I first want to say I love giving family owned businesses a great review and rating, and wish I could for this business. This business was honestly the most unprofessional place I've been in a long time. We took our son's car here, after seeing the reviews online, for repairs to his rack and pinion. After dropping it off we were told the part l needed to be ordered and it would be approximately 3 days for repairs. After 1 week of not hearing from anyone and many calls to their shop (no answer) as well as an email sent after not getting ahold of anyone, we finally got through. We were told that the part was ordered but was the wrong part and it needed to ne ordered again. Again, we told them to please proceed and again they assured us it would only be a few more days. Another week passed and NOTHING. Again, I was constantly calling and no one would answer the phone. They initially told us they were having issues with their phones. After another week and many calls trying to reach someone, I finally got ahold of Daryl (he said he was the one that would be working on the car). At that point he advised me that he needed the go ahead to start the repairs. I was furious at this point because that was made clear in the beginning when we dropped off the car and spoke to Bridgett (the girl in the front office). As well as the second week when my husband had to actually go to the shop because no one was getting back to us or answering the phones. Daryl assured me on the phone (this was a Thursday) that the car would be done by Friday or the next day. He even said I will come in on Saturday if I have to, to ensure the car is done. Well Friday, Saturday,� Sunday came and went, nothing. No phone call, no explanation, NOTHING. So again, I was on the phone calling them and finally got ahold of Bridget and she advised us AGAIN, the part was incorrect. I was DONE at this point. Almost 3 weeks with my son's car and nothing was done. We went and retrieved the car, took it to another shop and it was repaired the next day. I understand things happen, I get it but we were lied to, we were NEVER contacted and kept in the loop for almost 3 weeks, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would never recommend this place.

Darryl and his crew brought our Nissan Frontier back to life in a timely manner and we are forever grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you for making our truck better than we bought it. We will gladly refer you to others.

I ran into a major issue on my way up to Crystal Mountain a few weeks ago in the early morning; my Audi Q7 was leaking a steady stream of oil as a result of an error at the hands of my regular mechanic in Olympia the day prior while changing an oil filter. I was stranded roadside w/ no oil in my engine, and had to walk a mile to the nearest store just to get oil enough to get me to a mechanic nearby. Upon arrival, I found Mike and one of his associates working on a classic Mustang. I poked my head around the garage door, explaining my issue & Mike hopped on the task immediately - getting it up on the racks and diagnosing the issue. Parts had to be ordered - and not knowing the wait time for resolution, Mike helped me not only resolve the issue within the day - but also get me set up w/ a rental vehicle so that I didn't lose my day up on the mountain. He dealt w/ my regular mechanic to make sure they understood their mistake, and I arrived back in the afternoon to find the bill had been covered by regular mechanic. He advised me on next steps to protect myself in case any future issues arise as a result of the initial issue & was a solid friend to me throughout, even picking me up from the rental drop off. America needs more mechanics on this level! He took time away from his regular program to make sure I was taken care of properly. I only wish I lived closer to Enumclaw, as I would bring all my vehicles to Mike's Superior Automotive for their regular maintenance. I'm from medford Oregon. Had an issue with my truck do to mistakes made by the service from the shop I take my truck to. Mike and his team got my truck in quick and did excellent work getting me back on the road. They were fast clean, and NICE. Whenever I'm working up here from home these guys will always get my business and I give them my highest recommendation.

Had a problem in the fuel system of my car 2003 Dodge Sprinter. Which are commonly difficult to find a mechanic for anyway... They diagnosed and repaired my problem for an extremely reasonable price. Darrell, Mike, and their team did a fantastic job fixing my car. They were very honest, trustworthy, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable with their price! They squeezed me in and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time, even when they've been booked out weeks.I won't use another mechanic. I ve been using Mike for about 2 years now. For the first year I check with other companies and compared pricing. Mike was the best price every time. He has done everything from engine work to electrical to fuel issues and trans issues. Never once have I had to return my vehicle because something was not right. I ve gotten to know Mike and I can say that he is honest as the day is long and fair with everyone. If your within 40 miles of enumclaw. Mike and his crew are friendly, honest, and professional. They're straight forward about options and have extremely fair prices. Jim is awesome!! We had a $1200 quote from another mechanic. I felt like that might be a little extreme. When I called Mike's they let me explain what was going on with my Suburban. He walked me through what I should do and it worked!!

Very reasonable and good price for my timing belt job on my Kia. In and out in a day, I just needed to make an appointment two weeks ahead which is standard for auto repair these days.Am coming back.

I took my vw in because sudden squeal from brakes. I was sure I need brakes, rotors, ect. When I picked it up they charged 59.00 it was gravel stuck in brake pad! They could of charged me several hundred dollars. I would of paid it no questions asked! They are very honest we will bring our cars there when they need to be looked at. I have never left a review before, I was so impressed by their honesty!

Consistently when I take my car there it comes back with another and worse issue, said I check engine because of cat and turns out it was because my intake wasn t tuned right (which my tuner fixed for free) and had us pay about 1000 ti put in a cat that wasn t even the problem, also he destroyed my front bumper pulling onto his lift and it fell off and his way off the lift, you d think since he does this for a living he d know how to drive and somewhat low car

I took my van in to have Mike check the A/C. My car stopped working and Mike went out of his way to have the computer checked out, ordered in, and solved the problem in a few days. Very impressed with the honesty and integrity of he and his team. You should give him a call if you need anything done on you car or truck. Wanted to give him a big hug.Thank you, Thank you.

Honest.. friendly.. And complete center to get their top notch service to the public .. With technicians the are up to speed with today's technology... From domestic . European.. Asian.. Diesel. Propane fueled vehicles..Knowing today's technology are able to keep you one the road while being efficient with diagnostics to keep your fees as low as possible with effective outcomes of vehicles needs as well as the customers...With a small group of people they are leading the way with customer service..and willingness to give whatever it takes to service your vertical and make it as if your not even dealing without your car for a day .. These guys are awesome! I was expecting my truck to be ready by Monday at the earliest and I got a call on Saturday saying they had finished it (on their day off!!) And the cost was even far below the estimate they gave.Totally made my day!!!

Best mechanic in Enumclaw, best mechanic I've ever used. Mike takes care of my business fleet and all my personal vehicles. Always a fair price, always timely service, and NEVER tried to take advantage or sell something you don't need. I reccomend to anyone who will listen.

Mike's Superior automotive is a great place to take your car.they're honest and do a great job there and don't try to screw you over like most of the auto repair places do ... There were the only ones around that I would trust to have work on my Corvette.

Mike installed BBK headers on my 04 GT. A 6 hour job took them about 2 weeks I believe I had to go back 3 times, once because of missing nuts and bolts another time because plug they put in instead of the dipstick, blew out on the way home. Mike blamed BBK because they should have sent a dipstick with the headers, he says but held also blamed me because he said I shouldn't have driven it. Sorry, but correct me if I'm wrong but when a shop calls you and says your car is fished and then you get there and Mike hands me my keys, my dipstick and a $1200.00 bill I assume he knows what he's talking about. Once I told Mike I had before and after pictures that were time stamped he hung up on me.Or maybe what upset him was me telling him I also recorded him telling his mechanic how many quarts of oil to put in my car, how he figured that out with no dipstick, he gauged it buy the size of the puddle that I said was in my garage. The bolts in the crossmemer holding my transmission, one was 1/2 in and the other I believe hit a car behind me because it wasn't in there when I lifted it up and took the After Mike pictures. Now he won't take care of his responsibility and so my car just sits. Thanks Superior wanabees.
