John the owner is awesome! Wonderful customer service, whenever I need something or have any questions, they get back to you within a few hours, usually within the hour! No waiting around, Fast, friendly, all sizes and clean units. Great spot for your storage! The facility itself is nice, open and clean. Never worried about anything or anyone getting into your storage. Walking distance to the store and if you wanna take a swim in the river, it s right there! I don t have one thing to say bad about this place, never had any issues Highly, highly recommended 5/5

These guys are super chill and easy to work with. We stored our camper there for several years. No problems or issues. The site is secure and offers covered spots for boats/campers/etc. Whenever we get another camper we will definitely use this place again.

Wonderful experience with them! They always kept us updated on any changes like new codes for the gate and things like that. Used them for 4ish years and honestly if i ever need another storage unit they would be my first call.

The owner, John, and his staff are very friendly and customer-service driven!! Every time I call my questions are answered quickly and, if they don t answer, they return my voicemail/call right away (always the same day and usually within an hour). The facility itself is clean and very well maintained. I ve kept a boat and RV there for a couple years now and I ve remained impressed by their cleanliness. I live in Wenatchee so the convenience of having nearby covered storage is wonderful! For those traveling from Seattle, this place is very convenient because it s 1/2 way between Wenatchee and Chelan and is situated directly off the highway (97A). The facility is also very secure and I never worry about my equipment when it s stored behind their locked gate. One last thing to note is they offer excellent open space for maneuverability when storing larger trailers/boats - which is critical for tow vehicles and equipment. I highly recommend Entiat Mini Storage. ~Kacy & Kevin

We felt that Entiat Mini Storage was a secure and convenient location to store our boat. When we went to Chelan we simply picked it up and when we left Chelan we dropped it off. Easy peasy! We plan on repeating this next spring. Also we appreciated John s quick responses to any message we left.

I've used a lot of mini storages over the years, and this is my favorite. The buildings are the highest quality I've seen, all metal. No cheap drywall.
