I have never in my life had a better experience with a company, its employees, and their service as I had at Clem's Enumclaw Powersports the other day! I came in wanting to buy an ATV, informed them of my requirements for the purchase and they did everything for me to make it happen! Their employees were exceptionally nice and helpful, I got more than what I expected for an affordable price, they handled everything in a timely matter, I felt respected, the employees were highly knowledgeable, and they even delivered my new ATV directly to my home. I couldn't be happier with the ATV I came home with and where I purchased it from. I will forever be a return customer and my ATV will go nowhere but their shop if it ever needs to be serviced!

The sales experience was very easy. I came in from a three hour drive after filing online for financing and was in and out. That s the only positive thing I can say.I try to make it a point to not leave bad reviews but this is a motorized vehicle and not a poorly made takeout order.I asked Brennan if the bike needed ANY service and I was told that the bike had already been looked at by the service team and was ready to go. I insisted on a double inspection since I was coming from out of town to pickup. He said that he would have the bike looked over again.I called later in the week to make sure everything was good and was told everything was solid. My down payment had made it in the mail and the bike had been looked over. Good to go.I noticed on the first day that the oil was low+dark, easy enough but bummed I m spending $60 on something that I tried to be sure of would be taken cared of. Later in the week I saw that the forks had been leaking enough to have a spot on my garage floor.When picking up the bike I did look around for any fluid leaks but I did not see any. I m betting the folks at Clem s wiped the bike down to hide the issues.Now I m the proud owner of a bike that needs new fork seals! About $500 to get serviced! There are huge safety issues that are involved with fork fluid leaking onto the brakes. I would not recommend Clem s Powersports to anyone.

Had a very good experience with salesman Clay. I called in asking about a YZ250X. He make the application and buying process go by smoothly. Very friendly and professional. Even offered to help load my bike. I would highly recommend going here if you re interested in purchasing anything powersports related

Before we bought our first utv (sxs) the sales staff was amazing even with the knowledge that we were going to buy elsewhere!The part department has been so very helpful and excellent at knowing what I might need.Now my used machine in in their shop and the people have been informative and upfront.

Mark was amazing in helping me purchase the side by side of my dreams! Super helpful, patient and Clems were the only ones around that could get the model I wanted. Constant communication made for an effortless purchase. 11/10 would buy again! I will be back for a sled! "

I've got to say after all the motorcycle shops I've been to over the summer Clem's was by far the most pleasant one by far. The employee's have no problem working with you and making the process of buying a bike, quad, side by side, snowmobile or whatever your into hassle free. Consider this joint when looking for your next toy/toys.

Beware: I got my entire clutch assembly replaced at Clems. This included the primary, clutch, belt etc. I spent nearly $4,000 and after 150 miles it started clanging and the belt started slipping. I only use the rig for hunting, so those miles were easy forest service roads under 40mph. It left me stranded and we barely got it loaded on the trailer. When I got back in town they told me they won t warranty anything beyond 30 days, even though it sat in the garage until two weeks ago. The sales people are great, just don t service anything here.

Beyond excellent experience finding my first bike in over 20 years the whole team at Enumclaw was very knowledge of all of them willing to. Answer all of my questions in finding the best dirtbikes to fit mine and my kids needs. "

I drove 4 1/2 hours to pick up a 2022 TW200 from Enumclaw Powersports. I would not have made the drive had it not been for Rick Stone. He is the best sales rep at that dealership. If you buy any vehicle from them, you should request Rick Stone. He is honest, easy to work with, and fun to talk to. He got me the bike I wanted, the price I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted.

It s sad! We would have been long-time customers, but they screw you over anytime you need work done; and then they don t even do the work correctly. It takes 2 months, $4,009, and a stolen tank of gas to get the job done, and then you need the job done again within 200 miles. Sorry, your new clutch is only warrantied for 30 days.

Ive been going there for years. They have had the same girl at the parts counter. This time I went in to see if my son would fit on a 85cc dirtbike. My wife went to the bathroom and while I was walking around looking for gear for my son.she came out from behind the counter and called to one of the teenager's working there.they proceeded to go behind one of the clothing racks and she whispered something to him. Then he started following me around the store like I was gonna steal something. It was super obvious what she did. When my wife and daughter came out of the bathroom we immediately left. Definitely won't be going back there. Very unprofessional.

Went had one of our machines inspected for street use, while waiting for it to be completed we had such a wonderful experience with all the employees. Especially the owners son Corey, he was very knowledgeable and even helped my son get a chocolate bar. Great people and company, will not go anywhere else even though there are a couple places closer to Puyallup.. Even bought some sand tires with wheels and the parts guy was awesome to work with

I had my 2019 Ryker Rally in to install a new sway bar and links, plus the yearly service and lube oil and filter change! The service tech was on it right away and did a great job putting things together and getting me back on the road! The service manager, Melissa, my new favorite person, was spot on too and made the whole experience better! Especially considering I roamed around all morning bothering absolutely everybody! Top shelf service department at Clems! And the whole staff was really nice and a pleasure to do business with! I'll be going back!

Bruce and Clay were the best in helping me to determine what was going to be the best for my interests. I had recently completed the Can-Am sponsored 3 wheel endorsement class and couldn't wait to get one of my own - even thought it's winter. Clay initially assisted me online and Bruce took me through the sales process on my 2021 Ryker Rally while Clay was off the day I was able to drive down to Enumclaw. They both were in when I went to pick it up. They even helped with delivery when the trailer I'd secured wasn't actually wide enough to get the bike in (short story is don't get a Uhaul trailer - even the largest 6 x 12' only has 4'9 entry). Overall, a great, friendly experience and I'll definitely be back when it comes time for future purchases & service.

"Came up there to look at a used SxS and ended up leaving with a new Polaris turbo S. No pressure from Jake at all on the sale. He showed me what I came to look at, I then saw something I liked better and he made the deal happen. I have friends that are now interested in SxSs and will encourage them to go talk to Jake.

While a drive from Gig Harbor, this place is the best spot around, and in early season they sell the 2 stroke oil by the 5 gallons, best deal and team around!

I came to Clem's knowing exactly which motorcycle I wanted after spending over 10 hours on it in the Endorsement course. I'm a new rider that bought the wrong bike my first time from a friend, and this was my first dealership experience. Patty was amazing with financing. She called me and talked through everything she was seeing on my paperwork, laid out her goal for the day, went out and found exactly what she was hoping to get for me financing wise. Open communication and transparency the whole time, truly went above and beyond for me. When I got to the dealership, Clay was wonderful. Made my first dealer experience for a bike welcoming, and completely unintimidating. He too, communicated every step of the way, even double checking my arrival time the morning of so everything was setup perfectly. The service guys did a fantastic job on the new bike build in such a short turnaround time. When it's time to upgrade this 300, I will absolutely be back to work with this team. It's obvious why they're a staple in the powersports community in this area. Thank you!

Went in to buy a Ninja 650 through the Costco program. They didn't have one in stock but Jake was able to work out a trade with another local dealer and had me riding in just 2 days. The whole process was extremely quick and painless. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I cant say anything bad at all.The people were friendly.I didnt buy anything, as much of it was so far out of my budget. I dont think I could even afford any of their stickers. Just not what I expected from a smaller non chain store. They are doing great so I applaud them on their success.

Corey was a phenomenal help to me taking the first steps in getting my first bike. The only note I have with my experience is I came in and filled out the paperwork then left while he sent off the info to the credit unions and when I came back he was helping another guest. After waiting for a bit another wonderful team member approached and asked if we needed help upon telling them I had come in and talked with Corey they said they were waiting til Monday to hear back from the credit unions. I wouldve appreciated a phone call to relay this information. I understand it was probably busy which is why I dont hold anything against the establishment and team just want to relay my thoughts. Overall a wonderful experience will definitely be back "
