I m enthusiastic and genuinely grateful to share this review. As it is well deserved. East County Automotive LLC is the best and ONLY choice to make if you need repairs on your cars and trucks!Doug at East County Automotive LLC rescued me!!He replaced and fixed the damages done to my 97 Toyota Tacoma in less time than it took the big corporation to deplete my savings account but NOT fix the problem.Doug had me back on the road and rolling better than ever in a couple of hours!The other guys charged me for parts that were not broken and unnecessary labor! when all was said and done they sent me down the road with more problems than before.I thank God for Doug , at East County Automotive LLC He is honest intelligent kind generous and knows his trade better than the others!!If you have car problems these men are worthy of your business!! If I could give more stars than 5 , I would. I've been taking my vehicles to them for years and they are always top tier. Scott and Doug are both incredibly professional and honest. The work is always on point and very affordable to the average joe like me. Bring your vehicles here if you don't want to be ripped off or have bad work performed. Thanks again East county.

Very friendly, helpful, and informative! Were able to diagnose and repair our engine issue in less than an hour after a road-trip emergency. They offered long term advice for car care and were just generally friendly, helpful, and wonderful! We definitely recommend getting your car care done here.

Hate to do this 'cause we loved the owner, Doug. But new guy, Scott, not so much. Problem: They convinced my wife that brake calipers and rotors 'must' be replaced with every brake pad change, which costs 3x as much($350 per wheel in our case) . I had to call and clarify that they don't have the necessary machinery to resurface rotors, and that is why they replace perfectly good rotors every time. No excuses for why they also replace calipers every time. Pro Tip: if you have a policy or lack machinery that results in more expensive maintenance, BE UP FRONT about it. Don't just imply or directly state that it is standard or required, and take advantage of your customers lack of expertise to question your decisions. (PS when I gave Scott this tip he smugly mumbled he would take it into consideration, so I felt the need to inform you, the potential customer, so you can protect yourself since it didn't seem like he had any intention of doing so.)

While driving through the area, our truck broke down on a Saturday. Despite not having an appointment and it being a holiday weekend, the crew at East County Auto squeezed us in and were able to look at our truck and fix it quickly. They also went above and beyond in letting us borrow the company car to grab lunch since we were stranded for the time being. Great customer service and reasonable prices!

I get my oil changed here all the time. They are fantastic and polite, every time. I will only go here for all my engine work.

I took my truck here for a oil change, the price was very reasonable. I sat and waited for it to be done it took about 40 minutes and they have a very nice lounge with a TV, refreshments, and a nice bathroom. They were very friendly and very officiant. I have been bringing my vehicles here for almost 10 years and have never had a negative experience. Doug and his crew have been upfront and honest, it s truly hard to find an automotive repair shop with those qualities. If you want an honest and quality automotive repair services, then this is the place to come to.

This place is a life saver they were able to get me up and going after my jeep broke down far away from home the customer service is too notch and I would be more than willing to make the trip from Vancouver if at all possible for them to work on my jeep. If you need to have repairs or maintenance work done this is the place!!!

If your looking for local and friendly and a good value go visit these guys. Matt and Doug have been at this for years. They know what they are doing. The treatment of customers is the utmost respect and you will never be oversold on what services your vehicle needs. There is a quiet waiting room off the main office to sit and wait for your vehicle. Also offer after hours drop off and pick up. Trustworthy and honest. Tell your friends as well. If you havent used them, give them a try. You cant beat just friendly local nice guys to do business with.

I've been looking to get price quotes on a repair. East County was one of the places I called. The thing I loved about my interaction was the guy I talked to was very upfront on how they do their quotes and explained why my inquiry was a difficult thing to give. Every other place I have called had only said they couldn't give a quote, but not the reasoning!The time taken to explain was wonderful, and I appreciate these guys for it!

today the nice man at East County Auto fixed my fender, fast, friendly and free. It only tooka few minutes but he was still professional. Not the first time I have had work done here and always a pleasant experience.

Very honest and very friendly! Fast service and the price is right! I highly recommend ANYONE in East county Grays Harbor to totally skip spending your money traveling anywhere else and come check out these guys if you want it done right!

Too much drama going on here along with sloppy work and mistakes made on my van. For example, last time I went here for an oil change I was hung up on the phone then ended up having all the oil leak out through an improperly tightened filter. Another time one of their workers actually stole my valve caps. Shame these guys can't be trusted.Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a woman I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff there was helpful and pleasant to deal with. They DO NOT take advantage for women at all. They are carrying and helpful even when I stop by for a question or concern. I was at the shop when a woman came in complaining about the work was done they tried to explain that they did what they could but further test or work need to be done to help them find out the problem the customer would NOT listen to what they were saying she was just mad. They told her what the next step was on fixing her car she still would not listen. We all know a tune up is a step on figuring out what else is going on. Woman you can trust East county automotive they are a GREAT company and you can TRUST them 100%. JM August 2,2019

10/2018--another good experience with East County. Brought in my boat trailer to have the wiring fixed. They got me in within a few days and did the job in about 2 hours, I had my trailer back the same afternoon.8/2018--I just used East County automotive for the first time. Kind of an odd job...I needed to swap the steering wheel in my Camaro and I stripped out the bolt at home, and needed a little rescue from a professional. They got me in the very next morning, did the job first thing and called me at 1030 AM saying the job was done. I'm definitely coming back again!

They don't accept anyone without appointment, but I have an urgent case which they understand and cooperate very much, they fix my truck on spot with resenable prices, so that I could deliver the medicines I have, appreciate that very much

Finally! An automotive place I can trust. This is hard to find. My old truck came out running like new and no unnecessary repairs were done. If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Thank you East County Automotive!

Phenomenal. I've taken my cars to virtually every shop in Grays Harbor and a couple in Thurston and always found myself taking those cars back to East County so they could fix the mistakes that other shops made. They are the only shop I go to now.
