I was treated very well when I showed up to get my oil changed. I stayed in my car, and did not have to wait long at all. The technicians were friendly, and kind to me.

Great customer service. I was able to get right in & get out in under 15 minutes. Very friendly & they didn't try to push anything on my. Quick, even when their computers were down.

The guy's were very attentive and took great care of my car.They offered extra options like wipers and air filter, which I needed, one stop and all my car needs taken care of.They are great and I will be going back. Thanks everyone

Slow service, told us transmission service was due, and then claimed they needed a special tool for my 2014 jeep Cherokee that they didn't have to do it. They seemed to take an awfully long time under the vehicle with an impact wrench, and then informed us the oil plug was leaking, never leaked before, I have an immaculate garage floor with no oil spots, probably cross threaded the plug. Never again.

I usually do my own oil changes, but they did our trucks oil. There's a lot of cross talk and goofing off. That's OK though, workplace shouldn't be strict and mean.

I took my car in for an oil change and the service was pretty quick and affordable. Other places that I've taken my car into check all the fluids and other minor stuff to make sure they're good, but this place doesn't. I showed up without an appointment and had to wait about an hour for ny car to be done which wasn't horrible considering there were others before me and I didn't have an appointment.

Great experience. The manager helped me out, by giving me a complementary oil change, when I told him that in my previous visit, the technician accidentally left my oil cap off after changing the oil. My check engine light came on, and it cost me $68.00 to have a mechanic at Roosevelt auto tell me why.I should have come back immediately to let someone know about my experience, but the manager made it right. I will be back!

I only had a wait of 10 minutes too pull into service bay & was out in 10-15 minutes so I was appreciative of the quick service. The service staff courteous and professional

I love this shop! I used them all the time back in high school until I moved to Tacoma. Had a great shop near me down there too, but when I moved up to Seattle, I had a really hard time finding a place that performed excellent service. After several issues with a well known chain (in a few different locations), I decided to come back here since I still come to Enumclaw most weekends to visit family. They always offer fantastic service at prices that are reasonable. Yes, there's usually a wait, but I don't mind. People come here because they're great! They don't try to oversell like other places and on the few instances they've mentioned I've had something wrong, I already knew about it, so they're honest to boot. I really appreciate that, and totally trust them with my car.

Fantastic! Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The drive through is a great and convenient option and it's great to see what's going on. The guys were wonderful and gave me great strait forward no pressure service. Will be a customer for life!

This place has continued its downhill spiral. We were told about 20 minutes. After 30 no cars had moved and were 3rd in line so we bailed out. I doubt I will ever go back.

I have been coming to this Xpress Lube for years. It is the only place I like to go to get my oil changed. The wait time they quote me is ALWAYS spot on, even in the busy hours!Whenever I need a change I make a point to visit my parents for the weekend so I can come back to this shop. Driving all the way from Lynnwood now! It s worth it in my book. You can t beat the price and the always friendly, knowledgable staff ^__^

They were out of 15/40 for my diesel, the employee downstairs later informed me that the manager, Mike, had moved the 15/40 pump into the 10/30 tank. I don't know if this would harm my engine but it's extremely dishonest and not at all what I'd expect from a pillar of this community. I will be contacting my lawyers. Don't trust this place! Very shady!

A week after the "full" service and my washer fluid light comes on. If they can't handle filling washer fluid makes me wonder what else they are missing. Back to DIY oil changes, at least I will know it is done right.

Friendly service, but unlike other oil change places where they try to talk tlou into all kinds of things, you have to ask for anything you might need as they will just give you the basic oil change.

This place was great I pulled up they told me to go around the back and come through the building I stayed in my car and in less than a half an hour my oil was changed and I was out of there the people were friendly and they did a good job

Tried to upsell me. I don't like that. Otherwise good, people are nice. Just pushed upsell services that I don't need I know what I need when I go in there. That being said I don't go anywhere else.

They are really nice and helpful. I believe a worker named Wilson helped me figure out my son's car situation. It wasn't big, but he checked it out just incase.

Top notch service, The owner and the crew, This will be my forever place to have all my rigs service at....Here is why " I went to O'reillys to get oil & filter and a new plug gasket .. So when i dump my oil put new filter on went to put the plug in found they gave me the freakin wrong gasket so i had to used my old one..witch leak bad..i drove to napa got the right one....in the bad weather now i did not want to get soak fixing it.So i came here ask if they could fix this with out loosing the rest of the oil.. They told me n.p. i was out of there in about 4 mins with new plug no leaks,,, and no charge,,,, REALLY ? where does that happen in today's world... they also pointed out a slit in my front tire, Witch less swab did not notice after a week being there in there shop" This is now a place of trust to do all my future service.... as i am done doing it myself when i can count on this place doing it right the first time... Thank you my friends here @ this shop..You have my trust for life.....looking forward for my next oil service here.. God bless
