Alex is Honest, reliable , trustworthy & knowledgeable. I brought my car to Alex after having a bad experience with a prior mechanic. I explained to Alex my situation he then took a look at my car same day. He found the issue and immediately fixed it for me. I had many questions and he took the time to explain everything. He understood my time frame and worked with me. I now have a peace of mind knowing I have found a honest mechanic that I can trust with my car, he doesn t overcharge like most other mechanics. The Location is perfect being next to I5, it s so convenient to get in & out. Prices are great compared to anywhere else.Thank you Alex for being honest and always being so efficient. We will be back!

I cannot express how grateful we are for our experience at this mechanic shop. We initially took our car to a local Japanese shop that's been around for 25 years, but unfortunately, we fell victim to a scam. They charged us for a new starter and labor to install it, but the original starter was still in the car! Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, we brought my fiance's car to our family friend, Alex, who runs this fantastic shop.Alex went above and beyond to help us out, not only by exposing the previous mechanic's scam but also by providing us with fast and efficient service. He even opened up his shop on his day off, a Sunday, so we could pick up the car as soon as possible.The pricing was more than fair, and the work performed was top-notch. We're incredibly impressed with the integrity and dedication of this family friend mechanic. It's such a relief to have someone you can trust in the auto repair business. From this point forward, our cars will only be coming here. Thank you, Alex, for your honesty, exceptional service, and for saving the day!

Alex and his employees are the best. If you just want your car fixed without being upsold on a laundry list of unnecessary services, Alex is your guy - he's knowledgeable and efficient. I've brought him a couple tricky problems that he's fixed in half the time and price of other shops.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at A1. The service on my 2009 Lexus RX 350 was quick, affordable, and thorough. Alex, the owner, is extremely friendly. He shared with me his passion for restoring and customizing classic VW Beetles.His connection to the auto enthusiast community has fostered a network of specialists as well. I will be reaching out to him when it's time to replace the convertible top on my 1991 BMW 325i.

The shop installed a new starter in my 2013 Honda Civic. Work was performed expertly and efficiently. Alex was a dream to work with and very professional. His staff is very competent and resourceful. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this business for all auto service needs.

Alex was awesome. Can't recommend A1 and Alex enough. He did my oil change for $85 and topped up my other fluids. I had a nice chat with him about goals, cars, and just life in general. I left knowing that he did everything right and the car drove a lot better (was a bit behind on my oil change). No upselling, no nonsense, just honest work. I live about 45 minutes away and don't always have an opportunity to change my own oil, but will easily take the trip out to A1 in the future.

Alex is a professional great attitude and customer service. His work on my 2020 KIA Forte GT is so good it looked like he did nothing to it lol. I could tell when I drove though really smooth and no vibrations in the motor. I feel that he really cares about his customers. Even got a text when my car was finished. He just earned a returning customer. His prices are very competitive and beats a lot of the competition even after they add their coupons.Service: Oil change

From New Mexico and brought in my Mercedes in for service and they did great. They checked my vehicle and make sure everything was quick and easy. Definitely recommend, customer service was A1!

We were traveling from Canada to Seattle. We had pulled off the highway when all of a sudden our vehicle broke down. The staff walked to our vehicle, helped us move it to the garage, was able to order part and fix the vehicle in time for us to make it in time for our vacation. Fast and efficient service. You tell a lot about a shop and the service you'll receive from that shop by how clean the place isand they care of the customers. I was overly impressed and how you could tell it was a small shop that cared about the service it provided. I'll bring my car back in the future. Also the location is extremely close to I-5 which makes getting your oil change done even faster!Service: Oil change
