I needed some repairs on my Boat Transport Trailer I called Luft Trailer Sales and they said they could do repairs I told them that my Trailer was loaded with a Boat that was 12' wide they immediately said will send someone to take a look at what's wrong before you come in, that way will know what needs to be done sure enough 30mins later Tom the owner was by the Truck stop checked what was wrong and told me that he could fix the problem a Disc had broken off the hub no idea how that happened but sure enough I was taking care off in no time and the price was very reasonable great staff.! I highly recommend this place for all your Trailer needs you will leave a happy camper.! Now I just need I-90 to open so I can get to my destination we have been under an Ice storm since Tuesday 17 2017 Thx for all your help Tom.!

Came in with a busted leaf spring on our boat trailer. They had the parts we needed and swapped it out for us so we could get back on the road. Great service, helpful employees, all around wonderful experience.

I have bought 2 trailers from Tom at Luft and I can say that he has made sure it was a very smooth transaction very detail oriented. He is very knowledgeable and fair. They are all very helpful and friendly...like family. Thank you I love my new trailer!!!

If you are looking for a trailer; any trailer and/or services for that matter, stop looking and visit these folks. Their product lines and inventory are amazing, prices are even more so and the customer service is outstanding.After looking diligently for several months, we just bought a new LQ horse trailer from Luft. Having done my research, I was very knowledgeable and not into getting the run around. Josey Luft is super-sharp regarding their products and she's patient. It took a 1300 mile road trip to get it and we could not be happier and to save $6-7K wasn't bad either! Thanks Josey, Tom and the crew!

Want to give a great big shout out to Kristi and Shane. Thank you both for all the help and getting me into the horse trailer and on the road in time for my birthday girls weekend. Even made it to the ocean in time to get the horses and dogs settled in. You guys rock. Even though that bank lady has her socks in a wad, you all did everything you could! Thank you bunches for everything.

This place is a customer service nightmare. Researched their trailer inventory online. Drove 3 hours to view the 3 we had identified and we're horrified at their condition. Waste in the rear of the trailers and mold in the freezer and fridges. Noticed one employee helping one other family no other customers on the lot. We continued to view the other LQ inventory as we are cash buyers and ready to purchase. After approx 1 hour and standing in the main drive waiting to get some questions answered no one acknowledged our presence. Went inside to ask a question and the employee said she didn't know anything about the trailers, we would need to talk to Josey who was helping someone. No problem we were fine waiting so went back out to trailers and continued to wait. After another 30 minutes we left. Never saw Josey or any other employees. Sales staff never acknowledged presence or even said hi, will be with you in a minute. Nothing.We called to let them know that they lost a sale and just simply needed to let customers know that they are busy. The lady on the phone could have cared less and her comment was " oh well."We had a nice drive and gathered additional info for our trailer search. Just don't want other people to waste their time.

We have done business with Luft for years! But just a few days ago I went in there - Jeffrey saw my need, jumped on it, and got me fixed right up! Another great experience!

My husband and I are first-time rvers and we were trying to get a fifth wheel hitch for our truck. When we pulled into luft's we were pleasantly surprised and pleased that not only did we get a great deal on our fifth wheel hitch but they were able to put it in right then and there which kept us moving so we can pick up our trailer. The young man that helped us was patient and showed my husband all that he was doing and gave us information that we wouldn't have necessarily gotten elsewhere so we were very pleased.Thank you very much

I've taken my trailer into Luft Trailer for repairs on two different occasions. The 1st time wasn't pleasant and while I did get the the trailer back in usable condition it cost me nearly 2X what I was quoted. The 2nd time my trailer sat on their lot for about 2 months and nothing was done so I had it towed back to my place.

I am very happy with the service and I will be back if I need anything else in the near future. They took the time to help me with a wheel bearing for an old trailer and I liked the way they handled my problem. Thanks Luft Trailer.

A big shout-out for the people at Luft trailer in Ellensburg. I had an emergency with my trailer and needed to be on the road for a transcontinental trip. They got me in the same morning I called and by noon everything was fixed and I was on the road. Tremendous service, friendly people, and they really went above and beyond.

This place is absolutely amazing. Got a trailer from them and it was an amazing experience. Very kind. Willing to listen to any requests, now matter how big or how small. They are very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have many different trailer parts in stock. If it isn't in stock, they will try to get you what you need.
