Such a great guy! Needed a tail brake light bulb replaced and no one in town could do it, so took it to him and he managed to get the housing out and replaced the bulb.yah! Thank you so much. Would use his services anytime!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

"Pro-Auto" is a repair facility that my family has trusted even before they moved to Ephrata. The owner, Jason is very much in-tune with the small details that matter. I would not take my business anywhere else. I feel that this establishment cares about its customers and treats us like we are #1 priority. I can't say enough positive things about this business. I had an axel and brakes on my trailer replaced here. The brakes failed and seized after less than 400 miles of use. I called for information on what they installed to help the mechanic that was working on the seized brake and was given the run around and no call back. After multiple calls I finally spoke with someone willing to look it up in their system. Terrible work and customer service.

If I could give -5 I would. I took a strong running car there for a simple low coolant leak and they did something to it so the first time I drove it (to Ephrata) the motor died. Of course it wasn't their fault; when I asked if they guaranteed their work before I left my car there they said they did. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

This mechanic basically fixed the rack in pinion on my car when i had went in and told him my car has a oil leak and he stated it was the rack in pinion so he changed it and i paid almost 2,000 plus he said he had to do the alignment and my car swerves to the right i went back and he told me its supposed to do that and my car was never the same after that day i took my car to another mechanic and they said he wasnt supposed to change the rack in pinion cause that wasnt the problem and they stated that he broke a part from the rack in pinion the other mechanic also told be he did not do the alignment right. so i went back he said theres nothing he can do so i dont recommend anyone to take there car to him he is a fraud. All i have to say is i leave it in gods hands but he is a fraud

I have bringing my vehicle in to this shop for over a year, for everything from oil changes and scheduled maintenance, to suspension work and air conditioner repair. I have always been happy with the service and pricing.

Our windshield was hit by a huge chunk of ice and the drivers wiper stopped moving, but the guys at pro auto repair we're so nice and helped us in matter of minutes, free of charge.
