dropping off to picking up was really smooth. They work with the enterprise near by and you can get and drop off your rental at their location. I used to get every Tuesday and Thursday update about my car repair status. Overall the entire experience was really great.The car repair was also exceeded the expectations, I can t say if there was any accident. Great work.

Excellent service and phenomenal communication. They exceeded my expectations. They even finished the extensive repair earlier than expected. They do beautiful work, my car looks almost as good as it did brand new. I will never take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend.

ARA Carstar was very helpful from beginning to end. They were able to take my car sooner than the other repair shops in my area, and they were also recommended by my dealership (Mazda of Everett). They took care of my rental car and dealt with my insurance for me. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process through text messages. I am very happy with the service i received and highly recommended them!

I was in an accident on February 25th. I had asked around for what the best dealership to go to would be and this one came highly recommend. I am so glad I came here because they were so easy to work with and communicated throughly. Thank you so much !

Called with a claim I filed under my insurance said to bring the vehicle in. We drove an hour and walked out the door two minutes later with them stating they don t fix what we re looking for. Horrible communication skills a phone call would ve gone along way competent people do not work here. The damage was listed in the notes and very clearly stated when scheduling the estimate.Blame what passed on to new hires!

This is a great body shop my car was fixed at the promised time by experienced people using quality parts. They work with enterprise car rental so my rental car was brought to the shop for me and when I was ready to pick up the car I just dropped the rental off there. Everything was super convenient.

From the moment I made the first call to schedule an appointment to the moment I received the phone call my car was ready to be picked up, my experience with all the staff I interact at ARA CARSTAR Everett was pleased & smooth. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly. I was getting updates every week either by text or phone call. I am very satisfied with the body work they did on my Toyota. Thank you ARA CARSTAR Everett

If anyone needs work done on your vehicle this is the place to take it! From initial phone call with Carrie, to scheduling, insurance and rental help they were all in! My Transit came back a week sooner than expected, looked incredible and they even cleaned the inside of it! And final check out was just as positive as my check in! These guys are AWESOME!

Excellent work - better than I expected. I'm very pleased! Also - they washed & vacuumed my Subaru. Yay! Carstar was very honest about the repair cost. Once they got the hood open, much more damage was found. Carstar worked hard to get me the best prices available for replacement parts. I would use Carstar again, and recommend my friends to them.

The work was completed in less time than predicted. They took care of all arrangements regarding the rental pickup and drop off. The car when finished looked brand new and they cleaned it out inside and out like a professional detailing. I would recommend them to others.

I took my Honda CRV to ARA CARSTAR EVERETT because it was recommended by Klein Honda where I get my regular maintenance. I made an appointment for an estimate and was met right on time by Missy - knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient. My car had minor damage in the front from someone backing into my car in a parking lot. Missy explained a number of options and answered all my questions. A few minutes later, I had a written estimate that was much less than I was expecting.I made an appointment for the repair and again, everything was punctual. Missy estimated the repair would take two hours and she was exactly right. I took my laptop with me and just worked in the waiting area until the repair was complete. The waiting area is comfortable with convenient restrooms and guest wifi. The final cost rang up to exactly the estimate with no surprises. I would 100% recommend CARSTAR ARA in Everett.

ARA Carstar Everett was one of the most irritating body shops to deal with I've ever experienced. The staff was curt and snippy, and when I asked for a small touch-up on the bumper, at extra charge, they refused and accused me of insurance fraud. Plus the final repair was Three Times my original estimate and took more than a month to fix. Don't believe anything they say, as customers arenot the least of the body shop's consideration. My suggestion: go to another shop in Everett. Save your sanity.

I had a blowout while towing my 5th wheel that damaged the bedside, wheel well, exhaust and some other miscellaneous pieces. I haven't had any prior experience with body shops and my insurance company set me up with carstar. They gave me an estimate on the cost and length of time to do the repairs that seemed reasonable. The process took a bit longer than they said do to part availability, but not significantly. At the end of the process I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, fit and finish on the repair. They were easy to work with, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them for any damage repair.

Everyone was great, very flexible for dropping off my jeep, keeping me updated, and making sure I got it back before losing my borrowed car. I recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repair.

After being hit by someone running a red light my car insurance set my up with Ara Carstar, they fixed all the damage and made the car look brand new inside and out. The whole process was smooth and they were willing to help me get my aftermarket parts replaced. Will go back again whenever I need body work done!

They have had my car since 2/7. Sometimes they say they have a lot of work and can't get to the car and then other times they say that they are waiting for a part. I called yesterday they said they would call me back and no one called me. I called again today on 03/05 I was told again they are waiting for a part. No estimate on when the car might be ready no information that would help me. I asked if I could take the car and return it but aparently the car is pulled apart. I live in Kirkland and work in Tukwila. I only have one car. I am not able to go to work right now.

Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.

At first I was a bit skeptical because I was going by the aesthetics of the shop. But little sis I know that all the magic happens away from the public eye.When I received my vehicle OMG! It s like it was brand new off the dealership show room! All the damage to the vehicle had no trace whatsoever!I highly recommend ARA CARSTAR to all my family and friends!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ARA CARSTAR did a great job replacing the rear bumper on my 2021 Kia Telluride. Prompt service and very communicative. Reasonably priced, too! Carson and Carrie were especially kind and helpful!

I don t know what other con reviewers think about this place, but they did a flawless job for my car. Literally made my car into a brand new car. I kind of want to break my car accidently and get them to fix just because to make it like brand new. Thanks again!

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs!Rating: (1/5)I can't even begin to describe my awful experience at this auto body collision shop. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. Here's a breakdown of the horror show that unfolded:Communication Nightmare: It's like the staff were trained in the art of ignoring customers. They rarely answered calls or replied to messages. When they did, it was like pulling teeth to get any useful information. I had to follow up just to get the simplest updates constantly.Delays Galore: Fast forward a month, and I still have no vehicle. They blamed "unforeseen delays," but it felt like they intentionally dragged their feet.Customer Service Abyss: I thought the lack of communication was bad, but the attitude of the staff was even worse. They acted like they were doing me a favor by working on my car. Rudeness seemed to be Blake, the General Manager's specialty.In conclusion, if you have any love for your car and your sanity, stay far away from this auto body collision shop. They excel in terrible service, shoddy repairs, and customer frustration. Save yourself the headache and find a place that cares about its customers and their vehicles.
