Took care of my vibration issue, though being told on the phone that the bill was $550, and picking up the truck and found the receipt for $ 594. You may think an extra 40 is nothing to me this is dinner for me and the kids. I don't appreciate being lied to on the cost and being charged more after giving my credit card #

These guys are great! Fair pricing for excellent work. I especially love supporting the local guys vs. the dealerships. I have an older car and their services and attention to detail are a big part of keeping it running well. Always informative and respectful. They have a very clean waiting area (and I especially appreciate how clean they keep the restroom!) and wifi so I m able to work while getting an oil change. Couldn t be happier with the customer service and work!

I had my catalytic converter stolen off of my truck and they fixed it very quickly and prices were very reasonable. Friendly service nice people. Definitely recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Although no one was available to run diagnostics on my car and I wS concerned about my vehicle over heating someone came out and looked under my hood and reassuredme that my car was fine it was the Guage that wasn't working...I was grateful

This is a great automotive shop! I had my truck towed there from a Toyota dealership. The dealership said my truck had an electrical problem that required a new harness. The cost from the dealership? $9,000.00 USD...... So I got my truck towed to Roosevelt Automotive. They did a great job locating the sensor that was broken and even found the break in the harness cable. Total cost from Roosevelt Automotive?..... ~$460.00 USD. Thank you Roosevelt Automotive for the amazing service!!!

My husband and I have been going to Roosevelt Automotive for years. We drive all the way from Tacoma to get our cars worked on there.Kevin and his crew do a superb job, and they always stand behind their work. They have good prices and will always tell you things that need to be done vs what can wait. They don't try to upsell you like most shops.I would most certainly recommend this shop.Just for one example, my husband's old car needed its brakes done, and they were squealing like crazy, so we took it in. Kevin and crew replaced the pads, and off we went. They functioned fine, but they still squealed, really badly. Kevin replaced them I think 3 times, with different types of pads, to try to fix them and get them to stop squealing. Eventually it all got figured out, but that's how much they will stand by their work.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Kevin, the owner of Roosevelt Automotive is the most honest, trustworthy, professional and compassionate person in the business; as well as all of his employees.Years ago (Craig) a former Roosevelt Automotive employee referred Kevin and his skilled mechanics to my mother (Gerri) to keep her Buick LaSabre in top mechanical condition.For years Kevin did just that, always giving her a truthful appraisal of needed repairs and straightforward advice of unessential maintenance.His rates were always fair and very reasonable; unlike some unscrupulous dishonest garages or unprincipled auto dealerships that would take advantage of a local neighborhood Grandma, as Gamblin Motors Service Department did.I just want to thank Kevin and his employees for taking first-class care of my mother until her sudden unforeseen passing July 24, 2018.I highly recommend and endorse Roosevelt Automotive to anyone looking for a first-rate honest auto repair garage. Ive had several vehicles serviced there. installed patriot headers and all new exhaust on my classic 66 Mustang , electrical work on our SUV and general maintanance on our diesel pick up. All jobs were as quoted or less than quoted. Vary happy with jobs well done ! Honest & Trustworthy.
