Great service. They just need to have more respect and courtesy when parking a customer's car. Maybe fix the seat back, put plastic covering down to keep down germs, not get the steering wheel messy, straighten out the floor mat when done. Other than that, it was fine right and fast.

Excellent service. They were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. I was there with a flat from out of town. They took care of me and helped me get back on the road without much delay. They also have delicious fresh popped popcorn.

I am just about to snap. When I arrived I ask how long would the wait be till they could fix my flat, because I had a bunch of things I had to get done. The guy told there was only one person in front of me . So I'd decided to wait. Well an hour and a half and my car hasn't moved. I am so mad I could just snap. It's not my day off. I'm actually working and I'm having customers call me asking g when I'll be at their homes but I guess it takes two hours to fix a flat here at Les Schwab. Next time I'm not coming Here. One person in front of me??? There has been customers that got here after I did and their cars have gotten taken care of while mine is sitting where I parked it upon my arrival. I would leave and take it to Aberdeen but my tire is completely flat and I can't take it anywhere.

Had an excellent experience there yesterday. I was met by an employee when I arrived to see what I needed. Customer service was great, and they got me in at the earliest opportunity. Everybody was friendly and had a great attitude. The place was very clean and organized. Zachary was my technician and was great to deal with. Seems like a great shop here.

I have been going to Les Schwab probably 25 years now and I have found it to be true that not all Les Schwab's are the same. Well when it comes to the one here in elma wa all I can say is "buyer freaking beware"!! They love basically to charge you for unasked for services but if you are female they are going to try to rip you off for as much money as they possibly can get away with. And the bad part is I'm not even exaggerating at all. And if a man's reading this do not send your womenfolk to this place because you're going to be very upset when they get back home

Suddenly needed a battery, but at Les Schwab it was going to be a two hour wait and $200+. Went to Cut Rate Auto Parts a few blocks away and got it installed immediately for a little over $100.

I called this morning wanting a dash light tested. They said they could do it, I asked if I should make an appointment and was told no, that I could just come by anytime. I came by and was told there would be a bit of a wait, annoying but expected here. It's been over two hours and I'm still waiting for it to even be looked at. A lady just came in with an appointment and was told her car would be the next one pulled in. I've seen people come and go with new tires but testing one light takes hours apparently, can't understand the logic there. I just went up to the counter and asked again, he told me he had to get through his appointments as they come first and I could set an appointment now that I've waited 2 1/2 hours, wild. Three hours later... they just pulled it out, showed me the code, said there's nothing they can do for me and sent me on my way. Absolutely unreal.

Where to start! We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and this was the only store open in close proximity and the manager over the phone assured us that they won't close the shop until we get there and when we did they were adamant on not charging us for their service.

Stopped in without an appointment to see about a slow leak in my car tire. Service department offered me help without hesitation and evaluated alignment and brakes while checking out the tires. GREAT service. Thank you.

First time at Elma location. Front desk woman was super friendly and helpful. My inside dually on the class C was leaking air from the extension. They removed it free of charge.

There is an old saying that my dad told me that said you can't please everyone no matter or hard you try. All in all Les Schwab is a quality place to go for good work and good customer service. It might cost a bit at more than some other places but you get what you pay for as I stated earlier. I have always gotten quality service with courtesy and respect and will go back there any time I have need of their service.

They lied to my 17 teen year old daughter claiming she has no tread on her tires when I bought those tires 8 months ago brand new under warranty at tire dawgs . My daughter went ti Les Schwab to have one of her tires patched for free for a small leak and they tired to take advantage of her age and her not knowing cars good thing I warned her about this place doing this so after they tired to lie to her and make her think she needed $800 full set of tired just because they want a better commission for the holidays I told my daughter to come up to the place i originally bought the ties from and they said the tires were still pretty much brand new as they have less then 10,000 miles on them and are under warranty and less then a year old . The tire shop I go to in Olympia was by all means knew Les Schwab pulls this scam don t buy anything from a place that does commission based especially during the holidays due to them trying to get more ones from vulnerable people .

I am never coming here again. Making payments on our bill for the next few months but we are done. Our family has been getting service on all our vehicles here for years. We've had our issues in the past where tires were not put on properly and fell off while driving (right after picking up vehicle) and today I have an important drs appointment. Made an appointment because you know, that's an option they give you.. and apparently they do not keep appointments they just make them. it's first come first serve that is literally what they just told me so making an appointment is pointless. Then why give people the option to make one. Had to wait 40 minutes. I wouldn't care if it was just me and not with my toddler's and not with an appointment.

I have always recieved great service from Les Schwab in Elma. Today while waiting in the store the site rep was on the phone and said to the other party " if you have time, we have time. We close at 6pm or when we're are finished." I consider that great customer service!

Came in a while ago after my tire exploded on the highway and they treated me real well. Upfront about everything and did very good work. I just left after getting an oil change and a tire rotation and it was much cheaper than any other "quick" oil change place. I'll definitely be going back.

My mother had called to schedule an appointment for a basic 30 minute travel check up before going to Oregon. She arrived at 10:20am and was told that it would be an hour and a half wait. Hour and a half wait turned into 5 hours in which we saw car after car get serviced before my mother's was. They said they had customers from the previous day (Memorial Day Weekend) but it was the Wednesday after. I understood their situation. They did not schedule her in even though she called. Bad customer service (communication).

Hands down, the Elma, WA location is the best location in the PNW. Knowledgeable staff and the young lady from Centralia is a spot one of the best employees running the front counter.

I came in with a flat tire. They fixed it quickly and they always help me the best they can. I'm glad they are there. They have gotten me through a couple of challenges

Met my family to drop off the grandkids, while they were getting tires rotated and alignment services. The staff was polite and helpful. Kids even got to munch on a little popcorn while the truck got finished up.I have been a patron at Lea Schwab Tire Center for nearly 20 years. They run to serve you, and have some funny promotions, meat giveaways and such... But always seem to do a good job.

Like most Les Schwab dealers this establishment is run very efficiently. Employees great you from the parking lot and escort you to the door. Counter employees take your information and give you a pretty good idea how long it's going to take. I have never made an appt, but have never had to wait over an hour. Les Schwab can be trusted with all your "rolling" gear and braking potential! This one is just off the Centralia freeway exit on Harrison.

I was in In a bit of a rush this morning, and arrived 5 min before they opened. So I was gonna eat my breakfast sandwich and boom there was a nice man at my window said they could get me in now. That was awesome. I had a screw in my tireti they fixed It in a jiffy and I was on my way in no time. Thank you very much for your excellent service and speed.
