I have been so happy with my service at Seth s.I would recommend their top notch mechanics, as well as superb customer service to anyone who needs a good honest experience at a reasonable price.I had my brakes go out completely during the snow storm, despite being really heavily booked , they took pity on me and worked my vehicle in so we could get around again safely.I will always take my vehicles to Seth s and I recommend you do as well !

Very professional and courteous service. I can't say enough about how polite and professional they were. Went over my car thoroughly. They were AWESOME! My only issue was that the waiting room is one single bar stool. Not a comfortable place to wait for an oil change so be prepared to leave your car.

They did a great job repairing one issue and identifying a couple of others that needed attention. I especially appreciate the communication. The text message appointment confirmations are helpful and there was always a prompt phone call with any update on the vehicle status.

They did an excellent job on checking out a used vehicle I had recently purchased. They informed me of the status of multiple items and recommended front brakes and a transmission service. The work was performed at a very reasonable price.Will us them for my future vehicle service and repair needs!

Justin at Seth Motors is the best he works with you he's kind and I was really lucky that I found Seth Motors. I use them for all of my repairs. I've even had problems with windshield wipers and he just came out replaced a fuse didn't charge me and said you know you're good! I have a lot of respect for this company and their employees!

They installed a new steering rack and pinion, with some axles. It was my mistake taking it to 'Seth's'. They messaged me trying to get me to come back so they could warranty my axles about 6 months after they installed everything and I didn't listen thinking they just wanted more business.However I was wrong, the first axles they threw in my car were defective and I should have listened. In late March, 2022, I was leaving the parking lot of my work and the passenger side axle fell out of the wheel. Im lucky I was going so slow.This shop orders parts all the way from the west side out of a location called Worldpac. One year after having the defective axle replaced, again from Seth's, I need to have both replaced again.And only 2 years after installing the steering rack and pinion, the rubber boots on the steering rack fell off. I don't drive this car often during the winter when there's corrosive salt on the roads. The 'new' axles were somehow rusted immediately after 'Seth's' installed them.After only putting an average of 7,000 miles on the axles they now click like popcorn machines and I currently work in Roslyn so I cannot be left stranded.I had my wheel bearings replaced about 6 months before the 'Seth's' axle fell out in March 2022. I've had my engine mounts inspected numerous times and these parts are not worn in a way that would contribute to these axles failing early.Don't be naive as I was, either avoid the shop or listen to them when they try to warranty their mistakes. Their labor warranty ends after 6 months.

I am an automotive enthusiast and as such, I want the best service with the best parts at a fair price. Seth Motors delivers! I have had several visits with them over the years and I remain a HUGE FAN! I can tell that Seth Motors cares about my cars as much as I do- even though my cars aren't fancy or high dollar, they are my passion and I take excellent care of them. So does Seth Motors. Justin is super knowledgable and I trust his recommendations. I suddenly developed an oil leak on my old Subaru. Seth Motors has been doing all my car maintenance for several years so I called them right away. They got me in that day and discovered it was a defective seal on the oil filter. Replaced that and had my car back in a few hours. Great people to work with and would highly recommend them.

This place is awesome and I wish I lived in Ellensburg so I could take my car to them. I was in town for work and my car's maintenance light came on. I was worried I was low on oil. I stopped at Seth Motors and a very nice gentleman assured me my oil was fine after checking it himself. He took time out of his busy day to help this clueless person he knew he wasn't going to make any money off of. And he could have taken me for probably a lot of money had he been less-than-honest about what was going on. A rare breed indeed. Thank you Seth Motors!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Seth Motors is truly amazing! I called all around town to try to get my car in and every place was booked out for weeks and wouldn't even care to listen what I needed. Justin took the time to listen to my situation and said it would be an easy fix. They got my car in that same morning I called, over nighted a part I needed, and got me my car back THE NEXT DAY! Highly recommend this place! Will easily be back in the future if needed. Thank you again Seth Motors!

Seth's are now the only place I'll take our cars. They fix it right. They are always busy, but will do their best to fit your car in. The reason their always busy is because they are GOOD!!
