The service we received from the moment we started our journey with Windy Chevrolet it was stress free, quick & very easy to work with. This was my first time ever buying new, being a local family we wanted to keep our purchase local. After inquiring online, Aaron reached out very quickly and got me scheduled to see some SUVs later that day. We where greeted with amazing customer service not just from him but also his whole team including the Manager & other team members. The car he showed us was just to small for our family, he wasn't pushy at all about it and then showed us a new Chevy Traverse. It was priced higher then we wanted...but Aaron knew he had another one almost identical at the warehouse. He showed us photos and fell in love! The Manager worked hard to get me a great loan with pretty low interest as a first time car buyer with payments that will be very reasonable with my income. I signed the papers the next day! The car showed up just 2 days later and would have been there a day earlier if it wasn't for the snow. So very very impressed with the turn around. Aaron was so kind to come in on a Sunday morning and sent me on my way with my brand new 2023 Traverse. I am so happy with my purchase and my whole experience with Aaron and the whole Windy Chevrolet team. Thanks for making the car buying experience easy and fun!!!

Last week my wife and I were headed out for our annual Spring Break vacation when the alternator in our Colorado failed. A quick call from the road to Brad and the service team at Windy Chevrolet and 20 minutes later they were on it. Long story short, we were back on the road the next morning after they were able to expedite the needed parts and get them installed. We really appreciated how friendly and eager they were to help us even though we are from the other side of the state and were just passing through. I can't recommend Brad and his service team enough! Thank you for making a difficult start to our trip so pleasant.

If you re going to the Purcell Oklahoma location ask for Wade. He is honestly the most kind salesman I have ever worked with. He understood that I was there looking for a new car out want and wasn t pushy at all. He took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a car and found the perfect match for me. I don t think I ll be buying a car from anyone else besides Wade.

Our 2018 Traverse was due for high mileage service. I made the appointment on line and described an odd noise like something loose that needed to be looked at. We left the car with the dealer a day ahead of time so they could have a full day to diagnose the issues. The next day we were notified by Brad that the car was ready to pick up. The bill was over $900 for spark plugs and transmission service, no note of anything else. When I asked about the noise, Brad stopped, looked down at the paperwork and said, "Oh, they didn't find anything loose". I do not believe that anyone checked because you can hear something is wrong when you start the car. The car was driven at least twice- from the lot, to the service bay and back out to the lot- no one cared that the car is given back to the customer without looking into what the loud unusual noise is. I did not receive an invoice, I have no notes regarding what the mechanic found. Brad asked if I wanted a receipt- No receipt is needed, but a detailed description of the work done should be on the invoice, which we did not get.So when my wife breaks down, I guess I can tell her- sorry, they didn't find anything loose. Pathetic.

The general manager Ron is a joke, not a man of his word and doesn t care about his customers. I bought 2 cars in 2 yrs from them with a total of over $100,000. I would ve expected to be treated right since they sold me bad tires. I bought all season premium tires from windy and the tires only lasted 2 yrs. He did say he would make it right and agreed to get the same quality premium tires like I purchased from them and I would only pay half the price and we shook on it. So when I got my car back, i had to looked up the tires and seen they are budget tire but top budget tire. The price difference in the tires were about $250 which is a huge difference in quality. I called him today Feb 28, 2024 and told him I found premium tires at the Les schwabs that I wanted because I had premium tires that I had on before and he refused to pay half like we shook on. He had to pay an extra $150-$200 for the tires that was the same quality I had before but refused saying he will only pay half of some cheap tires. Also telling me he will send me to collections for a bill I never received and threatening me. On top of that he confessed of taking tires off cars and selling them as new. This is one place I wouldn t recommend to anyone.I m also a business owner and if my materials I purchased was a bad quality I would replace it at no cost. Him failing to do so shows his character.P.S look at their reviews on yelp and indeed 3 stars max.

I just want to say that Ron Stratton is the BEST!!! There was some miscommunication regarding our shopping experience and he resolved the issue and I m completely satisfied. The next time we need to purchase a car, we will definitely be returning.

We were on our way home on the Westside when the check engine light came on. The service department did an immediate diagnostics test and was able to get a mechanic right on it. They found the problem, got the parts and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. This was amazing service that really bailed us out. I am very pleased.

My wife and I were looking for new silverados for the last few days when we found Windy Chevrolet. I sent an inquiry on a truck and Dustin reached out to me almost immediately. With his help I was able to get amazing financing, an excellent trade value on my trade in, and a great price on the perfect truck. We came to a deal and were able to complete everything over the phone from finance to trade negotiations. Dustin then drove the vehicle well over 100 miles to me to pick up my car and drop off the new truck. He spent a while walking us through various features on the truck and went well above and beyond for us. We will definitely be reaching out for our next car.

I am a student at central wa university and was having car troubles and this was the only shop that could see me. As I m far away from home and don t have any of my normal trustworthy mechanics I was taken advantage of by this dealership. The first time I brought my car in the told me nothing was wrong with it but made me pay $350 for their service after an employee was extremely disrespectful. I drove off and my car once again would barely drive. I then went straight to auto zone and had them scan my car and it brought up a whole bunch of issues. I then called the dealership and told them they need to fix the issue or give me money back. They let me bring it back in and said the fix was $3,000 which I could not pay. I picked up my car and paid to tow it 5 hours back to my hometown. As I had a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic look at it he said there was nothing wrong with said issue and the part that needed fixed was only $200. My car is completely fixed now. I would not go to this dealership they scam you especially women and college students. For Ellensburg being such a small town, they should have better relationships with their customers.

If you need a car go see Joshua here! I got a bad deal and broke car at Mega Auto in moses lake and Josh at Windy Chevrolet helped me get out of that and set me up with a legit car with a super good deal! All of them were friendly and extremely transparent and helpful!! I'll always go to them from now on!

Wonderful experience! Everything was clear, no pushy upselling, and I was driving an amazing car off the lot in less than two hours! I ve never had a positive experience with a dealership until now. I m used to it being a difficult, 4-8 hour nightmare. But not here! Go see Tracy, he s a rockstar

Just bought a 2024 Chevy Trax at Windy and had the best experience! No pressure, very knowledgeable and friendly. We worked with Aaron and he was the best and so patient with us. We brought in our two little kids that got a little crazy and he offered snacks and toys and was so nice with them. You definitely get the hometown feel at this dealership and I highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Windy Chevrolet!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing through Windy Chevrolet. Jesse and Conner went above and beyond to get me information about a truck located at their sister store. They transported the truck to their dealership to save me hours of drive time to see the truck. Everything about the truck was as described when I saw it. It was in near perfect condition with low miles. There were no surprises during the purchase process. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful, kind and honest. Customer service was excellent from my first interactions through after-purchase check-ins by the staff. I absolutely would purchase through Windy Chevrolet again and found my experience working with them to be so much better than multiple other dealerships I had interactions with. Thanks guys!

Working with Aaron was a pleasure! He went above and beyond from the moment we first contacted him, sending pictures and video of the Trailblazer we were interested in. We emailed him to let him know we were coming to see the vehicle in person (we live about an hour away). He had it parked out front and literally met us at the door! His exemplary courtesy and professionalism never wavered from beginning, through test drive and financing process, to the end.Working with Rick in finance was also a fantastic experience! He was beyond kind, courteous and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything step-by-step, answer questions and was just wonderful about it.

Oftentimes, my oil changes range from 1.5 to 3 hours, even when I stay at the facility to wait for it. This time, I needed to drop it off before work and wouldn't be back until lunch or after work. I joked with Barney about washing it, as we live on a gravel road and you can't keep our cars clean. When I returned that evening, he had actually washed it and shined up the wheels and tires. It was a small gesture that wasn't necessary at all, but seemed to say, "We appreciate your business." People notice when they're taken care of and when they're funneled through without regard. Barney is always a friendly face when I get an oil change and has customer service nailed.

My tail light was out and I went to Windy Chevrolet as I always did for service. I loved my Colorado, but it had a lift kit on it and sat high. I needed something that people could more easily get in and out. On a whim my husband and I asked Ron (GM) for his thoughts on a new vehicle. Ron was familiar with my truck because he sold it to me. It is a candy apple red Chevy Trailblazer with the blackout package. Ron set us up with Manny (sales agent), and we took it off the lot f a spin. Manny was thoughtful, funny, we instantly relaxed with him and shot the bull like we had known him a while. It was a very comfortable conversation as we learned about the car. It was a rolling computer with all the bells, just like the Colorado. Yup, we bought it. I don t think I have ever been this relaxed and comfortable when buying a vehicle. Finance was a pleasure with Kate running things. The whole process took a little over an hour.If you need a vehicle, or want to order one, we highly recommend Manny and the team at Windy. Ron will take an active roll in your discussion to make you even more at ease and Kate in finance will make all those signatures actually seem fun! Ok, that was a stretch, but my husband and enjoyed it.We re very happy! You will be too.

I worked with Dustin a few weeks ago on purchasing a 2015 Silverado 1500. He was a great sales associate that made my wife and I feel comfortable and important as customers. Unfortunately on the drive home the truck showed a pretty serious issue. I took the truck back the next day and after the service department checked it out and meeting with the GM Ron, they immediately took action on fixing the issue. Ron has proved that he is loyal to his customers and is a stand up guy that cares about the reputation he carries out at Windy. I have had many bad experiences with dealerships but Windy was different in that they went above and beyond to make my wife and I satisfied customers. Thanks again

Not a honest dealer and not helpful. Ron constantly talked over me. When I asked for help from someone else he refused. Just because you are no longer "DBA" doesn't mean you shouldn't be professional!! I don't have the wrong business!! If I did how would I know that you have "Ron as a so called VP"
