Just recently had my first oil change here and absolutely plan on going back. The people were extremely nice and the service was absolutely well done! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend for those looking for a new service place. They even vacuumed my car and pumped up my tires which is hard to find any more!

They have a new customer in me. I needed a new starter and was stranded at the Shell in Elma. I thought I'd have to use one of my tows from AAA but they offered to use their tow truck if it came to that. Instead, he ran over to my vehicle and got it running so it could be driven to his shop. He wasn't sure if he could get to it today, but had it done by 3:30 pm and $50-$100 under his original estimate!!!Don't hesitate to try them out if need work done on any of your vehicles!!!

First I have to say that I am spoiled when it comes to mechanics. My dad or uncle are the only men who I have ever trusted to touch my cars! Long story short, I moved too far away to continue relying on family so as a last resort we dropped a vehicle off at Andy's. They were so kind, honest and down right trustworthy, we now bring all of our vehicles there! I even had a "woman" moment and asked for the wrong parts. He questioned me if that's what I really wanted and I confidently said yes. In conversation with my husband later we realized the mishap. Hubby drove down to the shop and they guy laughed and said don't worry I wasn't going to listen to her anyway! I loved it, they are so honest that they saved me lots of money in unnecessary repairs. I was told that if a particular part was on back order not to worry that he would go down to the junk yard and get me back on the road ASAP. I love their whatever it takes, think outside of the box attitude!

They have always helped me and been fair. Awesome service///let me just add that our truck broke down 100 miles from home...I miss Andy's! It's hard to find such an awesome, understanding business like theirs! We haven't forgotten you... Things have just been really hard lately! So sorry, we will correct ourselves ASAP!

Best auto repair and maintenance shop I've ever done business with. My car, a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon, has 145,000 miles on her, and John and Tim can figure out creative and cost-effective solutions and fixes for every problem I get into with my car. I'd rather keep the aging car than buy another, and that is proving to be much less of a challenge, thanks to the expertise, ethics, and just plain old excellent customer support I receive every time there's an issue. Note: The life of any car can be increased by regular professional maintenance and attention to problems when you first notice them before they get really expensive! John and Tim will take good care of you, as they have me, and help you prolong the life of your vehicle with excellent service and value for work performed. Love these guys!!

Every time I go there the Service is #1 they cut ALL the other Shops Labor and parts by 1/3 to 1/2. I don't go anywhere else THANK YOU

Andy's auto does great work, is reasonably priced and is honest about what needs done. They don't up sale and charge for things that don't need to be done. Plus, he's very civic minded, when covid hit, he was first to offer discounts to support local restaurants. I've stood behind an elderly lady when she got her bill. It was some crazy small price, like $10. for the service. She was very appreciative, of course. He's not trying to get rich and screw people over. Last minute request for them to look at a possible engine coolant leak. Jon got in there and found the issue. They were able to repair it today. Jon also noticed that the serpentine belt was worn and replaced that too. Literally the kindest. I was a Random walk in and they helped me with windshield wipers and even explained my choices so I could decide the price point I wanted .... Not everywhere does that and I appreciated it!

That was the fastest, most efficient, informative and cost effective trip to an auto repair place I have ever been. Choose this shop! We are on the road traveling is was so nice to meet a shop that were not about taking our money- they were about genuinely helping us get back on the road. Nothing short of absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful and always willing to make time to explain everything to you rather than just tell you what you need and leaving. The mechanics are very honest and will not try to sell you things you do not need, I have been to a lot of shops around the Harbor and Thurston county and can say that Andy's staff were by far the most respectful, upbeat, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Got my first oil change here the other week and the guys were very nice and helpful. Easy appointment set up. When I picked up my car the inside looked nicer than when I dropped it off which was a nice surprise to me as not every where takes the time to vacuum and such. Would highly recommend!

My truck broke down the second day we were here and I will was told to take it to this shop. So I did and they fixed it and it ran pretty good. I started having white smoke coming out the back end and I called and talked to a gentleman and he said since he had just worked on it and we was new to bring it in first thing in the morning after the weekend and he would run some stuff threw it for free to make sure the head was not cracked...I showed up early and the mechanic on duty told me no way and he would not do it for free and he did not have time And to just keep putting water in it... A week later my engine blew.... The mechanic said oh well I'm sorry.......

Absolutely the best! Andy, John and the and the gang make it stress free when getting routine maintenance done, and are the only people I trust when something bigger comes up! They are fair, honest, and I never worry about being oversold. Hard to beat the prices and hilarious camaraderie too! :) I won t take my vehicle anywhere else!

Great service! We have had several of our cars serviced here. Andy, John, and crew are always available when problems arise. They are honest and never try to oversell. They will even come get your car and return it if you work nearby!

John was both efficient and thorough for an impromptu pre-purchase inspection of a used '99 F350. He pointed out some minor issues and things to be aware of as a new diesel owner. He also took the time to go over some basic operational differences from a gas auto and recommended upgrades (without any sales pressure). Since this was not a full diagnostic work up (they were booked out over a month) he squeezed me in between jobs at no cost. If I lived near here would definitely be back for service.

I highly recommend them. They had a problem getting a part for my car due to bad weather back East so when it finally showed up late and was broke!! They went out of their way to find another one for me, they even drove to Portland to get it. My car needed an oil change too so they did that for me as well. It was well worth the wait for their outstanding work and customer service.

I have had the BEST service and quality of work at Amdys for all of my vehicles. My dodge got bad fuel a few months back, they fixed it and it runs awesome. They do not over chanrge and are honest with what is going on with your vehicle. Amazing people work here. And are kind and very helpful. As a single mom of kids it is hard sometimes to take care of your vehicle. But these guys are here to help and not just take people for what they can get. I recommend them to everyone.

Friendly knowledgeable staff makes me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in capable hands. Plus cant beat those shop costs and any part I need they have already researched whats needed and cost. Its hard to find a trustworthy shop these days.

My truck broke down on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. Was able to get it dropped off and looked at same day. Estimate was Tuesday but came in on Sunday to fix it for pick up on Monday morning! Provided loaner car to allow us to have a fun weekend while waiting for repair. Please patronize Andy s! Under promise and over deliver! Thank you!
