I have been to so many places looking for a new car. I don t have the best credit and this was my first time financing a car so it was a really big step and University Auto Center helped me get into a car with everything I was looking for! I was able to give Aaron a list of everything I was looking for a he took me straight to my dream car! Most places I ve been to are really pushy to make sure they get the sell but Aaron didn t push, he gave me time to think and call everyone I needed to call and at the end of the day we both walked away happy as ever! Thank you so much Aaron and Holly!

The work was great. The team had to do lots of searching to find parts for my older car and they made sure to find the compatible pieces. I did have to physically go the shop to get updates as phone communication wasn't great, but couldn't be happier with the level of care put into making my beloved car look its best.

My wife and I had about as good an experience possible buying a vehicle at a dealership. We were offered a very reasonable trade in value. Dealing with finance went smooth and was dictated at our own pace. The sales consultant we used was Conner. Our interactions were comfortable, informative, and patient. I would recommend him to anyone looking or seriously shopping for a vehicle.

Excellent customer service I had to coordinate repairs for my kid living 3 hours away in college- they made sure she was well taken care of and made the process a non-stressful event- coordinated shuttle services and took care of the communication with our extended warranty provider I would for sure recommend using this business for all your local Dodge needs

University Auto Body Shop did a great job fixing the bumper on my 2013 Ford Expedition. The bumper now looks better than the rest of the car! The new paint perfectly matches with the original paint.

Surprising, the service is more expensive than the Bellevue dealership, and they were very behind. There was no rush to get the job done and my fluids were not topped off. It was a specific request to do so. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn t recommend for any minor services.

University Auto has been my go-to for oil Changes for years now. Mike - and everyone there are so helpful and on the ball! They have noticed things with my car and have given the best advice without being the hard up-sell you will find at most run of the mill quicky oil change places. You will have a longer wait, but it's a job well-Done.

I worked with Connor from University Auto and had a very pleasant experience. Connor had me in and out within the day with a new car. Very personable and reasonable guy. I would recommend talking to Connor if you like working with some one who will treat you as the human being you are. Overall, great dealership experience.

Service was good, paying $100 for a cabin air filter to find out it was $70 in labor, was a little extreme. $320 for a oil change and 2 air filters is not worth the drive from Yakima.

Great staff and service. Couldn't find the leak (which happened once and hasn't again since) but did every possible testing and cleaned the water lines on my headliner like new. Got it documented with GM so if or when it happens again it is noted and will be covered by the warranty. Not many places I left service my truck but they are one of the few I fully trust and recommend.

Conner helped me buy two of my vehicles when he was at Windy Chevy here in Ellensburg. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and very friendly. He'll help you make a decision about buying a car but is in no way pushy about it. You'll be in good hands.

Service advisor was kind and easy to talk to. When I picked my vehicle up after an airbag recall was done the drivers airbag cover was distorted and incorrectly assembled. Not trusting the same mechanic to fix his mistake I removed the airbag and found that he had not connected 2 of the cover hooks. I connected them and reinstalled the airbag. It was hard to miss this cosmetic error!

This is regarding the service and mechanic shop only. Buying rigs here is easy and have had good experiences a total of 3 rigs purchased. BUT this last experience with the service shop was a true NIGHTMARE!! Our truck (which we bought brand new from them) so they are the only place to do any and all services and regular maintenance. They had our truck over 8 weeks in total!! Which I depend on my truck for daily/weekly use. We brought our truck in for an oil change, which they informed us our rig needed new glow plugs. No worries, going into winter let s do it. They quoted us $400 for the parts and labor brought it back Monday for the job to be done didn t call us till Wednesday to inform us that THEY BROKE our glow plug off in our head of the truck. And that it was now going to cost US $10,000 dollars to fix. Fix something that THEY broke. needless to say after a bunch of back and forth with them, they kindly got the cost down to $5500 for US to fix their mistake. We ve been very loyal to UAC. Purchased many rigs and have a relationship with some of the owners and their families. I felt this very personally. They quoted us 45 hours to fix it, the truck was in there over 6 weeks before they told us it was ready for pick up. Meanwhile never offering a replacement rig of any sorts. I was borrowing trucks to transport my horses and family. My husband picked up the truck and broke down on the way home. They had to tow it back and fix something with the fuel lines. Took 4 more days. Than informed us it was ready, I went to pick up the truck before picking my kids up afterschool and heading to Yakima for my sons first basketball game. I went to push start it, it wouldn t start, only to show the check engine light was on. I drove it over to the maintenance shop, informed them of this. They told me the mechanic wouldn t be in till Monday. To bring it back Monday. This was a Thursday. I asked if it would break down on me, my husband was out of town, and I needed to get kids and go to Yakima. He informed me he didn t know. Asked if I had time to hook it up to diagnostics. I didn t really, but needed to know if I d be broken down on the side of the freeway with my kids. So he hooked it up, read me off some code it read. I asked if he knew what that meant. Told me he wasn t sure but that I should be fine and to bring back Monday. So of course I jumped in my truck, in a hurry to pick kids up, called our buddy who is a professional mechanic for Pap�, told him the code it read, he relayed it was my DEF system. So make them give me a loner rig. Meanwhile UAC was calling on the other line. They offered me a lover rig, thank goodness. Called me the next morning, truck was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up, later that evening, while idling, I noticed a ticking noise.. recorded the noise, sent it to our mechanic friend, asked me to bring the truck over so he could look at it for me, (husband still gone hunting) brought it over, he climbed under and informed me that it was an exhaust leak and they didn t even bolt the motor mounts and that one bolt they had stripped was welded on. I asked that he took pictures. So of course this was a Saturday the next day which the service dept was closed, but I called and left a message that they needed to fix the truck again. They informed me they are confused with what I was hearing, and that nothing seemed wrong. We than sent the video and photos. took another 4-5 more days to fix. got our truck back again, my husband found that the wiring harness has been broken. Waiting on that to get fixed. Needless to say I am SO disappointed in UAC. After buying many rigs, being very loyal, we have been so mistreated. And I feel like as a women, if I wasn t somewhat mechanically inclined, it would have been broken down on the side of the rode with my children or horses and trailer. So we paid $5500 for something they broke to experience nothing but problems over and over again when we bought this truck brand new from them a few years ago. Very disappointed

Very kind people. They had snacks for the kids during the wait. Buying process wasnt difficult, just make sure you've done your share beforehand (loan preapproval, market values for cars, proof of address, etc.). They weren't willing to come down on a more competitive price compared to other dealerships, but they gave us a good trade in value for our car that was above market to make up for it. Overall, good experience.

My Dodge caravan broke down just across the road from this place while I was on my way to Colorado. From the minute I walked in the main door, I was met with kindness and empathy. Their service manager took me back to my car, determined it was drivable the short distance back and the part was ordered. Even though I lost a day's driving, I broke down in the right place!
