Great customer service!! Matt was great in answering my questions and ensuring I understood what the problem was. He even took a video so I could see for myself. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I had my car back in no time! Highly recommended Enumclaw CJDR!!

I LOVE MY NEW-TO-ME TRUCK!!!When we went to test drive a 2020 Dodge RAM 2500, I was ready for the typical antics of pushy salespeople. Robert ( Chip ) at Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge was nothing like I expected. He was straightforward and honest about all those little somethings that are wrong with every used car. He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The test drive was amazing, and I fell in love the second I got behind the wheel and heard the diesel engine purr.I was prepared for the inevitable haggling that comes with financing and a trade-in, but once again, my apprehension was unwarranted. We got what we were hoping for with the trade-in and Jim, the finance manager, got us favorable financing that met our budget objectives.Overall, the experience at Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge was 10 out of 10. A huge THANK YOU to Chip and the team for everything they did for us.P.S. I m one of those weirdos that must name their vehicle and my son inadvertently picked the name for our new truck. He saw the color of the truck and added Y at the end -- like stripey for a cat with stripes. When he said Reddy out loud, I heard Ready and just like that, our truck had a name. Now she s Ready to take us on our next camping adventure!

I so appreciate the Enumclaw CJDR service team. Every time I have been in they have been more than helpful in talking through my questions. I have never owned a jeep before and now that I am a rubicon owner, ok taking care of my wife s rubicon, smile, it is super helpful to trust the team from the service manager, advisors, techs, and the car washing.Big thank you from me!

They had my wife's van when she uses to take the kids to school. Get herself to work. Take the kids to after school activities and they kept it for over a month. They didn't even begin the services until about 25 days. When we started complaining about to speak to the manager they refuse to let us speak to a manager and at the end of the day they charged us nearly $5,000. We got the car back less than a week later. That was another problem. They said no. We didn't forget to put antifreeze in your car. I don't know why it's empty now. They want another 1500.His place is a cesspool of incompetence and zero understanding of the knees of their customersServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

I ended up taking my truck somewhere else. Tried their text process, tried calling leaving messages just to make an appointment to get new batteries. I never heard back from anyone.

5 Stars but I d give 10 if I could! Tabitha and her team made this whole process for my husband and I so smooth and easy going I honestly couldn t believe it lol. The whole process from setting up the test drive appointment, checking out the vehicle, trading mine in, and to purchasing and finalizing the sale was seemingly effortless. There was no pressure and they felt like family! 10/10 in my books, if you need a new/used vehicle, want to work with someone who genuinely cares about you and your wants/needs, and who goes above and beyond for their clients then I d HIGHLY recommend going to see Tabitha and her team! We are sooo beyond happy with our transaction and purchase, I can t stress it enough! Thank you again Tabitha!
