The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful-great Customer service. My car was done in the allotted time and looks great, I can t even tell there was ever an issue. They cleaned my car inside and out and after a week, it s still smells great. But the really important thing is that it is running great! It was a genuinely good experience working with these people. I would absolutely take my car back to them and tell friends to do the same.

In December I needed the services of an autobody shop as my wife had hit a post damaging both passenger doors. I contacted several shops but discovered many had been taken over by corporate chains. The ratings were mixed.I settled on Absolute Autobody in Everett because they were good to work with as part of the quote process and their good ratings. I had to wait a couple of weeks for parts to start the repair. Absolute kept in touch and called me when the parts were in. Then completed the repairs in the 2 weeks they estimated. All looked great.A few weeks later my wife noted that a door fender strip was pulling way from the door. I stopped by Absolute and they were great. Said the strip was a dealer installed aftermarket item and they would have to contact the dealer. They took some photos and got a new strip, installed in about 5 minutes when I stopped by. I can highly recommend this shop and appreciated their courtesy and great customer service.

Absolute Auto body was an absolute joy to work with. They communicated clearly about their process, repaired. My Toyota 4Runner perfectly, and offered me the ability to fix other items on my vehicle... Not just the damage done in the wreck. Their team was wonderful to work with, and they were the fastest available body shop in the Puget Sound area. They return my vehicle detailed and clean, and everything seems to be working perfect. They check to make sure unseen damage was detected and repaired with original parts. And I cannot recommend them enough. The owner and his staff are fantastic and cooperative.

Absolute Auto Body Shop is fantastic. The staff is very professional and helpful. I felt like Glenda was on top of it when it came to the insurance and financial aspect. The maintenance crew was amazing and my car honestly looks better than the day I bought it. It s beautiful and they even cleaned the interior for me. As a single mom, I couldn t have asked for anything more helpful than the wonderful service I received at Absolute Auto. I definitely recommend them to everyone.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Got hit in a parking lot (hit and run) they got me in quickly and did a great job, a couple weeks later the bumper was slipping a bit (not their fault the manufacturer clips are weak) and they fixed it for free ASAP as part of their work satisfaction guarantee, 10/10 will go here again and send my friends here.Pics for reference, they did an amazing job!

Excellent customer service. My car was fixed and they cleaned the outside and inside. They did a wonderful job. Julio gave me a ride when I dropped my car. I love this place they did an excellent job with my vehicle. They were pretty backed up but every auto body shop is due to the pandemic, supply shortages, etc. However, employees worked overtime to get my vehicle back to me and it took about a month. I was quoted worse case scenario was multiple months so I can't complain as any reputable shop would be backed up and tell you that upfront rather than lying about a time frame just to get anyone's business. Not only did i get great service but the work is guaranteed so that's another plus! I love the assistant at the front desk she was such a sweetheart and so kind! She was always helping someone and always went above and beyond.

I called about 20 shops on Monday asking around for my car since I got rear ended. I'm a home health nurse and need a car to work so time was of the essence. I was already crying, in a horrible mood since most shops are 3 months out I didn't expect this place to be any closer or further out but thought I would give them a try. When I called I was greeted by a rude woman who picked up the phone and said, "wait a second!" I was about to hang up when her phone was scratching against something and I hear her yelling at someone. Ok already with the red flag. She comes back to the phone and doesn't introduce herself or the company just, "yes?" I'm shocked at this point and tell her what I'm looking for, but before I could finish she just abruptly interrupts me and says, "nothing till August". "Ok, but I did not finish what I was saying", to which again she replied, "ok, but again, nothing till August". I'm not looking for anything really because I'm sure my circumstances are that of hundreds of other people needing auto body work but it's the way she handled my phone call and herself. Very rude and abrasive which made the experience of my first ever accident extremely uncomfortable. This isn't how to run a business for people who are already stressed out, to be so rude to people without hearing anything is not part of the customer service experience you should strive for. I don't suggest this place based on the one phone call, that should be the first impression you get when calling a place like this, first impressions are important for your business but if you have a rude woman as your first experience not a good thing.

This is the first and hopefully last time I ll ever need a body shop, but Glenda was amazing. She did the legwork getting the bill paid, knew what I didn t about what I did and did not have to do, and she really went above and beyond for us. The car looks amazing and my husband is a detail fanatic so that s saying something. I loved the text updates, the ease of drop off and pick up, and everything about this experience was more than I hoped for.I would highly recommend this place.Randi-a very satisfied customer!Service: Painting

From start to finish was 2 weeks. My daughter's car was hit and run while she was at school. We got the car towed to Absolute immediately and even though they were booked out a month, they figure out a way to squeeze us in and got it completely fixed in 2 weeks. It had to get a re-alignment first which they coordinated for us. They did all communication with our insurance and we just paid our deductible when we picked up her nice shiny fully repaired car...super easy process. Glenda was excellent in communicating and updating me all the way through the process. Absolutely the best experience ever!

The people at Absolute went above an beyond to fix my car after I was rear-ended. They made everything as easy as possible, working directly with the insurance and rental company so that I didn't have to. They not only did a perfect job fixing my trunk and quarter panel, their paint job and blending look 10 times better than it did when I bought the car last year. They also cleaned nearly every inch which I can really say my car needed. On top of all of that they ended up finishing the job 3 days ahead of schedule and made sure I didn't get stuck with the rental car over the weekend. Great, freindly, hard working people who I would absolutely go back to!

The people there were amazing! They exceeded my expectations and even washed and vacuumed my car even though it was a dirt pit when I dropped it off! Couldn't have trusted another shop with my Z34, friendly, professional, and exceedingly talented. They know exactly what they're doing, they go above and beyond in everything. Completely thorough and are kind enough to wash and vacuum the inside of your car. Anyone searching for reliable and reasonable work on your vehicle, this is the place to go first. Thank you Glenda and everyone else who went above and beyond! Definitely will recommend.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Everett Absolute Auto Body. Because I was paying out-of-pocket and had to rent a car for the days my car was in the shop, they worked overtime to get my job done in 2 days so I would not have any added rental expense. My car's body work is perfect and I appreciate their attention to my situation. Absolute excellentcustomer service!

They are super-over-informed and talented, and connected with the repair and insurance industry in all the best ways!They have followed through with lifetime satisfaction guarantees, and always resolved the repairs so well it's like it didn't even happen!My highest recommendation for the Everett area!

When I explained my situation to them, and they looked at my car, they unhesitatingly recommended John's Auto Glass in Mukilteo where they believed he could meet my needs more effectively. That in itself was quite impressive. I took their advice, and was glad I did; but I'm grateful for their honesty and willingness to forfeit a potential customer because they are more concerned about integrity in the long run than a few extra bucks in the short haul. You can be sure I will head their way if/when I require major auto body work. These folks are winners in my book!

This body shop has service that makes others look like rookies. Their attention to detail and speed in which they execute the work is outstanding. Boyd has always gone out of his way to make sure I was happy with the end result. ABSOLUTELY amazing helpful!! Glenda helped me get estimate for my car, she was not only fast but very informative, and gave me very helpful tips about insurance as well. I was close to Queen Anne autobody that s in Lynnwood but their service was unacceptable. Thank you so much about your help again!!!!

Absolute Auto Body Inc. In Everett did a FABULOUS job on my 2017 Ford Fiesta ST. It really pops. They showed a lot of Respect for my car. I am very Proud to recommend this shop and crew to anyone and will. Thank You Absolute!

A terrible experience (car was hit by a city bus while parked on the street) turned into a great experience after working with the lovely staff at absolute Auto Body! Glenda is a joy to work with and made the process incredibly smooth. I am grateful for this experience and although I moved down to Kenmore, will be back up there if anything else happens (fingers crossed it doesn't)!

ABSOLUTEy AWESOME!! I will never take my car anyplace else. They take great pride in their work, and they should. Absolute makes every effort to keep any cost that may come your way. So much so, that I have been able to have work done even, when forced to pay out-of-pocket Not only that, they are conveintly located on Everett Mall Way. God will bless you through Absolute Auto body. He has me.

Poor costumer service and lack of phone etiquette from lady who answered my call.If you have issues with your attitude, maybe you shouldn't be working in any job that requires you to talk professionally over the phone. Shame, because I heard really good things about this place. It took 3 seconds to call my insurance adjuster to find another body shop with better costumer service.

I've had two dealings with absolute Auto body and I can say that they are by far the best body shop I've ever dealt with. Their service is prompt and they do an amazing job.
