The same place that asks for the motor size in your vehicle for a pair of wipers lmaoBut also I went in there to get a fuel filter for my car and the person behind the desk literally told me it was a "non serviceable part" I pretty much had enough of this company after that lmao either you need to train your employees more or whatever search engines you use needs to be updated. Or both. Probably both. I know more about my car than they do and it's laughable to hear that from someone who dispenses car parts for a living. Me and the guy at the dealership had a good chuckle about that when i brought that up. Seriously, don't go here. This company is not worth your time. It's not the employees fault. But you shouldn't waste your time with this place. I sure won't. Won't be visiting any in the state as long as i live and will direct others to autozone or Napa for anything that they need. This company is an absolute joke. Wondering if they'd tell me my air filter isn't serviceable either lmao I'm tempted.

Ben was SUPER helpful & even installed the replacement bulbs I needed!I always went to O'Reiley's when I lived in Oregon, but NEVER had this level of customer service!

Brakes are a pretty important apparatus for cars.Both my daughter's car and her boyfriend's car needed new pads.Trip number one... Ordered parts.Trip two.... Got a phone call the parts were in. Nope, only some of them.Trip number 3.... Order was filled and complete. Went home to install, ALL WRONG PARTS!Trip number four, returned ALL the wrong parts after 2 hours of trying to install.Waisted time, waisted gas, waisted energy.Get it together people.This brake job got far too expensive and it didn't have to.Slow down, look up the proper make and models of the vehicle (s) and order the right parts!There's nothing hard about that?You should be compensating my daughter for her time and gas with a nice discount.Until then, the thought of a more professional business is probably in order.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. I recently found myself needing assistance with adding a fluid into my van and even though I had product on hand ( not purchased at Oreilly) a young man (store employee) was so helpful and thoughtful in assisting me with my issue.Keep up the great customer service

These guys are fantastic when it comes to customer service and being efficient! Glad to know if I have to come to town I'm not stuck with the moses lake location! You guys are just like the ones in my town now! Keep it up and you guys still have my business!

It surprises me that when someone walks in the Store and only one person is working. And you stand there like dummy while you hear voicew in the back of makes you wonder. Then when finally another person comes up and there is now a person standing 15 feet away from you and the clerk calls him over even so the customer told him that I was there first. Hmmm, wonder why again in the mean while a person walks into the store goes behind the counter dressed in workout clothes and goes to behind the wall. You wonder. When finally a nice young men helps you. And he had hornest answers. I asked a second person the same question and I was given something totally different but unfortunately not correct. I'm not running the store but I will not set in that store again. Sorry.....maybe because I'm Female could be.

Having had a fiasco verifying a part was in stock at the Womac branch only to have my son who had broken down waste a trip. I dropped in on the way to rescue the vehicle at this branch and they had exactly what I needed. Quick and easy, car is back on the road. Thanks again!

Had exactly what i needed, for double the price of Amazon. Not great, but it's local and they have (mostly) all of the things. Certainly better than the AutoZone across the street.

I really liked O'Reilly auto parts until the last few times I called and they say they have a part I need for someone's vehicle, when they really don't have it and can't even order what I need. It angers me to no end that they do this just to get me into the store. If they lie to me or even misguide me, I am taking my money and patronage to another parts store that actually tells the truth. Maybe it is just that the employees at O'Reilly have no training on auto parts? Or maybe it's just that they don't listen and just tell you they have everything to get you in the store? I'm not sure, but they lost a customer for lying to me.

People were friendly and informed. My first time in that store. It was clean and well stocked. The only draw back is that store is the parking lot was bad. There was only one way out.

Staff extreamly helpfull and knowledgeable. Prices on parts are reasonable, enough so that I have gone to buying brand new parts and quit going to the salvage yard for parts.

Some of the best help from people that actually know stuff about cars and do there job very well. Other auto stores where over priced and like the employees where watching the clock and didnt really care about being helpful

Well an empmoyee mike bennet said he worked at orielies in ephrata claimed he knew all about cars and then sold a family with 4 month old a bloen car and left us stranded on the road not that it has anything to do with the company. But i dont see orielies being very good if they dont have honest employess
