I had my truck serviced today by the crew at A&M Auto Repair and I couldn't be happier. I dropped off my vehicle while I had a work shift to fulfill and returned later to find my RAM was clean, topped off and running beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly faces and knowledgeable men about the days services and I will absolutely be returning for future servicing and/or mechanical needs. To leave my vehicle in good hands and not miss any time from work to have my baby taken care of was rewarding and refreshing. Special thanks to Mike and the crew for making sure my truck was road ready and safe. The peace of mind speaks volumes. I'll be back and spreading the word!! Fast, convenient and thorough, I am a very happy customer

My Mazda 6 had been sitting in the driveway since November. It needed a transmission repair/replacement, and I had a budget to get it done. Rich and company @ A & M, made this goal possible and now I have this long- owned car, back on the road. So A&M, thank you very much! Appreciate the service, especially to Rich, whom has outstanding customer service skills. He understood and respected my plan for my vehicle, and also identified other vital repairs. When it comes to repairs, people look for affordable and reliable shops, and my only regret, is not finding A&M sooner.

We used A&M for the first time about a month ago after a friend recommended them. We were so impressed, we have already taken two more vehicles in for service. They are polite, prompt, fair and honest. So happy to have found them!

10/2023 - update -I brought my personal truck to this shop to have them look it over, it s been over a month since they looked it over and gave it a quick tune up and it s running fine.They have become my new mechanics auto shops, for my all my vehicles needs.What an amazing shop, I was visiting family and while I was driving there vehicle a Honda Pilot. I noticed issues so I called the Honda dealership and received an estimate of $1,200 plus to fix. When I called A & M which was recommended by the neighbor across the street from my family member.A& M provided me with an estimate just under $600 so I took it in and they ran a few test and figure that work didn t need done, However a quick tune up and the Honda pilot was back on the road with no issues.The men who were in the shop were all very professional and didn t talk down to me nor did they over charge me for the work that was done.If I lived in the area I would definitely use this shop.Thanks guys for creating a safe environment for a women to come into and feel respected.

Absolutely best service in town! Rich and his crew were friendly and super helpful! efficient, straight to the point with reasonable prices. It's twice now that I needed work on my car and these guys had my back! I'd recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I'm an old gear head. I'm good with older cars (60s-80s) and do some work on my newer vehicles.I had a problem with a newer van I could not figure out, swallowed my pride and took it to the A&M guys. Their diagnosis seemed counter intuitive to everything I thought I knew about cars, but I trusted them and they were absolutely correct.They solved the issue I couldn't identify and earned a new customer.Trust these guys, they know what they're doing!

My daughters car was stolen and the ignition was destroyed. We couldn t find anyone that would fix this issue but they took over the problem and had it repaired within the day! They went above and beyond, with professional honesty and a smile. I would highly recommend A and M auto. I dropped my car off this morning and by the end of the day they had repaired my windows that wouldn't go down and one other issue with my transmission...they charged me exactly what they estimated quickly and efficiently and with respect and dignity. I'm a widow and I've been taking my car to them for over two years and never came away unhappy. They're awesome and I'd refer them any day! Thanks Rich and DavidService: Electrical repair

Brought my car here after it had been sitting a while. The guys did a great job checking the engine, fuel, etc, found a bunch of stuff clogging the intake filter on the engine and charged me very little to just clean it out. They also were able to get it in to work on much sooner than quoted, as a lull in their schedule opened them up to just check and see if the problem could be a simple fix, and thankfully, it was!They let me test drive the vehicle to make sure it felt fine after the check and cleaning, and sure enough, that was the issue. Thank you guys for saving me money on what I thought would be a more expensive repair!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My one stop shop for honest and reliable service. The staff also identified problems that my last mechanic ignored and talked with me about the solution. I had a part that only stopped working if the car was running and the ac was on. They talked with me and got lots of details on my observations and asked questions to correctly diagnose and fix everything. Owning a 2005 Carolla I really appreciate the extra car for my girl Betsy and the communication on prices and labor. They are always spot on with their quotes and never take advantage of me. As a woman I really appreciate that and often run across the exact opposite with mechanics.

Brought my vehicle in for front suspension and wheel control work. Was charged way more for parts than I could have gotten myself. Was also charged for work that wasn't even done on my vehicle. When done they didn't even do an alignment so I had to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. The guy at the alignment shop wasn't able to do the alignment because the work I had paid to have done at a&m hadn't been done and he showed me by having me look under my vehicle while he pointed out the things I had been charged for that they didn't actually do. Altogether, I ended up paying over $540 more than I should have, not to mention having to pay $140 to another shop just to be told that they could not do an alignment because the work a&m was supposed to do and charged me for doing, was not done! I am trying to get them to make it right with me but so far I've had no success. I definitely would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They are complete rip offs! Guess they didn't expect me to find out about it! Too bad for them cause I did!

I wanted to purchase a used car from a nearby dealer, so I took it to A&M for an inspection prior to purchase as they had great reviews and seemed trustworthy. Everyone at the shop was very nice (and all claimed to be vaccinated, though they didn t wear masks) and the cost for the inspection was fair. I was quoted about $600 for service for the used car, which was reasonable given the price, so I bought the car and was able to negotiate with the dealer because of A&M s diagnostic.Fast forward a week later and I take the car in for service at my local mechanic, who found several MAJOR mechanical issues that weren t even touched upon by A&M, totaling significantly more than anticipated - to the point where, had I known, I would ve likely walked away from the sale. The manager did mention that they didn t work on Toyota s often, so maybe they just didn t know??? I m trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately I m out a lot of money because I trusted the inspection I received here.

Deleted the negative review, the owner of the company offered to completely fix the front suspension at no extra charge. The employee told me the ball joints were the problem, and it was 90% of the issue but the control arm needed to be fixed too. A and M fixed the control arm issue at no additional charge. As out-of-towners, we had no idea where to take our vehicle and found this highly rated shop. But you never know what to expect and we don't always trust ratings. We had our vehicle towed there after hours and hoped for the best.When we arrived the next day, we found a clean shop and respectful staff. The amount we were charged was less than expected, as we easily could have been taken advantage of, given our circumstances. Instead we received honest feedback and kind consideration.Highly, highly recommend!

I brought my car here because my car had bad brakes, and talked with Rich on the phone, he was so helpful and friendly, I was able to bring my car in and Mike looked at it and was able to give me a good price and got it all done! They were all amazing and helpful!

I was having concern with my engine last minute and they took my car in within 10 minutes of calling them! Unfortunately they do not perform welding on mufflers, which is what they found to be the problem, but they kindly referred me to another mechanic to take care of it. I don't know much about cars, but these guys were very helpful and honest!

Very honest about your repairs, have always gotten my work done when they saaid they would. Prices are fair.Don't try to get to them across Rucker from the north. Don't. Take three rights around the block.And eat at Tapatio next door. They are great.

I'm a widow and it's difficult to go to Auto repair shop, and not be concerned about being taken advantage of. The relief I experienced today is indescribable. David treated me with respect and explained everything and I was very happy with the price and how quickly my vehicle was ready. He explained what else was needed and I appreciated that. I will definitely keep my business with them and also will refer my family and friends.

Very pleased with A & M Auto Repair Inc , I called around a few shops to get my Thermostat replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee , not only were they able to fix it at a lower price than all the other local shops , but get me in sooner and got everything done fast ! Will be using them again in the future , love their honesty and hard work . Definitely recommend everyone to get their work done here !!Service: Engine repair

These guys are the best!! They took awesome care of my truck! Had it up and running much sooner than I thought they would. And was floored when I got the bill! Was much lower than I thought it would be! And, though I was stressed about being without my truck in the nastiest time of year, they made me laugh! Is a great crew they have!!

The scope of work they do is great, was easy to get my car in and repaired in good time, and on budget. I appreciate Mike and the team he has at A & M Auto Repair. 10/10 will recommend.

I took my Honda Accord into A & M for a general check because it wasn't "running right." The problem was diagnosed quickly (timing chain) and the price, though expensive, was less than other repair shops had quoted. The car was fixed on time, as promised, with no surprises in the price or extras. The car is running very smoothly now. My experience with A & M was positive, friendly, and completely professional.
